Sonia: Legends Of Eternal Darkness

In the outer reaches of the galaxy, someone had watched the entire battle from above, and was not too pleased about the outcome.

"GRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *gasp* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" Solaria shrieked loudly, penetrating and severely damaging all throughout his castle. Maligra, was hiding behind a lone, sturdy column, trying to hide from Solaria, only to be magically thrusted into his presence.

"EXPLAIN YOURSELF!" Solaria commanded, trying to hold back his attempts to utterly destroy her.

"I-I-I-I-I-! Master!!! It was not my fault!! The Reaper was nothing but a shoddy pawn as a-a-a-all…! Bu-but we did gather the soul y-you required!" The skeleton witch fumbles as she attempts to get the black soul from out of her cloak, but she ends up accidentally tossing it due to all of her fear. Solaria immediately catches the black, vile soul, and stares at it deeply. The dark lord then stares down Maligra and speak more sternly, "Your bumbling has earned you your survival…. You disappointing sack of bones and dust. But DON'T let this ever happen again…."

"Yes master…" Maligra pandered as she kissed his tentacles, "Hail master…" Solaria shouted for Maligra to get out his sight before he changes his mind, and Maligra immediately dashed and crashed back into her spell room. The lord of everything eternally evil then headed to his throne room and stared down at Sonia through his spy glass. The black soul that he held in his grasp began to shake a little violently while Solaria watched the ginger. Solaria looked down at the vile soul and tended to it. Solaria whispered gently to the soul and stated, "Shh… do not worry. Your time will come soon enough. And her time… will come to an end." The vile soul took a look at Sonia and immediately knocked down the spy glass, thinking that it was Sonia. Instead of getting furious, Solaria held the soul once again and decided to make a cackling laugh that echoed through the galaxy, knowing that the vile soul will become his best creation yet… which will come someday soon...

Back on the surface world, once the explosion had died down, the souls that were trapped into the orb had finally been released. The flailing souls flew high in the sky and proceeded to zip straight into the bodies of their original owners. Every soul-stricken citizen was now brought back to life, and those who were hypnotized were finally coming to. Sonia, who was still in her magical form, immediately grabbed a long jacket dropped by one of the once-sentient skeletons and put it on to hide her injuries, and she changed back to normal before anyone near her could recognize her. Sonia suddenly felt a body grasp her from behind, and Sonia made a small scream and threw the grappler onto his back. The grappler, however, turned out to be Sonia's dad, who g.r.o.a.n.e.d from his sudden body slam.

"Dad?!" Sonia shouted in surprised then proceeded to help him up, "Oh my- dad, I'm sorry… I didn't know it was you."

"Heh heh heh," David chuckled, "It looks like by little butterbean has some strength to her, heheheh-ow ow ow ow ow…." Sonia helps her dad up and fixes his back some, and they both watch as everyone was helping each other out. From parents, to children, to students of the school, to even the town mayor came by to help each other out.

"Has anyone seen my high-tops?" Cindy, the prima-donna teen and Sonia's school rival, complained, "I NEED MY HIGH TOPS or I AM GOING TO CRY!" Mellisa's classmates wake up from their slumber and run into Mellisa's clone. They go and greet her, but the clone doesn't understand what they're talking about when they asked about the Halloween party and just instead goofily agreed and nodded to everything they said. Julianna had also received her soul again, and slowly sat up and rubbed her head. The original Mellisa finally came outside, caught sight of Julianna and tackled her down.

"Bestie! I found you!" Mellisa shouted happily as she gave her bestie a squeezing hug.

"GACK…! Mellisa…! You're CHOKING ME….." Julianna complained due to Mellisa's deep hug. Sonia sighed in relief and sit next to her dad, and her pets came by and comforted them. Aside from Sonia, everyone began to wonder why they were in the graveyard in the first place. Mellisa, the original, then perked up and told the denizens, "Hey everyone! Bestie and I set up a Halloween party in the mansion, would you like to come?" Everyone began to like the idea, but Mellisa's other friend came in and replied, "But wait, we don't have any costumes." However, the ghosts intervened and stated, "Nonsense, young child, for we can overcome your feathering fickle." The elder ghost then snapped his fingers, and with a dose of magic from the mansion itself, everyone suddenly began to wear colorful and creative costumes. Much of the townsfolk wore variations of classic monsters, and some of the students even became characters from fantasy~! Sonia now wore a witch costume with orange and black lining, along with a big broomstick and a luscious 'n' ripe pumpkin to boot! Julianna became a zombie badass with much of her hair covering of her eyes, a dark brown cloak, and covering over her mouth a bandana decorated with sharp monster teeth as its design. Matthew and Scruffles snuck around and put their shadow beast outfit on just for fun and to try and scare any of the other partygoers. Finally, Mellisa wore an ill.u.s.trious black cat costume, a shiny black outfit with a long, swishy tail, long black knee-high stockings, and ears with a blue hue that matches Mellisa's lovely eyes. Once everyone had their costumes on, Mellisa cheerfully declared, "Ok everyone! It's time for a spooky, scary, Halloween party!!" The rest of the townsfolk cheers happily and Mellisa playfully marches everyone to the mansion. Once inside, one of the ghost children turned on the music and everyone began to jam. All of the students, children, and a.d.u.l.ts were having a spooky time. Not to mention that Matthew and Scruffles were running around spooking some of the guests before jumping into a dancing frenzy. Sonia danced with her father and was actually having a good time. Sonia now felt that she was worrying for nothing. She looked up at her dad and said, "Hey dad?"

"Yes, my butterbean?" David replied in curiosity.

"Y'know… you were right." Sonia began as she explained herself, "I was being a little bit too worrisome today. I shouldn't let worries of my work get to me like that. I should learn to take a break and have some fun."

"And are you having fun, sweetheart?" David asked as they danced hand-in-hand and Sonia turned to see everyone having a wonderful time. Sonia smiled at the sight, looked back at her father and stated, "Yeah dad. I'm having a wonderful and spooky time~." Sonia and her dad gave each other a loving hug, and Sonia then completes it by saying, "I love you dad."

"I love you too, butterbean," David replied happily.

"Hey everybody! It's time to do the MONSTER MASH!" Mellisa announced gleefully and she changes the CD soundtrack from its current song to that of the Monster Mash, and everyone, including Sonia, her father, both Mellisa and the clone Mellisa, the ghosts that inhabited the mansion, and the "Shadow Beast," got on the dance floor and began to perform the Monster Mash dance. The moonlight shined across the Haberdashery Mansion as everyone enjoyed their Haunted Halloween Bash. As every danced, a jack-o-lantern stood tall and freshly-carved on a table. Because of the magic going around in the house, the jack-o-lantern grew a sinisterly-joyful smile. The jack-o-lantern then cleared its throat and states with a booming voice, "A Jack-of-all-trades, I happen to be, and a Happy Halloween to you from me." The jack-o-lantern then created a booming, yet joyous laughter, making the night spookier for you and for me. Orujinshinaka was now in the spirit of scariness, and Halloween was now in ultimate bliss.
