Mu Lingxi clenched her fist hidden under her sleeve. She had a strong urge to punch this ever so annoying prince straight on his face.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH"

Her anger took over her reasoning. She punch Prince Long Yue straight to his face. No one knew where she get the frying pan, but before anyone could stop her, she pummeled the annoying prince until he was looking for his own teeth on the ground. Seemingly unsatisfied for her sadistic approach, she kicked Long Yue to its forbidden area.

"Bye bye birdy! Rest in peace!!!"

She snided as she kick him between his legs. Prince Long Yue curled his fallen body like a shrimp.

"HAHAHAHAHA" Mu Lingxi laugh hysterically.

"Y-yo-you!!!! How dare you!!! I am a prince!"

Prince Long Yue shouted indignantly.

"OHH?! You still have the nerve to shout at me?!!!"

"HIYAAAAAA!!!!!!!!"

She took a few step back before she run straight and jump high enough and slam her body to Long Yue. Doing a great body slam, she even manage to anchor her arm around Prince Long Yue's neck strangling him.

"Yield or you die!!! Don't you ever think that I would let you go that easy. I have waited this long to apply what I watch all this time in wrestling match!"

"MEOW"

[ Little lad???!!! What are you dazing for? And you even have that satisfied smile. Are you day dreaming??? ]

Mu Lingxi snap back to reality. Everything just happen inside her mind, it was all about her wishful thinking.

When she came back to her senses, she saw many curious eyes staring at her.

"Hehe" Mu Lingxi scratch her eyebrow awkwardly.

"Is Prince Long Yue trying to woo Lady Lingxi???"

"Mu Clan's really hit the jackpot if that was the case, the position for the crown princess was just dangling above their head, and now even the young prince have an eye to another lady in their clan.

"At this rate, the Mu Clan will really become too powerful, maybe not too far enough to match the power of the throne itself."

This kind of hushed discussion can be heard among the surrounding crowd.

"Long Yue, there you are" another prince appeared for everyone's eyes to feast.

This prince was actually the highly sought bachelor of the entire kingdom. If someone will took a random girl present on the banquet and ask them who among the princes they wish to marry, the answer will not be the crown prince, but the third prince, Long Fuzi.

Many young ladies straightened their body to show their best shape, they started to giggle when they see the prince of their life with all smiles.

"Happy Birthday my younger brother. Here's my gift for you." He casually throw him a small box and Long Yue catch it with ease.

When he saw what was inside it, Prince Long Yue was so delighted.

"Thank you brother! I really love it!" he hugged him

This brotherly show of affection is not a surprise for everyone's present. They knew that all of these five princes was amiable to one another. There is no any sibling rivalry happening between them which is very unusual for those who are among the royalties.

When Prince Long Fuzi looked around, he saw Mu Lingxi.

"Oh, so you two know each other???" Long Fuzi asked his brother.

Actually Prince Long Yue already forgot about Lingxi's existence when he saw his older brother. If not for Prince Long Fuzi addressing the girl, he might just forget she was there.

He must admit, when he first laid his eyes to this lady, he was enticed. But after knowing that she own that wild and nasty cat who almost hurt his Luna, he can't help but get pissed off and as if adding salt to the injury, this girl was so stubborn, despite knowing he was a prince she did not show even the slightest apprehension and just took her leave without further notice and not giving him face.

Did I just got dump just like that?!! I haven't even got a chance to have a proper conversation with her. Who among the palace or let us say on the entire kingdom would not be happy to have a chat with him, the prince?

Ever since he was a child, everyone wants to please him and do as he bid. This was the first time that someone,.. especially a girl to not show him any interest as if his very existence does not even reach her eyes. This was really a big blow to his pride as a prince.

Thus any sort of good impression he had for this girl was all thrown in the gutter.
