Sunday.

6 p.m.

Williams' Family Penthouse Apartment.

Logan had reached his home after a rehab session. Dr.Stones had changed his rehab into two sessions per day. One was early morning and one was in the evening. As Logan stood at the door of his home, he started feeling nervous. His supposed 'friends' were standing behind the door. He never had true friends in his past life and the ones he had, left a mental trauma on him. His mind was filled with all these confusing thoughts of what to expect behind this door. He had seen all the memories related to these friends and he was expecting a good, nurtured companionship after seeing those memories. But time changes everything. What if his expectations weren't met? What if the same thing happened to him as it had in his previous life? What if they had changed? What if his friends betrayed him again?

He put all these thoughts behind and pushed open the door. In few seconds he had been embraced by the doll like Mia;"Big brother. Hehe."

He swooped her up, yeah, he could do that now and teased her nose.

"Mumma. Big brother is home."

The brat had put him in a difficult position. He put his fingers through his hair as he sensed a large number of eyes converge on him. He put Mia down and said awkwardly,"Hello everyone."

A delicate figure flashed infront of him and he was pushed back due to the sudden weight he felt in his embrace. He had to immediately stabilise his footsteps to keep balance. He found a splendid looking girl in his arms.

"Hi Em. Wow. How beautiful have you become?",he whistled.

The instant she heard 'Em', Emily froze in Logan's arms for a second and tears gushed out of him.

"We thought you would forget us."

He soothed her, patting her back. After a while she stopped sobbing. Everyone gathered around, were watching the scene with happiness and a bit of amus.e.m.e.nt. Especially 2 others who had come forward with Emily. Logan released Emily from his arms and said looking at her,"How can I forget such a gorgeous girl? How did you turn into such a beautiful girl Em? You were so snobby back then.Tell me where have you kept our real Emily."

Emily playfully hit Logan's c.h.e.s.t and said,"You still have your sweet mouth I see. And who are you saying was snobby?"

Ryan who was watching from the sidelines said:"See Em. I told you third brother won't forget us. Bro I knew you won't forget us".

Logan instead looked at Henry pulled him in a hug and said," Hi bro. How the hell did they convince you to dress up? Aren't you supposed to be lazy?"

Everyone started laughing. Henry felt awkward and said,"All the laziness in the world can't stop me if it's something for you brother." Logan felt warmth and companionship he sorely missed in his previous lifetime. He pulled Henry into another hug.

After a moment he looked at Ryan and said stammering,"Hello. I am really sorry. Plz pardon me I don't remember you. Hey Em. Who is this?"

Ryan froze. His arms midair, which he had raised to hug Logan because he had thought he would be the to get hugged.

He turned pitiful in a moment:"Third brother, you really don't remember me? Auntie what's happening to Logan? "

Helen who was amused by the scene said;" Maybe he has a bit of amnesia Ryan. It can happen in cases like his."

Ryan immediately turned downcast. He looked as though he had lost his soul. The next moment he felt being pulled in a embrace and words fell onto his ears,"How can I forget you eldest brother?"

Ryan looked in disbelief at Logan. Instantly turning angry, he looked funny with constantly changing emotions;"You bastard. You dare make fun of me. Let me teach you a lesson."

Logan swiftly moved behind Emily and used her a shield.

"Ryan, Logan is going through rehab. Don't overwork him.Do you want him to go back to the hospital".

Ryan froze at Emily's words and said," You bastard, get well soon, so that I can teach you a lesson."

With a smirk on his face Logan said,"Teach me a lesson? Only if you are capable of it."

"Oooohhh here we go. And here I thought, that may be Logan lost his c.o.c.ky behaviour in the coma", sighed Emily. Logan looked around and found out that quite a few people had been invited by his parents.

Logan started moving around with his parents who were introducing him to their friends. His family was very well known. He met his friends' parents who were equally happy for him.They started the barbecue in the huge open space by the pool. Arthur put on his Winnie the Pooh apron and started working on the barbecue. Logan started laughing at apron but instantly shut his mouth when Bella said evilly that she had bought that one for dad and that he would be getting a similar one if he did not laugh at this one or the Cinderella one if he did. He chose Winnie ofcourse. His sister was evil he thought.

Logan had never been to such a party. In his previous life he had been the last dregs of the society. Music, food, drinks, alcohol for a.d.u.l.ts and a pool. He felt like he was living a dream.

Everyone was chatting amongst themselves, having a good time. When the gang asked him about school he told them he would join next year as a senior. "Isn't this too early. It's jumping 7 grades at once", Ryan said. Helen showing a proud smile said,"My baby is a genius. He tested 149 on the IQ test scale." "

"What!"

Everyone was surprised, especially Henry whose IQ was 141. He was a genius too. But a lazy one.

"We'll hire a private tutor for him to get him to speed. I think he'll be fine",said the proud mother.

Logan felt embarrassed by the showing off. He soon realised that 'parents showing off their children's achievements and putting them in embarrassing situations was part of being a family'. Everyone was envious of the Williams. They would now have another genius in their family. Bella was already top of her class in her school.How lucky can someone be to have such bright children everyone thought.
