Stardom - Logan Williams

3 months later.

Two people could be seen at the study table. A girl in her early 20s reading a book with momentary loss of concentration while looking at a 16 year old boy who had a refined look. Ofcourse they were Evelyn and Logan. Today, Evelyn had given him a test on the junior year course.

The system had given him a mission when Evelyn had given him the test.

Mission- Score 95 or above in the test.

Reward- 300 star points.

He had been ecstatic. He already had 700 points from all the workout missions. With these 300 he could get the skill he wanted. That is computer and programming skills.

His progress had astonished her. His ability to grasp at knowledge was amazing. He was like a sponge trying to absorb anything and everything she taught him. She also found that he was a rather intelligent and m.a.t.u.r.e person to talk to. Over the period of time they had become good friends.

She was shocked when she found him studying C++, programming and computer science.

When she asked about it to him he had said with a narcissistic smirk that this was a way to earn money. He had also asked her to teach him business management and stocks. She was in disbelief with the amount of subjects this fellow was trying to grasp at the same time. In the end they had found time to fit these subjects in the schedule too.

Everyone in the house spoke with warmth and respect with her. She had even gone out shopping with Mrs.Williams and Bella. And finally who could resist little angel Mia. On top of that the pay was good too.

The only thing that bothered was that Logan himself showed no interest in her. She had not even caught him staring at her. This had taken hit on her pride. She has prided herself to be a pretty girl. It was as though Logan was immune to her charms. She sometimes intentionally tried to show her charm to him but everytime he had been respectful and maintained his distance. Finally she stopped it. She didn't want to strain their friendship.

Logan had been busy the whole time for the 3 months. He worked out 2 times a day. Had his classes with Evelyn once in the afternoon every alternate day. He had to practice his guitar skills and study computer science. He had also started his singing practice. He found out that his voice was really good and soothing. He would definitely be able to be a singer like he dreamed.

After the initial help of Dr.Stones in the first 2 months, he could workout on his own now. He used to have intense workout every day. All this effort had payed its dividends. He was totally ripped. His arms had bulging muscles. He had six packs and drool worthy pectorals. He obviously found Evelyn drooling at him sometimes but the betrayal from his past life made him indifferent to this. His heart had a icy layer on it which couldn't be broken so easily.

Logan finished his test and gave it to Evelyn. Evelyn's heart skipped a beat when her eyes met his. She took some time to check his test and then sighed. He had scored 98 out of 100. This meant that he was at the level of his peers now. He was no longer behind. And that meant her job was done. She wouldn't be able to see him everyday. Logan seemed to notice her disappointment but did not say anything. Seeing that she gave up. Seeing her this distraught he said,"Don't worry we'll still see each other. We are friends right?"

"How did you know I won't be coming tomorrow?"

"Ofcourse I know. I know the result of every test I give."

She was going to miss that narcissistic smirk.

After Evelyn bade everyone goodbye, especially to a teary Mia , she left. Logan was tasked with consoling Mia with a tea party.

Logan had asked Henry to start studying Computer science too. Both of them were geniuses. It wouldn't be difficult for them to study on their own. He had promised Emily a good song too. Ryan had been tasked in finding out more info about the developers of various apps he knew were going to go big. Everyone one them was busy.

He checked his status menu.

All his stats had increased but what he was most happy of was that one of the 'FAR' had vanished from the status menu. He was a little bit closer to his goal of stardom.

Since he had joined the gym and looked drool worthy he had quite a female fan following who liked to watch him work out. Him being indifferent to the attention only increased their infatuation. As a results his reputation stat had gone up too.

As the next semester starts, he would be joining school along with his friends. He was excited by the thought of it. He had been to a school in his past life but now he could go to the school with his true friends. He was happy that he got another chance at life and he was going to savour every bit of it.
