Stardom - Logan Williams

As usual Logan got up at 6 am in the morning. He completed his everyday workout including going for a run with Bella. He had started going with Bella for morning runs since he came to know that there were many wolves out there. As a brother he had to keep those lecherous wolves away from his sister. Wherever the brother and sister would pass through, the temperature would drop a few degrees due Logan's cold stare. Bella was a bit irritated by his overprotectiveness but also felt warmth from this. She had missed his over the top overprotectiveness.

Logan was in a dilemma of what to wear for the audition. He had never even seen a modelling audition. He was nervous as hell. He had gone through a lot of video tutorials and he hoped they would help him in the audition. For models, these interviews meant casting calls and go-sees. These formal interviews allowed art directors, fashion designers and photographers to see a variety of candidates, to find the one who could work for their fashion campaigns.

Models are meant to be blank canvases. So Logan put on the most natural outfit that came to him. He put on a black t-shirt with blue jeans. The t-shirt was V necked which showed a bit of his gorgeous pectorals. The outfit fit him properly which accentuated his V shaped body. In short he looked gooooood.

He put on a light make up. He had seen tutorials for this on YouTube. He didn't want too much make up to disturb his natural beauty. He put on his aviator goggles and his avatar was finished finally. He came out in the living room to find everyone gathered there. Mia rushed towards him,"Big brother, you look so dashing. Hehehe."

Logan gave a big smile and scooped her of the ground into his arms,"Thank you little Mia" and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

Bella sighed at her brother and said,"Big brother you aren't allowed to look this way when you join my school next semester. I'll have a hard time keeping those skanks always from you."

His mother though like all mothers said,"Let me take a picture baby. Stand here.... common can you smile genuinely. Okay. Ready..."

Arthur who was looking at his wife's amusing actions said," Aren't you done honey? We'll be late if we wait here anymore."

Helen gave a death stare to him and said," Let me admire my son a little. I want to brag about my handsome son to my colleagues at the hospital".

After a lot of photos and a lot of poses Logan and Arthur finally left the house. He was going to meet his agent at a local cafe. They arrived there to find a fancy coffee place. As soon as Logan and his father entered the cafe, a middle aged man stood up looking at them. Arthur went forward to greet him," It's been a long time Edward. This is my son Logan."

"Hello Logan. Nice to meet you. It has really been a long time Arthur. I wasn't in the States for while. I took a break and travelled a lot. You look more handsome as the days go by. And looks like the your son has inherited the best of your genes."

"So Logan. Arthur tells me that you want to be a superstar. It's difficult path. I have been with newbies for a long time and determination of youngsters these days is very minimal. They can't digest rejections. And so they give up very easily. This is not how you rise to Stardom. You need hardwork, patience and perseverance. Ofcourse talent is a must."

"I know how hard of a path this is Mr.Jenkins. I believe I have what it take to reach that Stardom."

"I have seen your YouTube videos. You sing really well and you look good too. So you atleast have the talent and the looks for it. I've also been checking into the agency that has asked for you to audition. I couldn't find any faults. It's a relatively new company, which puts it in mid tier amongst its peers. It's a good agency to start a career."

"I do have a query Mr.Jenkins. I have no idea how a modelling audition works. I am total newbie when it comes to that."

"Don't worry about that Logan. Someone in the board saw your video song and recommended you to the scouts. The scouts liked what they saw so they asked you to come audition. In such auditions, there isn't much they would ask you to do. They just want to check your whether your physical appearance and charisma can make you a good fashion model. Just be confidant and you'll be fine. If you fit their criteria, then they will give you a training contract. After the period of the contract, the real audition takes place. That is when you'll have to prove yourself."

Arthur took off for his work and Mr.Jenkins took Logan to the Starlight Fashion agency's downtown office. Logan stood before a building which read the agency name. With a final pang of anxiousness he entered the building with his agent. He was greeted by a pretty looking young woman at the reception table.

With a dazzling smile Logan said," Hello. My name is Logan Williams and I am here for an audition appointment."

The woman was momentarily lost in Logan's deep green eyes. She worked in a fashion agency. What pretty faces had she not seen before. But this fellows eyes had that deepness which said he was somehow special. Mr.Jenkins rolled his eyes at how he had suddenly become invisible. He coughed to break the woman out of her haze. Embarrassed and flushing she said, "Right this way Mr. Williams. Let me show you the way."

Jenkins was left with his mouth open. He was still invisible. He sighed and followed behind the two. She led to a hall then bade them goodbye giving Logan another drooling stare.

The hall had a large table at one end with three people seated behind it. The middle one, who was a dignified looking lady of around 40 years old smilingly said," Hello. Welcome Logan. Can I call you Logan?"
