Logan was excited. He soon focused on the perks menu in front of his eyes.

[To obtain new skills and to help increase the skill level]

Wow! This was just too amazing.

He opened the attribute perks option. A whole list came in front of his eyes.

1. Strength potion [100 Star points]

2. Intelligence potion [100 Star points]

3. Charm potion [200 Star points]

4. Vocals potion [200 Star points]

5. Flexibility potion [250 Star points]

[Host should understand that a single potion of these can increase any attribute by only 2 points. And each potion is only effective twice after which it will be useless on consumption.]

[Host should also use his Star Points sparingly because the Missions by the System are rarely given out. This is to not interfere the natural flow of time and space by the system and maintaining balance in this world]

Reading this some of the doubts regarding the system amenities disappeared. It seemed like the system won't help him become overpowered or that would just be too unfair. If he wanted to become overpowered he would have to put a lot of his own efforts. Logan was not disappointed by this ,instead his blood boiled with this challenge.

Next he chose the skill perks option. The options he had in this just blinded him. These options ranged from driving to cooking, weapon mastery to horse riding and singing, composing to dancing, choreography. Myriad skills were available. But the points required to but those were humongous. For example ,weapon mastery skill was priced at 1000 Star points. Aircraft Piloting was priced at a whopping 100,000 Star points. He browsed through the list. He found what he had been looking for. Computer and coding skills worth 1000 points. He needed this for his further plans.

[Will I become a master of these skills if I buy them instantly?]

[No. These skills only improve your comprehension of these subjects. You have to study on your own to increase the mastery of the skills]

[If a normal person requires 100 days to learn swimming then the Host would require only 10 days to master it]

[This duration may depend on the amount of hard work Host puts up and the host's comprehension ability.]

Logan closed the status bar. He would think how to utilise the Star point after he got home. Dr.Stones was watching Logan looking all serious into oblivion as though he was processing something:"Hey, what are you thinking about getting dazed?"

Logan quickly recovered and said," Nothing. Just thinking how long would it be for me to get into my best shape? I know you said it would take me 6 months but that's too long. I want to do it in 3 months doc. So arrange my schedule in that way."

Dr.Stones' eyes widened in surprise. This young boy did not even wince once in pain during the rehab session. How hard was his resolution? She said," Okay. I will rearrange it." She wanted to see what miracle this fellow could bring about.

His dad picked him and brought him home. He left back for work soon after. There was no one home. Logan accessed the perks menu. He started browsing through the options. Suddenly he came to the conclusion that he needed good comprehension to master all these skills faster. So he went into the attributes menu. He had decided to use the intelligence potion which would increase his comprehension ability. This way it would be easy to master all the skill abilities.

[Is there a upper limit to the attributes.]

[Yes. The upper limit set for human species is 20]

[Host should know even if he maxes out his attributes he won't be invincible. Human limits will always hinder him. As for what those limits should be, that depends on the host's hard work]

Logan needed 50 more for buying the intelligence potion. He already had big plans for himself. But he needed money to get there. Asking his parents for money was out of question. No a.d.u.l.t would give him a large amount of money who had just woken up from a coma. He needed to arrange the money himself. He also needed to prove it to his parents that he did not need extra care. His intelligence was already at 13.

[System, what is my level of intelligence compared to others in this world.]

[According to this world's Stanford–Binet Intelligence Scale Fifth Edition your IQ should range between 130-144 which means gifted or highly superior IQ.]

[Intelligence of 15 will correspond to an IQ level of above 145 which would mean highly gifted or genius. There is no scale in the current time to measure IQ at 20 attribute points]

He had not lacked talent in his previous life too.

And he guessed that having a talented couple as parents, the intelligence of the previous Logan Williams would also not be bad. Together, their intelligence would be really good. Next on his agenda was sorting out all the memories of the previous Logan.
