Strongest Multiverse System

Hearing them rei smiled on the inside because he knew that it was the time he was waiting for, but he couldn't show that on the outside so he showed a confused expression and asked, " huh you mean that thing about building a settlement?" asked rei although he already knew the answer.

"correct,e and Madara have talked about it a lot and there is no better time than now we just need you on our side," said hashirama with an extremely serious expression which is quite rare, that alone can speak of how important this was for him.

"think about it rei, we are the strongest three clans in the entire shinobi world as long as we make an alliance and work together no one in their right mind would dare to challenge us or be able to go against us," he said.

He then took a breath and continued "and plus with those cultivation manuals you gave us living for thousands of years is no longer a problem so we will always be there to make everything goes right" he finished while observing rei trying to guess what he was thinking, but he already knew that it was futile as he never was able to see through him.

" mmm, let me think about it for a second," said rei, and continued, " I think you already know my answer, hashirama, Madara, and that is a big NO," rei said shocking both hashirama and Madara.

" WHAT, WHY, YOU PROMISED" hashirama jumped from his place and he was almost going crazy while shouting, he felt like his whole world just crumbled in front of him, he knew that he could make a settlement with just the Uchiha and Senju clans but he also knew that there are people in both clans that won't feel comfortable with another superpower just next to their front door, so conflicts will happen sooner or later.

Madara has also got up and was going to start questioning rei but then he saw a big smirk on his face which hashirama have failed to notice due to him losing his calm, so he just smiled and set back down.

" relax you, idiot he is just messing with us," said Madara, but not before waiting for a while till hashirama almost lost his mind.

" huh?" hashirama looked at Madara then looked at rei and noticed both of them smirking while looking at him.

" hahaha" " hahaha" both of them started laughing at the same time

Hashirama slowly processed what just happened and his face turned red with anger, " DA*N YOU REIII" he screamed at rei and started doing hand signs at a speed that was impossible for anyone on this world to follow.

Rei stayed calm and smiled as he raised his hand and his eyes turned dark purple with a vertical bright galaxy rotating inside his eyes.

The moment the light beam came close it was like it hit a barrier and started disappearing into it, this kept going for around one minute before stopping.

"aaaaaaahhhh" screamed hashirama at the top of his lungs "this is not fair at all, both of you can absorb energy attack and phase through basically anything plus you both have to do jutsu and cool abilities " cried hashirama, but he appeared to have calmed down.

"Stop being a baby, you have enough abilities and powers in your arsenal already, don't be greedy," said rei, not at all concerned that he was just attacked by a jutsu that would heavily injure even the ten tails.

"all right, if both of you are done playing around let's get back to our main topic," said Madara seeing that they are drifting away from the main reason why they are here.

"Alright, alright, my answer is yes, of course, I am in, the problem is how do we proceed about this" asked rei.

"Well first we need to get rid of anyone that is opposed to this plan, and I mean everyone one no exception" he said, looked at hashirama and continued "am sorry hashirama I know that you don't approve of these methods but it is the only road we can take," said Madara.

Hashirama stayed silent for a long while he knew that what Madara said was correct if they don't get rid of the opposing party then they may sabotage what they have worked together to achieve, he was sure that he can persuade his brother who hated the Uchiha but he wasn't sure that he can do the same with anyone else.

"actually that is not necessary at all, why don't we just use bloodline suppression," said rei confused.

" What!!, didn't you find information about that in the cultivation manuals I gave you?" asked rei frustrated as after any years of Bing together he knew what they were going to say.

"hahaha" laughed hashirama while rubbing the back of his head clearly embarrassed, " and continued, "I just skipped all the way to the information about techniques, bloodline strengthening and other stuff," he said.

Madara was nodding on the side indicating that he did the same thing.

Rei was speechless, he was sure that even the strongest beings in the multiverse would start killing each other for just one page of that manual, but those two idiots in front of him didn't even bother to read through it.

the manual he gave them was actually an X grade manual and it contained everything they need to know for the rest of their existence, it had soul attack techniques, soul strengthening techniques body strengthening techniques, blueprints for items and weapons tailored especially for their bloodline and so SO much more.

Luckily he made sure that the manual is indestructible and no one else can read it and that after a while it would just teleport to them cause those two would probably just leave it laying around, plus he made sure that they can't teach the full manual to anyone else by making them swear an Oath that cannot be broken, this way he made sure that the information of manual can't be leaked.

He also did the same with his clan with only his parents and brother having access to the full manual.

Rei held his rubbed his temples and said: " you guys don't really deserve those two manuals, sigh, alright I'll say this only once so make sure to listen well, bloodline suppression is..."

After fifteen minutes, rei finished explaining what bloodline suppression is and how to use it.

"you said that distance doesn't matter when using bloodline suppression right??" asked Madara.

" right," said rei.

Alright let me try something, Madara closed his eyes and set there for a few seconds after that he opened his eyes and you could see that he activated the Rinne Sharingan again, a Crack appeared in the space in front of them, and from inside came an Uchiha member carrying a sword and handed it to Madara.

Madara caught it and said " this is one of my close subordinates, I just used BS to make him go and fetch me my practice sword, this is really a scary ability," said Madara, he looked at his clan member and continued "forgot what just happened and go back to the clan".

(A/N: BS is what am gonna call bloodline suppression from now on cause it's way too long)

The clan member nodded and stepped back into the space Crack, after that the Crack closed.

"amazing," said hashirama.

"told you so," said rei.

"This has just made things a lot easier and saved a lot of lives, I'll be going back now I will contact you later," said Madara and disappeared in less than a microsecond

" I will be leaving as well see ya," said hashirama as his body dissolved into green energy particles and he disappeared.

"sigh" rei sighted and he just disappeared from there using his control of space laws.
