Strongest Multiverse System

Rei was back at his own office, he could see that his brother hasn't noticed him and was doing some basic paperwork.

"I am back Yagami," said rei.

Although Yagami hasn't felt him when he came in he wasn't startled or anything as he has gotten used to it over time.

"Welcome back big bro, how was your trip" asked Yagami as he welcomed his brother.

"mmm let's just say it was eventful," said rei cryptically

"Oh?" said Yagami confused.

"come here, we are going to see mom and dad I have something to discuss with them," said Rei as he moved next to the desk, put his hand on Yagami shoulder and both of them disappeared.

In the underground ruin of the shioya clan, which could be called an underground ruin anymore as it didn't have any resemblance to it.

First of all while looking up you could see a bright blue sky with clouds drifting in it, and a bright shining sun above all of that, this was done by rei using his understanding of the laws he made an artificial sky in the cave top of the underground ruin which looked and felt just like the real one.

Rei and Yagami appeared in a really big square, in front of them was a humongous silver palace, and behind them was a city stretching as far as the eye can see with no end to it, the building's in it were all varying in size and shape but they were all beautiful and luxuriously decorated.

After the Shioya clan have discovered this underground they have worked both day and night and used countless materials to make it what it is today, except for the palace, the silver palace was not damaged at all and was in perfect shape so they didn't touch it.

Without saying a word rei started flying really close to the ground followed by Yagami, they were advancing at an increasingly fast speed, soon they came in front of the palace stairs, after going through the stairs they arrived at the huge palace gates on both gates there was the engraving of the infinity sing used in math split equally on both sides, this was also the Shioya clan sing same as the Uchiha and Senju.

Moving next to the throne rei put his hands on it and channeled some of his chakra into it, the throne moved to the side revealing stairs behind it, walking down the stairs for a while he came upon a white door opening it he could see a tall hall with no end in sight with white doors on both sides.

"I'll get dad you get mom," said rei and moved to the first door on the left.

Yagami nodded and moved to the first door on the right.

After rei opened the door and entered he could see an infinite white space with no end to it, far away from the door rei could see his father sitting cross-legged on the ground meditating, he could fell that his powers have increased exponentially since the last time they meet

Rei didn't bother hiding his presence so his father noticed him right away and opened his eyes, "oh, rei long time no see,

what are you doing here? " asked ryushi.

"Hello dad, I have something really important to discuss with you and mom," said rei.

"well it better be important since I was really close to making a breakthrough," said ryushi faking being annoyed.

"sure you were, let's go," said rei and started walking right away without giving him time to respond.

When rei was at the door he could see his mother exiting from the door opposite of him.

Seeing rei Miyako jumped and hugged him tightly and said " rei I can't believe you, you don't even come and check on us all this while and now the first time we see you in a while it's because you need something from us, your brother always visits us, am so mad at you right now" although Miyako was saying that she was still hugging him.

" haha, I am sorry mom I was just so busy lately you know how hard being a patriarch is right," said rei apologetically, ryushi was nodding from behind him when he heard him say that.

Hearing this his mother calm down and said, "it's okay dear I just missed you a lot, so what made you come all the way down here".

After the Shioya clan "found" the ruins rei have actually sealed all the entrances to the surface and the only way to come in or out was through the use of teleportation portals that rei have built all around the ruin, and they can only be activated by someone with the Shioya clan bloodline or in other words the "pseudo origin bloodline", he also reinforced the ruins making them impossible to destroy plus he placed tons of space locks and defensive formation around making it impossible to teleport inside for anyone except him and the people he gave permission too.

"how about we go to the conference room first mom, and I'll explain everything there, Yagami can you also call for the elders I need everyone present," said rei.

"right away," said Yagami and moved to other doors on the side.

"Alright let's go, we can't catch up with each other till the elders arrive," said ryushi and started heading towards the conference room followed by rei and Miyako.

Suddenly the door of the room was pushed open, Yagami came in and sat right next to rei followed by a dozen elders of varying ages and genders.

After everyone gathered and exchanged pleasantries ryushi looked at rei and nodded.

Seeing that he got the green light rei turned towards them and said: "alright, you might all be wondering why I gathered you here, the reason for that is..."
