Targaryen Who Turned Dragon

Time swiftly passed and the marriage ritual had already begun. Now Aerion stood beside Feng Xue'er as the Heavenly Fire Demon oversaw the ceremony.

"You have granted me a great honour, My Lord."

"It's my gift of thanks for all your hard work," Aerion smiled.

"Now that the Celestial Dragon Emperor and Divine Phoenix Goddess, bride and groom, have gathered, we may begin."

"First, bow to Heaven and Earth!"

Aerion and Feng Xue'er bowed to Heaven and Earth.

"Second, bow to your Ancestors!"

Ah, this King has many great ancestors and a few terrible ones. Aerion Brightflame... what a great ancestor to have, indeed. Eventually, the coin toss has to land on madness. Though, there are a few average ancestors who fit neither greatness nor madness.

"That coin toss nonsense is a farce," Rotias stated. "But, it is true that your bloodline is special. It does tend to birth talented individuals worthy of ruling above the rest. No one is born mad, however, they grow into it."

I suppose you're right about that. My grandfather wasn't always the Mad King, he slowly turned mad under the circ.u.mstances he was put through.

"Third, bow to your elders!"

As usual, Aerion didn't exactly have any elders to bow to apart from his bride's. Feng Xue'er had several elders, most of whom he only knew by name.

"Lastly... Husband and Wife, exchange bows!"

"I, Dae Chen, the Heavenly Demon, pronounce you Husband and Wife!"

"Now Big Brother Aerion and I will be together until the very end."

Aerion chuckled. "There won't be an end, Xue'er. We will be together forever."

Only the beings in the Ancestral God Realm and above have a limitless lifespan. In that case, the only being who can grant it freely would be the Transcendent Being. Meanwhile, the Ancestral Gods have to give up their lives in exchange.

I believe there will come a time where I must face him, probably because of my ambition or His boredom. It is inevitable.

For now, I should enjoy my current life without thinking too much about the Transcendent Being.

"Now then, distinguished guests, I ask that you gather at the great banquet hall for the celebration to come!" The Heavenly Fire Demon announced.

Everyone made way for the Celestial Dragon Emperor and Divine Phoenix Goddess, who walked to the upper levels of the Dragon's Heavenly Palace. It wasn't called 'heavenly' for no reason, it was, indeed, heavenly! The great banquet hall was a rather beautiful and open place. There was plenty of nature to observe past the seats and the azure sky was clear of any clouds.

At the centermost table sat Aerion Targaryen, Feng Xue'er, Tai Xia, Huan Caiyi, Feng Hengkong, Aurion, Daeron and the Heavenly Fire Demon. This table was, of course, the smallest out of all of them but its importance was greater than the rest combined!

After the feast came to a close, Aerion and Feng Xue'er made their way to his royal bedchambers to consummate their marriage. He had avoided drinking too much, in fact, his mind was as sharp as usual.

However, he was slightly hesitant as Feng Xue'er looked too pure for the world.

I've done this process five times already... there's no reason for this to be so difficult.

"Truly, her pure and slightly shy personality doesn't help so you must take initiative and turn into a dominant dragon... hahaha." Rotias laughed.

Hmph, how far can your knowledge go when you're millions of years old and still a v.i.r.g.i.n?

"Ah... well, this God can still observe. Although I don't look at what you do since it's your business, there are still plenty more mortals I can observe when I'm curious."

Curious, huh? Who would've thought...

Aerion took a deep breath. "Since I have more experience, I'll take the lead for tonight, alright?"

"Ok, Big Brother Aerion."

Aerion woke up first after a long night. Although Feng Xue'er's vital yin did not increase his cultivation strength greatly, his phoenix bloodline thickened and became purer. Feng Xue'er, on the other hand, ascended straight to the Divine Tribulation Realm!

From half-step Divine Origin to the Divine Tribulation Realm.

"It seems that you acc.u.mulated quite a bit of yang energy after those fifteen months and since her bloodline is the Phoenix's she has benefitted greatly from it."

If I were less faithful, my yang could have been used as a way of assembling an unstoppable army of goddesses.

"An interesting thought you have there."

He kissed Feng Xue'er on the cheek before dressing into his robes and leaving his bedchambers. Today was the day when the 'heaven chosen' children would leave for the Eternal Heaven Divine Realm. Even so, he was in no rush as everything had already been prepared and all he had to do was use the World Teleportation Portal.

Izanagi... Word Teleportation Portal, teleport me to the Eternal Heaven Realm.

Aerion appeared in the skies of the Eternal Heaven Realm, above a crowd of heaven chosen children. The members of their sects had already said their farewells as the started to depart for the Eternal Heaven Divine Realm. The matter of the Crimson Crack had been announced long since then but Aerion had missed it. Well, he didn't need to hear about it since he already knew the truth.

I'm that late?

Aerion sighed and landed in front of the heaven chosen children. He threw Robb a spatial ring which contained a massive number of pills and other resources.

"Robb, take this."

"My Lord, you did not forget."

"Why would I? Luo Changsheng, Jun Xilei and Lu Lengchuan, you three are also deserving of this King's gift." Aerion looked at Shui Meiyin and Izanami. "And you two as well, my dear wife and fiancée."

"What about Shui Yingyue, My Lord?" Robb inquired. "I believe she is talented enough, right?"

If you can get her on my side then I don't mind sparing a few resources.

"Yes, you're right about that." Aerion smiled as he gave her a spatial ring as well. "When you have the time, you should thank Robb for the gift."

"Are you done, Aerion Targaryen?" The Eternal Heaven God Emperor kindly asked.

"Yes, of course. You may proceed. Good luck to you, my fellow 'heaven chosen' children, I'm sure you'll all grow stronger in three thousand years."

Aerion walked to the side and looked around for the Brahma Heaven God Emperor. Instead, he was instantly met with the frightening gaze of the Star God Emperor.

"Is there anything you may need of me, Star God Emperor?"

"My two daughters, where are they?"

"I have no idea." Aerion shrugged. "Shouldn't the Star God Emperor know where his Star Gods are? Asking a disciple from the Snow Song Realm is rather unbecoming of you, Star God Emperor."

"You... I know you took them. I will get the truth out of you even if I must crush every bone in your body."

"Oh my, I'm so frightened. You know what, I'll give you a chance to get them back if you agree with my most kind proposal. If you decide to use violence against me, then I'm afraid that you'll never see them again and you'll also be inciting the Brahma Monarch God Realm's wrath."

"What is this proposal?"

"Just before the 'special event', you and I will have a duel in the Star God Realm. If I lose, I'll return them to you and if you lose, I'll become the Star God Emperor. It's rather simple, right?"

Two breakthroughs in a year? That shouldn't be too difficult.

"Me, lose to you?" The Star God Emperor laughed. "An amusing thought. You may be the heavenly genius but you still lack experience. Also, how do I know if you'll keep your end of the bargain?"

"You'll just have to trust me." Aerion shrugged. "I tend to keep my promises."

"Hmph, you will also have to join the Star God Realm if you lose."

The Star God Emperor did not even consider the scenario of him losing as it was far too absurd.

"Fine by me. But that scenario won't come to pass, because this Emperor will obliterate you." Aerion coldly walked past the Star God Emperor.

"This crowd is a witness to this deal, so you won't be able to go back on it without shaming everyone who stands beside you." The Star God Emperor stated.

"Hmph."

The Brahma Heaven God Emperor made his way to Aerion. "Have you gone mad? Challenging the Star God Emperor in front of this crowd... what were you thinking?"

"Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. One year will be enough... don't even think of stopping me. Ying'er, if you wish to accompany me to the God Realm of Absolute Beginning, then you should wait in the Snow Song Realm. If not, then I can do well enough on my own."

Aerion activated the World Teleportation Portal, this time going back to Blue Pole Star.

Aerion did a little convincing to get Huan Caiyi to agree on going to the Snow Song Realm. She cared too much when it came to her Illusory Demon Realm so it was rather difficult. He cut off his arm and summoned a Fire-Blood Doppelganger of himself, the clone's only purpose was to oversee the matters on Blue Pole Star while the strongest beings on Blue Pole Star left for the Snow Song Realm. This arm, of course, regenerated.

Then he used the World Teleportation Portal to bring his group to the Snow Song Realm. This group included himself, his three wives, two sons, the Heavenly Fire Demon, a few Dragonsguard members and Xia Qingyue. Aerion spoke to Mu Xuanyin regarding this matter and she agreed to shelter them for him.

"You have my greatest thanks, Master."

"Hmph, a certain Brahma Monarch Goddess is waiting for you. You should not keep her waiting for too long."

"So she came." Aerion nodded. "Alright, I'll go see her."

Aerion left the sacred hall and saw the Brahma Monarch Goddess herself. He had yet to see her face without the mask so he wondered if this was a good opportunity to accomplish just that. However, he was more interested in progressing his cultivation level at the moment.

"I truly hope you know what you're doing." The Brahma Monarch Goddess stated.

"Who's he?" Aerion looked at Gu Zhu.

"My underling."

"A peak Divine Master, eh? The more, the better, I suppose." Aerion smiled. "Lead the way, my dear wife-to-be."
