Flying Thunder God Jutsu

"That's it. You four can leave." Third Hokage happily smiled and nodded his head.

Kakashi, Guy, Genma, and Menma left the Hokage Office.

"Hiruzen, how can you promise him to give Flying Thunder God Jutsu without even taking his Chakra Absorption Jutsu?" Danzo instantly slammed the desk and shouted.

"Yes, Hiruzen, don't you think it is too early to trust him with such Jutsu?" Koharu Utatane spoke with a serious expression.

But, Hiruzen didn't reply to them. He turned his head at Shikaku and asked.

"Do you think giving him Flying Thunder God Jutsu was a good idea?"

Shikaku was surprised. Normally, he wouldn't be called when three elders of the village would gather. So, he was curious why Third Hokage suddenly called him and asked him to stay silent.

Only now, he realized Third Hokage's intention. He thought for a moment and said.

"First, we can be sure that Menma isn't a spy. We have already tested it before. And, we also know that his parents have been living in Konoha from the very beginning."

"Izuno family is also one of the families of our village. So, his identity is clear. As for his motivation and behavior, I know a little bit about them. From what my son said, Menma is extremely gentle and also helpful to the others."

"He is the main reason why everyone graduated two years early from the Academy. Based on the fact that he accepted Naruto as his friend and what Naruto did during this mission, it seemed like he didn't make friends with Naruto for any ulterior motives."

"If that's what you think." Danzo suddenly stood up and replied as he left. Although he wanted to get Menma into roots, now knowing that he would be Tsunade's student, it would be hard.

Hiruzen didn't care about Danzo's words.

Menma had already reached his home. He was surprised by Hiruzen's generosity. But, then he realized what kind of politician Hiruzen is.

He chuckled and understood why Hiruzen would be so good to him. Of course, Menma would never betray the village but he wouldn't be good for those four elders.

He had no reason to be good to them.

In his mind, he already had a plan. He won't do anything to change the Konoha Crush Arc. In fact, he planned to make it happen at any cost.

Now that he was sure to leave the village, it would be even easier.

His plan was to make sure that his group wouldn't become Chunin for the next two years. But, he didn't have a reason to stop them from becoming Chunin.

But now, he does have a reason to do so.

Thinking about it, he entered his home and went to his bed to rest. His mother wasn't at home.

As he was resting, he suddenly sensed someone outside the window. He turned around and saw an Anbu standing outside.

He quickly opened the window and the Anbu took out the scroll.

"You need to return this scroll to the Hokage in five days."

After saying so, he quickly disappeared. Although it was a warning, it was meaningless.

Because even if others get the scroll, it's not like they can learn it. In fact, even with Fourth Hokage's guidance, his guard platoon could only learn part of it.

Holding the scroll of Flying Thunder God Jutsu, Menma was extremely excited. Although he couldn't use it for the next two years, it didn't mean he wouldn't learn it.

She was a master of sealing techniques. So, with her knowledge of seals and with his own theoretical talent, Minato was able to learn Flying Thunder God Jutsu.

Menma suddenly realized something. Although Chakra needed by this Jutsu was enormous, it was only at the beginning.

To fully understand it. One can store their Chakra into their seals and once the Chakra is locked into their seals, they only need some additional Chakra to teleport anything.

But of course, if the thing that they want to teleport has a massive size or mass, then the additional Chakra required to do so would be immense.

That would set a limit to this Jutsu.

He finally understood why Minato was casually able to use this Jutsu against thousand of shinobi from Rock Shinobi Village. It was simple.

Minato already had at least half of Kurama's Chakra. Although it wasn't sure how he got so much Chakra, the fact that he used Reaper Death Seal to seal half of Kurama's soul into his body meant he at least had half of Kurama's Chakra.

Menma suddenly doubted that Minato was able to borrow or at least use Kushina's Chakra.

While he was thinking so, Menma couldn't help but ponder

'Did he already create a Jutsu that can absorb the Chakra from Nine Tails or Kushina? Otherwise, how a civilian like him has so much Chakra? Or, is it because Namikaze Clan was extraordinary hundreds of years ago?'

'Well, there is no point in thinking about it. Now I understand how much Chakra would I need to use this Jutsu, I believe within two years of training with Tsunade, I will be able to use this Jutsu.'

Thinking so, Menma giggled and continued to study Flying Thunder God Jutsu. He didn't even realize that all of the tiredness in his body had already disappeared.

The day quickly ended and he was forcefully pulled out of his room by his mother for dinner.

After dinner, he spent hours studying this Jutsu. He started theoretically applying those seals and slowly figuring out the way to merge them together.

It was precisely because of that nobody could learn this Jutsu except those two.

Because it didn't mention how to merge those seals and create that teleportation seal. And, to do so, people need extreme knowledge about the seals.

He didn't even realize that it was already the next day. Only after his mother forced him out once more, he realized that he must meet his team. He also decided to give them a proper plan and then stuff himself inside the room to study Flying Thunder God Jutsu.

He wasn't like Naruto who had massive Chakra. He couldn't use Shadow Clones to do multiple things. Besides, studying Flying Thunder God Jutsu was already consuming a lot of his stamina and chakra.

Deciding on what he was planning on doing, he left the house and met up with his team.

When he arrived, Genma looked at him and then looked at the other two as he said.

"I believe Menma has something important to announce today, isn't that right Menma?"

Menma was surprised by his words but quickly nodded his head. He looked at two of them and said.

"I am afraid I won't be able to accompany you guys for the next two years."

Hearing his words, their expressions dropped. Suddenly, it became gloomy. But, Menma quickly spoke.

"But, don't worry. I will only be gone for two years. After two years, I will join this team. And, until then, I have something really important for you guys to do."

Hearing his words, the gloominess disappeared as they both looked at him with some expectation.

"I know it is a bit selfish to say this. But, I hope you two won't try to become Chunin for the next two years. Instead, continue to become Genin under Genma Sensei for the next two years and follow my training advice."

Hearing his words, Genma was surprised and stunned. He didn't expect Menma to make such a selfish request. He looked at Jena and Okinawa but instead of seeing disappointment, he only saw excitement.

Menma looked at Genma and said.

"Genma Sensei, can we take a day off today? I want to discuss something with two of them and others in our class today."

Genma thought for a moment and nodded. He quickly used Body Flicker Jutsu and disappeared.

Menma then looked at them and said.

"Okinawa, go and call team six. Jena, you go and call team eight. I will go and call the other remaining teams. We will meet right here."
