"Ange. I know you know this was stupid right?"

"Yes..."

"We will talk about this later, you know that too?"

"Yes... Sorry"

"Good. Then I can be at ease. There are too many of them. I hope you have a plan of some sorts."

"I'm thinking!"

"There is no time!"

"What am I supposed to do!?"

"How about think before talk next time huh!?"

"I said sorry alright!?"

"That's not enough right now! I don't know if you noticed but we are surrounded!"

"Stop talking already! I'm sick of you guys! Kill the boy and take the girl!" (Burly Man)

Thugs jumps on them and at this moment, everyone smelled something. Fortunately, Rhaxtyx knew what this was.

"Oh you little bastard! Ange, get down!"

"Huh?"

"I said get down! *Whisper* And hold your breath!"

"What are you talking about?"

"You'll see! Oi! Little Bastard! Do your thing!"

*Scree!*

With a screech, Badgey jumped and dropped its disguise. After that with a spin, green colored mist covered everywhere. Everyone apart from Rhaxtyx and Angeline, started to retch.

"Oh my god what is this smell!?"

"I'm gonna throw up!"

"Out! Everyone out! We have to get out of he- ARGH!"

"D.i.c.k? What happened to y- ARGH!"

"Man down! Tim and D.i.c.k are down! Boss what should we- ARGH!"

"Report! How are you? Say something damn it! You bastards! You cowards!" (Burly Man)

"I'm sorry but all your men are down. You better surrender as well, or you'll know pain." (Rhaxtyx)

Rhaxtyx spoke as the green mist got thinner and thinner. He was holding his nose close so his noise was a bit funny. Every thug other than the burly man was down and unconscious.

"Who are you?"

"She told you right? She is the owner, and I'm her bodyguard."

"You bastard! I'll kill you!"

The Burly Man charged towards Rhaxtyx but because of the scent attack of Badgey, he saw everything blurry and his balance was everywhere. Using that, Rhaxtyx stepped away and the burly man tripped on his feet. With a roll he managed to stand back up but as soon as he stood up, Angeline hit him behind the head and he lost his consciousness.

"Well, with that, the tavern is safe once more, don't you think?" (Rhaxtyx)

"Yes, it is. Although it smells a little bit."

"Ah don't worry about it. We open the windows for a couple of days and it will be fresh again."

"Yes but we must leave tomorrow. I need to find my mother."

"I know. At least the thugs are done with and the village folk can use this tavern safely."

"Yes. We should give these idiots to guards."

"Yea. They must've heard the noises. Put your diguise on, and this bastard as well. They may come anytime."

"Okay."

Angeline put her and Badgey's disguises and bound all the thugs. They took them towards the door when the guards entered. They explained the situation and thankfully they agreed to take the thugs into custody saying they were a pain in the a.s.s for a long time. They said these thugs would be taken to Vulca City.

"Whew. At least that is done. So, are we leaving now?" (Rhaxtyx)

"Let's stay for the night. We can leave tomorrow."

"Okay."

Thus they cooked a meal and talked till it was nighttime. They had a good time after all that travelling and drank their exhaustion away but because of that, they got wasted. They didn't know how did they even find a bed to sleep when they woke up.

When morning came, Angeline was the first one to wake up. She smelled sweat and felt something on her back. When she opened her eyes, she turned as red as a tomato. That's because Rhaxtyx and she was in the same bed and Rhaxtyx's right arm was hugging her. Fortunately, they still had their clothes on but this was enough to make her embarrassed.

"You. Cunning. BASTARD!" *Smack!*

"OW! Is it an attack? Are we- What the hell!? You slapped me!? What the hell was that for!?" (Rhaxtyx)

"You took advantage me being drunk! How dare you!?"

"What are you... Talking... About. Sh*t... Umm, if you don't mind me asking, why are we in the same bed?"

"I should be asking you! You are the one who is a man!"

"I'm a god! I don't need stuff like that!"

"You liar!" *Smack. Pow. Crack!*

"OOOOOOOOWWWWWW!"

And so, a new day started. After hitting Rhaxtyx for a couple of times out of embarrassment, he managed to explain the situation. They carried each other to the bed and when they finally reached it they just fell asleep in a manner of seconds. Angeline was so embarrassed by this and apologized for a full five minutes. So, after making a luxurious breakfast as apology for this misunderstanding, they had to prepare for their journey. After having their breakfast, they got their disguises on and started walking. After about an hour or so, they saw a group of men standing in the middle of the road, blocking it.

"I'm sorry lady but you are not to go any further than this." (Mercenary Boss)

"Who are you!" (Angeline)

"We've been told that you've been naughty miss. We are here to bring you back."

"Did the city lord sent you?"

"She's a smart one boss. She won't shut up on the way back at all, I can tell." (Mercenary #1)

"Yeah. They told us to bring you back alive miss. But they did not specify if you had to be awake or not. Even with two arms or not. So I suggest you do not give us any more trouble, and we bring you back in one piece." (Mercenary Boss)

"Ange they look strong. We can't deal with them with the way we are. Plus I sense more people behind the trees."

"I know! Badgey, if you can do that smell attack again, use it. Rex, we'll use it to escape."

"There are less people to our left."

"Then we'll go towards there. Badgey, when you are ready."

" I hate to jump in but we are on clock here. I hope you said your goodbyes. Take them down Gab." (Mercenary Boss)

With the command, there were arrows and spells flying towards Rhaxtyx and Badgey. Because they do not intend to kill Angeline, mercenaries did not launch any lethal attacks towards her.

"Now Badgey!"

With the word from Angeline, Badgey jumped and with a spin released its smelly green mist. Mercenaries were shocked at this unexpected event and some of them even fell down because of it. With the chance Badgey created, Rhaxtyx and Angeline dashed towards the trees. Soon after that, Badgey followed after them.

"What are you doing you idiots! Is it so hard to kill a boy and capture a girl!? After them!" (Mercenary Boss)

Mercenaries, while coughing and rubbing their eyes, chased after the trio into the woods. Rhaxtyx would occasionally fire a Firebolt behind him and Angeline would guide them through the woods.

"We have to lose them!" (Rhaxtyx)

"Tell me something I don't know!"

"There are two suns at the world I am from! One rises from the east and the second one from the west. They are called Arra and Noiré!"

"What the hell are you talking about!?"

"You asked me to tell you something you didn't know!"

"Shut up!"

"Where are we headed?"

"We can't go west! It is towards Vulca!"

"So?"

"So let's go north east for now!"

"Sure!"

"Let's go!"

They started to rush towards north-east. They tried to use the forest to their advantage but the mercenaries chasing them were very experienced. It was as if they were professionals when it came to jobs like this.

They would run for three whole days. They would not even get enough sleep. After three days they were about to collapse. With the corner of his eye, Rhaxtyx saw a dark hole in a hill nearby.

"Hey, Ange. Is that what I think it is?"

"Yes! It's a cave! Let's go and-"

"Wait! What if there's a wild beast in there. Like a bear."

"Relax. Bears don't live around here. Plus, which do you prefer. A bear or professional kidnappers. I think a bear is easier to handle."

"Right. Let's go."

As they went towards the cave, they made sure to hide their tracks. Angeline and Badgey kept watch as Rhaxtyx went inside to make sure there was no wild beast.

"It's clear. You can come in."

They entered and the trio went deeper to make sure they could see the entrance but they are not seen from there. There were no signs of mercenaries after an hour or so, so they relaxed.

"Finally... I can sleep!" (Angeline)

"Yeah. I want to sleep as well. Even though I don't need to sleep, I think I need to right no-"

"What happened?"

"I feel something"
