*The next day*

I woke up from my afternoon meditation on top of a holymusk tree after hearing the chatterboxes just below my feet. Can't they learn to be quiet?! Just how many people are they disturbing from their well-deserved beauty sleep?!

[A/N: *Oryah!* I thought wou were meditating! (=.=) ]

Looking down I was blinded by the bountiful gold. *Iyah!* just how many people are you trying to turn blind with your genetic stereotyping of angels! I squinted my eyes a bit while glancing down at the three blonds below me.

[A/N: it's not their fault though...]

"Did you hear? Did you hear?!" –blond with blue eyes said

"Who hasn't?" –blond with purple eyes followed

"About what?" –female blond with gold eyes exclaimed

Mr. Blue "They're holding the Guardian Championship!!!"

Ms. Gold "No way, when?"

Mr. Blue "After thirteen turns!!!"

Mr. Purple "hahahaha no way! As if they'd hold it in so short notice."

Mr. Blue "Believe in me or not, it's your choice! But I tell you its really happening!!! I heard senior Cedrijell (Sed-riel) say so. He was taking with the teachers so it must be true!"

Mr. Purple "T-that means!"

A disgusting grin appears on Mr. Blue's face.

Mr. Blue "Im joining! I've even got my token ready already!"

Guardian... Championship?... Sounds like the challenge for me!!!

I cut of their conversation in my head as I thought about the possibilities. Maybe we'll be fighting against gargoyles! Or... maybe it's a test of Wit with Dragons!

The three blonds slowly disappeared as they made their way down the road.... grass path

"Oi, what are you doing?"

Wahhh!!! Unexpectedly I was caught unguarded!

I turned around to face my best friend

"Eh? What are you doing up here Sil?"

I watched as a nerve somehow became more defined on his forehead. He looks like he is suffering from extreme constipation.

*Bughu!*

I was hit!!!

"... Eh? Why?"

"You git! Did your grandfather drop you on your head as a child?! How could you be so emptyheaded!"

"I've been looking everywhere for you! Did you know how long I've waited before setting off, finding you lazing around on a tree!?"

"Ah that's right there was that today."

"Exactly! If you remember afterall, why are you still here!"

"That's right, we must go there immediately!"

"Eh?! Sil you have a white hair sticking out."

"Whose fault do you think it is?! *sigh* lets just go ill tell you on the way."

I stood up on the branch and jumped down to the ground before following right beside Sil

"Today is the day we are paired up for the yin and yang dance! And incase you forgot late comers are paired up with other late comers! During the dance 10 years ago, I came an hour late since I was too busy researching on Undead Halflings, I was paired up with... Remliel"

"What? Seriously? Why was I never informed of this?"

Just in case you didn't know. Remiel is the absolute worst kid in class! He always tries to find fault in us. Though when he succeeds we always find a way to make it backfire on him so all's fair.

I only came to join the feud two years ago though so I don't really know how it started between them. All I know is Remiel is a jerk who tried to pick on me during my first year here in Hallow Illuceo Academy.

"?. . . Oh yeah. I forgot you're only 8. But you still should have known, It was announced yesterday during the opening ceremony and there was a parchment with its details on the board."

"See? so it's not my fault. ... anyway do you know how to get in the Guardian Championship?"

"Guardian Championship? What's that?"

"You don't know? I just heard a couple of our seniors talking about it. It sounded cool so I wanna join, It also smells of a grand prize!"

"Why don't we ask Ms. Desthra? She's bound to know, then afterwards will we speak of joining it or not."

"Alright then, where are we going anyway?"

"Back to the Academy."

"Speaking of which, did you find out what that light was yesterday? I got nothing from my grandfather, but his reactions... It seems to be a little more serious than what I first thought."

"I also got nothing from my dad. He was also quick to dismiss it. We should also not think much about it less we let curiosity kill the cat."

"Well then last one back to the academy buys the other one a meal!".

[A/N: If youre a little confused why Hedera was severly injured because she became "impure" after giving birth and why there seems to ba many angel children. This is because these children are basically all 'adopted'. They were born / made by god himself. The angels are all born from condensed holy energy, and recycled souls.

Contrary from belief, the souls are not extinguished after death but brought to the underworld's fire to burn all impurities (headed my Demon God "Devil" (Dark Qui)), these are then given back to all other gods (Heaven's God (light Qui) , Dragon God (Fire Qui), Beast God (Nature Qui), Human God (Creation Qui), and the other Gods of Balance (who control Water, Air, Space, Wealth, etc.)

This entire process is agreed upon by all Gods to balance the cycle of life after the Age of Chaos. Of course the mortals (yes including angels, demons, and dragons) don't know this. Angels believe God created them from scratch.

When angels want children they send prayers to God he/she then takes energy samples from them then combines it with pure energy and a soul. The energy is then condensed until it takes material form and is given to the Angel/s as their children... like literally given, the children are picked up from the shrine dais after they are transported there.

Human God bestows recharged souls (in different forms ex. intangible "spirit" souls, soul cores, etc.) to unborn children (sometimes objects), same as other Gods, they can also //when they feel like it// add specialized energy to the child. Then the child is birthed into the world!!! YAY!!!

If you ask why there are so many "immortal" children (angels, demons, dragons, etc.) this is because they still die, maybe because of extremely old age or through battles, like wars.
