The Emperor Is Searching

"Get her back! get her back mother ..in five days time, five days!" The Emperor yelled furiously then turn back and begin to walk out but stopped when one of his mother guards entered and fell to the floor in tears while muttering things.

He heard one name and that name was what drew his attention towards the man.

After Dae-Du fall to the floor in tears, he started to plead for mercy even though he took all the blame.

"I know I should have rescued her, I tried but I just couldn't swim ..I tried your Highness but I just couldn't get to her and the ship ..the ship, the ship sank with her still in it." He cried out continuously.

"What! What did you just say!?." The Emperor yelled now holding Dae-Du up by his collar.

"Kleila ..what'd you said happened to her!? The emperor yelled furiously to his face. He thought he didn't hear the man correctly and even as he asked, he couldn't help but start panicking.

As Dae-Du was narrating the whole incident to them everyone was quiet, the only sound there was their breathings, even the queen was shaken by the news and when Dae-Du finished his narration, the Emperor yelled out for twenty of his guards, Hyungsik and Il-sung.

Immediately the guards entered and bowed, he says orotundly even though he's dying on the inside. "Take my ship, go to wherever it was that their ship sank, search it!

Search every corner of it!

He sign in frustration and sadness before continuing. "If you find her ..her dead body, bring it to me ..she shall be buried inside the palace, but..' He says hopefully. 'If you don't find her at all inside the ship, twenty of you shall enter the country and search for her, don't come back if you're not with her ..either dead or alive. I want her back in the palace! Go!" He yelled and they all rush out.

He turned to Dae-Du who's still on his knees in tears. "Why are you still kneeling down, go with them and show them where it happened!" He yelled and immediately Dae-Du got up and ran after the other men.

A few seconds after Dae-Du left, The Emperor turn to his mother and begin to look at her furiously. "You sent her away, you sent her out despite knowing her mother's country is still at war. Sometimes I don't know who you're anymore." He said while looking at his mother in the eye's spitefully and after a while, he walked out angrily.

When he got to his chambers, he began to pace up and down. He has never been as depressed as he is right now in his entire existence. He feels so helpless and bothered.

He wished to be there searching and calling out for Kleila but he couldn't leave his Empire without no ruler for gods know how long.

That night, he didn't sleep and it's not because he doesn't want to, he just couldn't and immediately the morning rooster crowed, he got up and went to his deck where he grabbed a parchment and a quill.

"Immediately you get this message, write back your current situation." After writing this, he rolls it and place it at the foot of his bird then he sent it off.
