The Heavenly Crystal

Roan who now has a hole the size of a fist on his c.h.e.s.t, was still unconscious. You can see his heart beating in perfect rhythm and the hole on his c.h.e.s.t was slowly closing in. After a few moments, the hole was gone and his body was back in perfect condition.

Golden patterns emerged throughout his body. His eyes sprung open and and the golden patterns were similarly present in his pupils.

"Uuuggghhh" Roan shouted in extreme pain.

His already healed body was again filled with multiple wounds and blood also leaked out from his orifices. If someone can see the changes inside his body, they will be very shocked. His arteries and veins ruptured, but then new ones were created at a very fast rate of time. Similar things happened to his internal organs, they decomposed and then new ones were growing in a very fast speed. His skin cracked and shedded multiple times as well.

The howls of pain continued for several hours until only groaning sounds can be heard.

The sky outside was enveloped by a blinding light and the surviving humans can only close their eyes. The light destroyed one hundred percent of the world's technology and everything related to it. The world went dark in a matter of seconds causing panic to spread among the surviving humans.

The light also has a different effect on the animals, insects and even the plants. It made them grow several times larger and stronger. And they gained strange abilities as well after absorbing the light.

One red wolf with burning tail released a massive ball of fire from his mouth causing great destruction around him. It then howled loudly to show his dominance, making the surrounding beasts retreat in trepidation.

All sorts of mutated creatures wrecked havoc in the world of Ubec. It's a world that is a few dozens of times larger than Earth and is populated by several hundred billion humans. The once beautiful world was now slowly being destroyed.

After another few hours, only a little more than ten percent remained of the human population.

A huge herd of beasts can be seen surrounding an old dilapidated house. The beasts are gigantic ants with armor-like carapace. They refused to go near the house like they were afraid of something inside it, but at the same time, they know that if they can at least get a bite of what's inside the house, then they will be many times stronger.

A strong aura enveloped a hundred meter radius with the dilapidated house being the epicenter of it. A devilishly handsome young man with sword like brows, tall nose and red lips slowly walked without clothes outside the house which was now destroyed because of the aura that was released earlier. His skin was without flaw and his tall and ripped body can cause madness among women, but no one was present to witness the scene.

Several lines appeared before eyes after looking at the huge ants in front of him. But instead of being alarmed from the unexpected experience, he remained calm and collected with no change on his facial features.

"Let me finish this guys first, and then I'll go find some clothes" he said in embarrassment while looking at his n.a.k.e.d body.

He charged towards the gigantic ants and threw fierce fists and kicks towards them. He killed twenty ants in several minutes.

"Why am I already level 10?" he muttered in confusion.

He then checked the descriptions of his skills.

He chose a random black shirt and a black pants which costed him 5 coins in total. He also bought himself a flashy looking shoes for 4 coins. He thought about it and bought a scabbard as well for 10 coins. He spent a total of 19 coins on his first purchase. All the items he bought mysteriously appeared out of thin air.

He strapped the scabbard on his back and sheathed the Steel Sword that the ant dropped.

"They should still be alive given their abilities" he smiled while looking at a specific location.

"You bastards, just wait for me" he said as he walked away slowly.
