Terrius brought the men to his group with the infected man still in his shoulder.

"Good, let's look for a base and we will fortify it. Terrius take the rear for now." ordered Roan towards the group while eyeing the infected man on Terrius' shoulder.

"Karl, how long do you think he has before he becomes an undead?" he asked in a small voice.

"5 hours at most, since its only a scratch, he was able to last for this long." Karl answered as his now golden eyes shone with slightly.

"Let"s move fast, it's about to turn dark." Roan said after looking at the afternoon sky.

"I have an idea where we could stay temporarily." said a timid and lovely voice.

They all looked at the origin of the voice and saw a young girl looking at the ground in embarrassment.

"My name is Lily and this is my big sister Ayesha. My sister and I lived in a three storey mansion, and it's just the both of us living there since I was twelve. So it's fine if all of us will stay there." she said shyly while introducing the young lady with beautiful figure who.

"Yes, I completely agree with Lily. I don't mind having all of you in our house." Ayesha said with a beautiful smile on her face.

"Great! Lead the way. Don't worry, Karl will be able to see enemies approaching us within a few hundred meters." Roan said calmly and looked at Karl with a smile.

Karl looked at Roan and understood his gaze. He nodded his head and smiled as well.

The others were shocked to know more about Karl's abilities and they looked at him with new eyes.

"How long will it take us towards your mansion by foot?" asked Roan while glancing at Ayesha's beautiful figure.

Ayesha's face turned red at Roan's gaze and she muttered in response "It will take us about two hours or so."

Roan nodded at her and calmly walked towards the front while Ayesha followed after him.

They walked along the ruined roads of Ridge City carefully while Karl killed the beasts and undeads that charged towards them. After about two hours of walking, a walled mansion came into their.

"That's where we live." Lily pointed her hands towards their mansion in excitement.

Everyone heaved sighs of relief after hearing her exclamation.

They walked with a much faster pace towards the mansion. Ayesha took out the keys in her pocket and opened the gigantic door of the mansion.

They were greeted by the sight of a luxurious looking three storey mansion and there was also a massive pool beside the mansion.

Ayesha closed the gate and said with a smile "Let's go rest inside."

The group follwed after her in excitement for their new home. They walked for a few minutes before they finally got inside the mansion.

"I want to take a good and warm bath." the blonde beauty Janrose said as she sat down in a big sofa.

"All of you, gather here for now." Roan ordered.

Terrius and Karl immediately moved after hearing him, while the others followed begrudgingly.

"Karl, explain everything we learned so far to them. They might not have no knowledge about leveling either. So explain to them what will happen if they level up." Roan said while looking at Karl.

Karl nodded his head and began to explain how they leveled up after killing monsters and undeads. He also explained that they will get items and coins from the killed beasts which they can then use to buy something at the Store . He mentioned that anything can be bought in the store including clothes, food and weapons.

The others were just listening because they were afraid of Karl's strength, but then after he began to talk, they listened more attentively and excited smiles were plastered on their faces.

Roan stood up after Karl's explanation. All eyes were on him as he said "My name is Roan, and this big guy here is Terrius. That's Karl, our sniper. Now, it's your turn."
