The Kitsune Demon

Opening his eyes Naruto leans over the side of his bed to throw up. Luckily he hasn't eaten anything recently so he just dry heaved for a while. Collapsing back on the bed Naruto feels like he was taken through the wringer. Sitting up Naruto realizes that he's nȧkėd, looking over his body he sees the outline fo his muscles and he was several inches taller. Pulling out a pair of pants Naruto wasn't able to put them on because of the orange tail sticking out from were his tail bone was.

Grabbing the tail in shock, Naruto gives it a tug to make sure that he's not dreaming. The sharp bolt of pain that follows ȧssures him that he's defiantly not dreaming. His train of thought is broken by a burst of deep laughter seeing to come from nowhere. Looking around the room Naruto tries to find the source of the laughter. After it goes on for a full minute Naruto starts to recognize the voice behind the almost sinister laughter.

" Kurama, where are you " The laughter is slowly replaced by Kurama's voice " You should have seen the look on your face " Getting red in the face Naruto explodes " What did you do to me and where are you I can hear you but I can't see you!! "

" Calm down kid, I'll answer your questions, but first duck!! " Naruto feels every nerve in his scream at him to move. Diving to the side Naruto doges the kunai that would have been lodged in his shoulder. Scrambling to his feet Naruto looks at the masked shinobi that appeared out of thin air.

" Oh, you were able to doge my kunai. For a kid with no training, you have surprisingly good battle instincts. Danzo is going to be so happy when we deliver you to him. " One of the Shinobi speaks as they slowly approach Naruto cornering him. Naruto quickly looks around the room, seeing if anything could help him escape. Taking another step back Naruto hears the sound of his chain thump on the floor. Grabbing the chain Naruto pulls uprooting the iron stake at the end of the chain. Arming himself with the stake he awkwardly holds it in a reverse handgrip, the shinobi stop for a second before they advance warier than the first time. Panicking again Naruto starts to stomp his feet on the floor, after the third stomp he hears a set of footsteps make it way up the stairs leading to his room.

Storming into the room Baba Yaga practically knocked the door off its hinges before launching into a tirade. " Did you not learn from your last lesson, maybe this time I- " She stops her sentence as she looks at the two shinobi who stare at her and me or more specifically my tail. Naruto rushes past the two guards and Baba Yaga to the stairs. Stopping at a turn in the hallway with a window leading to a drop from the six-story building. Hearing the fleetfooted shinobi right behind him Naruto makes a quick decision. The two shinobi come down the stairs just in time to see the three-year-old naruto jump out of the window.

As Naruto freefalls he stabs the iron stake into the concrete between the bricks slowing his descent so he won't break every bone in his body when he lands. Rolling when he lands on the ground he quickly pulls out the stake and runs away from the only place he's ever known. For then next two hours Naruto runs further and further away from the orphanage until he comes to a river that runs through the village.

Sitting down under a tree Naruto catches his breath " Kurama what the hell was that "

" They looked like members of the Anbu, a shinobi organization headed by the Hokage who work to keep the village safe. They must have been ȧssigned to keep an eye on you and make sure you were safe. Danzo must have intercepted or bribed to not tell Hiruzen about your situation. "

Thinking over the new information Naruto sighs " There's nothing we can do now just tell me what happened to me and why are you in my head "

" Okay, here it is when you drank my blood the nature of my chakra mixed with your blood making you a hybrid. Its a form of Kekkei Genkai or bloodline techniques. The reason that I'm in your head is also a side effect of the Kekkei Genkai. I can analyze objects for you, display your strength, and give you quest in exchange for rewards. "

" Can't, you just give me the rewards without the quest? " Naruto asks "Where the fun in that seeing you struggle will make this so worth it " Shrugging Naruto walks to the river taking a long drink from the clear water. It best-tasting water he'd ever had, after filling up on the clear nectar Naruto stripped down to his undėrwėȧr before he bathed in the cold water. Has he bathed he started to think about what he should do next? His train of thought was interrupted by a noise coming from his head.

Swimming back to shore Naruto clothes himself, and then makes his way back to the village. Moving between buildings and rooftops Naruto makes his way to the Hokage's Office. Trying to find a way in Naruto spends the next few minutes searching the building until he finds a back door. He's progress is stopped by a shinobi with white hair wearing a white mask appearing out of thin air. Coming to a stop the two stare at each other before the shinobi appears right next to Naruto delivering a chop to his neck.

Naruto feels a zap and a feeling of numbness sets over his entire body. The shinobi threw him over his shoulder like a sack of flour into the building.
