on a (planet full of water) without land or clouds just water,

strong energy comes from space and falls into the water BOMM A LARGE EXPLOSION

Suddenly another falls into the water BOMM one after another thousands of meteorites bombard this planet! everyday and every moments and it was like that for 20 to 40 years"

the magic of these meteorites was variable some immeasurably powerful full of mana others no magic some other meteorites absorb magic others only nullify magic. and over time islands and more islands began to appear on the surface of the great sea, some islands blessed with extremely high magic, others with extremely low magic, but this earth was extremely dead there was no life only energy and earth did not have much, but on a very high hill I'm sure this is the largest hill in the world "right in the sky a blast BOOM BOOM blast of divine energy just a little weaker than the cosmic energy but still very potent. The sky becomes extremely beautiful golden something wonderful to look at, thousands of northern lights dancing as if alive. and so the peak of the gods is born which will be known as mount targon the legendary mount, and well above the legendary mount in the clouds aspects begin to exist. when humans begin to exist this mound will be treated as Mount Targon is the most imposing mountain in Runeterra; a gigantic tower of sun-hardened rocks amid a variety of ridges. Nothing equal in scale anywhere in the world. Located far from civilization, Mount Targon is quite remote and impossible to reach except by the most determined explorers.

Many legends about Mount Targon exist, from tales of resplendent warriors imbued with incredible powers from the heavens to confront monsters, to fantastic stories of gods and their heavenly abodes, falling from the firmament to form the mountain. Some legends even swear that the mountain is an elder titan at rest.

Like any place that belongs to a myth, Mount Targon is like a beacon for dreamers, madmen and adventure seekers. Those who survive the arduous journey to the foot of the titanic mountain are welcomed as pilgrim friends by the scattered tribal communities that have settled around its base.

Here, the weary traveler learns about tribes such as the Rakkor, who have endured the harsh climate and ruthless lands around the mountain for millennia. These people unite in their belief that living in the shadows of these monumental scale cyclopean structures is a true invocation of mysterious powers. The origin and purpose of such structures - if they existed at all - remains a mystery, for mortals may never truly know the minds of their creators. Many faiths take root around the mountain, but all are linked to the Solari, a faith of sun worship whose doctrines dominate the region. The largest Solari temple is situated on the slope to the east end of the mountain. You can only get there by crossing rope bridges that swing over abyssal canyons, climbing spiral staircases carved into the rocks, and crossing wind-thin edges cut into steep hills full of ancient symbols and vast effigies. Some brave souls try to climb the impossible mountain, perhaps in search of knowledge or enlightenment, or perhaps in pursuit of glory, or to fulfill another soul's d.e.s.i.r.e upon seeing its peak. The inhabitants of the base of the summit celebrate as these brave souls begin their climb, knowing that the mountain will find most of them unworthy of reaching the top. And Mount Targon's judgment on the unworthy is death.

The narrow flanks and treacherous mountain conditions and steep slopes make the climb incredibly difficult. The path is full of the twisted corpses of those who tried and failed. Climbing is almost impossible: a cruel test of every facet of the strength, character, determination, willpower and concentration of the climber. Some of them rise for weeks or months; others for just one day, because the mountain is fickle and changes often. And even for those few who somehow survive the summit, the challenge is not over. Some of those who reach the summit find only an empty vastness, an abandoned expanse of ruins and faded markings beyond human comprehension. Whatever the reason, the mountain judged that the climber had something missing in his soul.

For a select few, however, it is said that the summit is covered by a cascade of white light, through which wonders and distant horizons can be glimpsed; disconcerting and stunning visions of a mythical domain from beyond. Despite achieving the goal of reaching the top, most fail this last test, frightened by this inhuman world. Of the few rare ones that remain in their place, most never return. Others may reappear minutes, years, or even centuries later.

(One thing is certain: those who return are so changed that they can barely be recognized)

The sky around Mount Targon shines with heavenly bodies; the sun and the moons, but also constellations, planets, glowing comets that cut the darkness and auspicious arrangements of stars. People who live at the base of the mountain believe these to be aspects of long-lost stellar beings; powerful and ancient creatures in scale beyond human comprehension. Some believe that the power of these Aspects sometimes runs down the mountain in the trembling bodies of worthy climbers. Such an occurrence is unimaginably rare and incredible tales of their deeds are formed in such individuals, which arise only once every few generations.

It is incredibly unusual for more than one Aspect to exist in Runeterra at any given time, so the stories of the manifestation of various Aspects spread a shroud of fear and uncertainty over the mountain. What emerging threats would require the struggle of so many powerful beings?
