After Averill had listened to everything that the System told him, he went silent, but the smile on his face was bright. He didn't reply to the System, but he turned towards Saitama before asking him in a soothing voice. "Saitama, join me." His words were simple, yet the tone and the gaze Averill used was far from simple.

Saitama knew what Averill meant by his wording and the tone he used. Saitama could say one thing for sure about Averill's appearance right now 'A true monster!' Saitama's eyes narrowed slightly, and his expressionless face became serious. "Will you harm innocent people?" As much as Saitama was bored, he had things he wouldn't tolerate either. Because there was a reason for why Saitama trained so hard, to not feel useless against monsters and protect the weak. Even if the feeling of wanting to protect had lessened over time, Saitama wouldn't hurt innocent people.

The gaze Saitama sent towards Averill was serious to the point that Averill knew that Saitama would begin fighting for real if he answered 'yes'. But Averill wasn't worried at all when he saw Saitama like this, no, Averill was even more amused as he could guess that Saitama would act something along those lines. "What do you think?" The weird smile of Averill turned into a maniacal smile that was very wide, even his sharp corner teeth were showing through the gap of his smile.

Saitama vanished from his spot before he appeared in front of Averill, yet Saitama didn't attack, he only stood face to face with Averill. Saitama was seriously gazing at Averill whereas Averill was merely amused as he gazed back at Saitama with his sharp eyes.

For some reason, Saitama thought that everything had been planned by Averill from the very first second they met. 'But that can't be, how can he know how I will react?' Saitama refused that idea, but he was sure of one thing, that Averill was playing with him. It was then that the serious expression on Saitama's face vanished as he gave a small smile before speaking in a neutral tone. "What do you want from me?"

It was clear to Saitama that Averill wanted something from him, to the point that Averill wouldn't want to kill him. Saitama heard it too from the 'System', that there were people like himself and perhaps even stronger than him in the many Universes. Averill could have easily picked the ones of his liking and killed the rest, yet Averill was playing with his emotions and not killing him. That meant at least one thing for Saitama. 'I have a bargaining chip, which is my life…' This thought didn't make Saitama upset, rather than that, it made him happy for some reason.

The maniacal smile on Averill's smile slowly vanished as it was replaced into his usual weird smile. "That is an easy question to answer. What I want is to make an army. An army that will be only loyal to me. Who else can I trust myself to other than people like you? Be honest with me, aren't you bored? Don't you want to fight a crazy battle where you face someone stronger than yourself? Don't you wish to face the threat of death? Or perhaps you want to even die in a war? Follow me and I will give you the craziest war in the history of time!" The tone that Averill used usually was nowhere to be heard, his soothing voice couldn't be heard as his voice had turned into something more solemn and sharper.

Saitama lowered his head when he heard Averill mention that he was bored. And his head sunk even deeper when he heard Averill mentioning of him wanting to face people stronger than himself, even wanting to fight a battle where he might even die. It wasn't until the point of when Averill mentioned that he would make such a war happen in the future that Saitama raised his head.

The deeply rooted personality of Saitama which only showcased his bored expression and his lowered emotions was cracked. Beneath the crack of that personality was Saitama's real personality, the one who wanted to grow stronger, to fight battles with his life on the line! "Are you sure that you can give me that?" Saitama asked in a lowered voice that was deeper than he had ever spoken in before, Saitama was fully serious at this point of time. Because if he could get it, the craziest war, then he would be satisfied, even if he died during that battle, he wouldn't care.

Averill didn't reply to Saitama at once, he turned his head upwards before asking in a casual tone. "System, what do you think will happen if I raze the new 'Universes' that the so-called Creators made with an army behind me?"

[Responding to Host's question; the other Creators won't hold back and fight back with everything they have. They will show themselves as Gods and bring an even larger army behind them as they will face Host.] The System replied without any hesitation.

When Saitama heard the System say that, his eyes widened before he made up his mind to join Averill.

But before Saitama could say anything, Averill asked another question whilst gazing up. "How about you, System? Aren't you one of the Creators as well?" The smile on Averill's face was still the same, he wasn't worried at all, he just wanted to confirm it.

[Correction, Host, I 'was' a Creator, but not any longer. I ripped that title away when I bonded myself with Host.] The System never hesitated to answer the questions Averill asked, because the System had decided to stay with Averill the moment they met in the void where Averill's Soul had roamed for god knows how long. And the System knew that Averill knew it clearly too, that it would die if Averill died. But the System wasn't stupid, it knew that they were making a 'show' for Saitama, which will make a strong foundation for Averill's army in the future.

Averill then turned towards Saitama with his weird smile. "So, what will you decide to do, Saitama? Join me, you'll not be bored, you won't need to hide yourself any longer, and you will be able to fight in a war so great that will shake the Existence of Reality in the future." The tone Averill used now was charismatic which would make anyone want to listen to him.

Saitama didn't want to hesitate any longer, he knew that this was his once chance to obtain his deepest wishes. He didn't think of what would happen if he declined, but that though never appeared as he couldn't think of declining his dreams that could come true. "I will join you, I will stay by your side until the ending. I will become stronger and I will fight anyone that stands in your path…!"

This was the moment that Averill had obtain his first loyal warrior that would serve under him.

But not far away from the two men, a woman slowly opened her eyes. Her green eyes were bright as stars.
