"You are worthless." Averill continued to mock as he was sitting comfortably on the throne.

The kneeling man was boiling up in anger, but he couldn't do anything, he had lost most of his powers. And his immortal life was nearing its end, which was shocking to even him. "You're just an invader of this Universe… And I, Lucifer Morningstar, will not be defeated by the such as you…!" Lucifer slowly stood up on his remaining leg, a cold expression appeared on his face.

Lucifer reached out his hand slowly and grabbed the air, and as he grabbed it, a flaming sword suddenly appeared. The sword was simple yet long, and red flames were covering it, but Lucifer couldn't feel any change in temperature whilst holding onto it.

But whilst Lucifer couldn't feel the temperature change, the area around was severely affected by the flaming sword. The ground was melting and the air was boiling.

This was Lucifer's weapon, a weapon that could cut through anything.

Yet Averill was still sitting on the throne like nothing was happening in front of him. Only a mocking expression could be seen on his face whilst he sharply gazed at Lucifer.

It didn't take long before Averill shook his head. "You're not the one, as I said, you're too worthless. You will die here then." Averill wanted to sigh, but he stopped himself from doing so. He stood up from the throne he sat on earlier, he then began walking closer towards Lucifer.

Lucifer was standing purely on his sheer will power, he had one leg, one arm and half of his wing was missing. The rest of his body was slowly deteriorating, he knew it himself, that he would die anyways in not too long. 'But I will take you down to hell, you monster…!' Lucifer could feel it, that the man in front of him wasn't a human, he was something else, and in his eyes, a beast that was putting on human skin.

Averill and Lucifer were a few steps apart from each other, Averill only gazed at Lucifer as he swiftly cut through the air with the flaming sword, towards his heart.

Even whilst seeing that a flaming sword was aimed at his heart, Averill only raised his eyebrows before moving his left hand towards the sword. And only a few centimetres away from his clothes, Averill pinched the tip of the flaming sword.

But Averill quickly reacted once again, and this time it was due to he was actually feeling pain from touching the flaming sword.

Whilst Averill was shocked in his own thoughts, Lucifer wasn't able to believe what was happening either. The man in front of him had stopped the flaming sword that can cut through anything, even space itself.

"Brother!" A deep roar sounded out from the sky above of Lucifer and Averill.

And at the same time, Averill and Lucifer gazed up. And the two of them had different reactions, one of fright and the other one filled with mockery.

"Amenadiel, don't come!" Lucifer roared out as he swiftly pulled back the sword once again and aimed it once again towards Averill before he pierced it forward.

"Ahahaha!" Averill wanted to laugh, so he laughed without anything stopping him. Even whilst gazing up at the sky, he knew what Lucifer was doing, he made a fist before punching with all of his strength at the flaming sword.

"Fuc…! Amenadiel, run!" Lucifer didn't have time to finish his curse before roaring out at his brother that he hadn't seen in many million years. That was because Lucifer knew one thing, that he force behind of Averill's punch was something he couldn't handle. Not only himself, if he had to put it into words, he would have to say that even the Universe wouldn't be able to handle that punch.

And like Lucifer predicted, the moment his sword and Averill's punch connected, the sword shattered into tiny pieces before vanishing into dust. But the punch wasn't slowing down, Lucifer could only gaze at the fist that was coming nearer towards his body.

"I won't let you!" The angel high up in the sky; Amenadiel yelled out as he connected into his own powers. Amenadiel was a large bald man with lots of muscles appearing on his body, and he was wearing white. And just like he wanted to, the entire Universe stopped for everyone other than himself and Lucifer. "Lucifer, run away!"

"Haah…" Lucifer gave a deep sigh, he gazed at the fist that was stopped right in front of his face. He had barely escaped death… "Thank you, brother." Lucifer called out to his brother; Amenadiel in a light and hearty tone.

But before the two of them could speak to themselves or do anything else, they heard a mocking voice. "Yeah, thank you for coming, now I have one more person to test."

Both Lucifer and Amenadiel both turned their heads towards Averill who just spoke. But before they could think through it, Averill moved his fist forward once again and crushed Lucifer's head.

Lucifer's body slowly fell to the ground, his corpse was laying on the ground, slowly losing its warmth.

Amenadiel could only gaze at his brother's corpse which was laying on the ground without being able to say anything. Amenadiel could feel his heart beating faster and stronger, he had just seen his younger brother get killed. As an Angel himself, he knew that they were immortals and would turn into light if their bodies died. But Lucifer's body wasn't turning into lights that would rise up towards the sky, Amenadiel could even sense it, that the soul of Lucifer has been destroyed…

"Now now, I thought that I would find something interesting when I came here. Yet all I've seen so far is so disappointing… Strength? Army? Weaponry? I wasn't even looking at those stuff, yet in the end, even the people I've gazed at were only morons." Averill gazed around as he spoke in a loud voice for the newcomer; Amenadiel to hear. Averill glanced at the mountain of corpses that was surrounding him.

Averill then slowly raised his gaze and sharply gazed at Amenadiel. "How about you then? Are you perhaps the one I'm looking for? If you're not that person, then I will give you a chance to run away." A mocking smile slowly appeared on Averill's face.
