And on the other side, Laura was forcing herself to become faster than ever. Her current speed was even slightly hard for Averill to keep track on. At first Laura had hardsh.i.p.s killing two clones at ones, but after her first failure, she managed to kill both of the clones before they could even give their ability back to the main Spectre.

But even as Laura tried becoming faster and faster, Spectre kept an eye on that and made more and more clones appear at the same time in different locations of the battlefield.

Within half a minute, Spectre was able to regain only two more of his abilities that would allow himself to use his Fire Magic and strengthen his body.

Saitama wasn't in a good position; he wasn't tired whilst fighting Spectre and his body wasn't seriously harmed either. But Saitama was being slowly pushed back by Spectre at this point. 'Jack! The one both of them were yelling to, had his mind occupied by everything that was happening. Laura did as Jack said and killed both of the clones, by the time both of them died, she heard Jack explaining to her where to go next.

Saitama also did as Jack said, he moved backwards slightly with Spectre still fighting him and killed the clone that appeared.

The three of them; Jack, Laura and Saitama were smiling wildly right now, they are seeing a chance of winning this fight now if they could keep Spectre away from getting any more of his Abilities back from his clones.

But as the three of them were smiling, Spectre on the other hand was not happy. He had only managed to get back two of his Abilities that his clones held. And if he couldn't get more back, then he would have a hard time fighting Averill in the end, he might even die at that time!

And for the very first time since this fight had started, Averill lips curved upwards slightly into a smile. He saw how Laura, Saitama and Jack were working together in order to win against Spectre. Even at this point, Averill was unsure if they would be able to defeat Spectre, but their chances wasn't low either of winning this battle.
