The New Issei

Issei: "Well I will be leaving for awhile now. You three stay out of trouble while I am gone alright." He said as he hugged Akeno, Shuri, and Kuroka. "When I get back we can have a party to celebrate Gabriel having more freedom."

Shuri: "We will be waiting, just make sure you do not cause problems for her while you are in Heaven." She said as she smiled at Gabriel who was standing behind Issei. Gabriel was the one who would take him to Heaven where they would meet up with Michael. Michael would then take Issei to alter the system and when it was done they would tell all of Heaven about the good news and present Issei as a hero of Heaven. Of course Michael would also command all of Heaven to keep Issei's identity a secret, so that he would not be targeted.

Akeno: "Yeah Issei, make sure to behave when you are up there. No adding more girls to your harem without letting us know first." She said teasingly as she smiled at him. This caused Issei to blush slightly. Although he was used to the teasing he really was surprised by how large of a harem he had already so he could not say anything to refute Akeno's comment.

Kuroka: "Hurry and come back so we can go and clear my name. I really want to be able to have our relationship out in the open. Just imagining the jealous look on Rias's face makes me excited." She said as she wrapped her arms around Issei's neck and kissed him before stepping back and letting him go.

Issei: "I will be sure to behave myself and hurry back. I am also looking forward to seeing Rias's face when she finds out that Akeno is not my only girlfriend. She has no clue about any of the rest of you. Her brother has not even told her about how strong I am." He said as he walked over next to Gabriel. "Well I had better get going. I do not want to keep Michael waiting. Love you all." He said as he and Gabriel were covered in light before disappearing.

Akeno: "He has no clue that Rias is not the only one who will be jealous does he?" She asked as she smirked slightly.

Shuri: "Sometimes he can be pretty clueless. It is kind of strange how he noticed how we all felt but does not notice their feelings." She said while shaking her head with an amused look on her face.

Kuroka: "Well I think he will find out from their reactions when they find out about him and everything he has been hiding." She said as she laughed and walked back inside. "I can't wait to tease him about his denseness when he finds out." She said as the others followed her in. Shuri and Akeno both had a glint in their eyes as they imagined teasing him as well, poor Issei.

Issei: "So this is Heaven? It sure is bright around here." He said as he looked around at his surroundings.

Gabriel: "This is the sixth layer of heaven where we Seraphs reside. Come I will take you to Michael." She said with a serious face. Issei had rarely seen her with a face this serious, he was much more used to her innocent and curious looks so he also got serious and quickly followed her. Gabriel soon led them to an impressive mansion. "This is Michael's residence, he is waiting inside for us." She said as she led the way to the door.

Issei: "I did not picture Michael living in such a huge mansion." He said in surprise as took a look around. It was nearly the same size as the Gremory mansion Sirzechs had shown him but it was white with gold trims here and there. "Way to much white in my opinion." He thought to himself as Gabriel lead them inside when an angel opened the door.

Gabriel: "All of the Seraphs have mansions of our own and angels that serve us." She said as she led the way to a room farther in. "This is Michael's study, he is waiting for you inside." She said as she stood to the side and smiled at him. Issei was a bit put off by the serious mood around her so he decided to tease her.

Issei: "There is no need to be so serious. Today is a joyous day for the both of us. When I am done with the system we can sit down and decide on a wedding date." He said as he smiled at her gently and took her hand. He then pulled her in and held her close. "We will not have to hide our relationship after today and we will not have to hold back as much around each other." He said as he hugged her tightly before letting go and kissing her on the cheek. "I am looking forward to having you stand by my side." He said as he turned and headed for the studies door.

Gabriel: "I am also looking forward to it." She said while smiling and blushing. Issei then knocked on the door and Michael told him to enter. "I can't wait to be able to play around with you like the other girls do. I have almost fell because of Envy a couple of times so it will be nice to not have to feel that way again." She thought as she watched him go into Michael's study. Issei had no clue how close he had come to making her fall on a couple of occasions but she had held herself back.

Michael: "It is good to see you Issei. Would you like to tour Heaven before we get to fixing the system? We are in no hurry." He said as he had Issei sit down in one of the chairs in the room as he sat down across from him.

Issei: "No thank you, I would like to get this over with since I have other business I need to take care of." He said as he smiled at Michael. Michael had become one of his closest friends over the years and thanks to their spars Michael had been pushed to the limit of Satan Class. If it was not for the limit placed on his strength by God he would have become Super Class by now. That was why Issei had another offer he was going to make to Michael. "Michael there is something I would like to ask you." He said as looked at him with a serious look on his face.

Michael: "What might that be Issei?" He asked in an interested tone of voice.

Issei: "Do you want to become a Super Class being? I have found a way to make it so that you can stay an angel but break the limits God placed on you." He said as he looked at Michael and smiled slightly. If Michael agreed then Heaven would be able to stand on par with the devil faction. Michael sat in silence for a few moments while he thought about Issei's offer.

Michael: "You know that if I step into that realm it will mean that Heaven would be on par with the devils and it might disturb the balance right?" He asked as he looked at Issei with a serious look on his face.

Issei: "All it would do is really balance the factions. If you accept I will also help Azazel reach Super Class so that all three factions are more even. You can also keep it a secret that you got stronger if you want. It would not be lying, just keeping it to yourself. It would also give you greater control of the system left by God." He said as he leaned back in his chair and smiled. "Plus our spars would be even more enjoyable for me." He said as he chuckled.

Michael: "Very well then, I will accept your offer." He said while smiling.

Issei: "Great, then lets start right away. Give me your king card. I just have to make some slight changes to it and have you absorb it. When that is done you will be able to break through when you want to." He said as he sat up and held out his hand. Michael took out the card and handed it to him.

Michael: "That seems way to easy. Is there nothing else you need?" He asked in curiosity as he watched Issei work.

Issei: "Yeah, I have to be at least Super Class to be able to make these changes. Basically I am giving you the extra raw power to break through and getting rid of the limit for your body at the same time and I need to be strong enough to do that." He said as he concentrated on making changes to the card. He took out some extra materials and added them in every now and then. Half an hour later he was done. "Phew that was pretty tiring." He said as he wiped some sweat off his brow and handed the card to Michael. "Use that when I am gone and you are ready to breakthrough to the next level." He said as he stretched. "Now lets go alter the system. We still need to talk about mine and Gabriel's wedding after that and announce everything to Heaven when I am done. We have a lot to do." He said while sighing and getting up. Michael put the card up and got up as well.

Michael: "Do you need to rest before working on the system?" He asked in concern.

Issei: "No I am fine. With the card I was mostly just brute forcing it, but with the system it will take a lot longer and I am not using such a method so it will be less tiring. Lets go get it done." He said as he headed for the door. Outside Gabriel was waiting for them and joined up with them when they left the room. Michael soon took the lead and led them to a teleportation circle he had in his mansion that led to the seventh layer of Heaven. He then took Issei to the system and helped him get started.

Issei worked on the system for the next twelve hours straight. He had to make several changes here and there so that it could accommodate the new information and change without messing everything else up. He also helped repair the parts that had been neglected since Gods death and made it easier for Michael or the Seraphs to use the system more like God did. It was not completely on the level of what God could do but it was much better than before and Michael and Gabriel both thanked him for the help. When he was done Micheal took them all back to his study to relax and talk about what would happen next.

Issei: "Well that is finely done. Now I no longer need to worry about Gabriel falling just because she was to intimate with me." He said as he hugged Gabriel while sitting on one of the couches in the study. Gabriel was blushing but also hugged him happily as she leaned on him. Michael smiled at the sight and was genuinely happy his sister had found love.

Michael: "I am happy for the both of you. So have you decided on a date for the wedding?" He asked while smiling at them.

Issei: "Yeah we have. We decided to wait until the summer right before I enter high school. I will be fifteen then and I have decided that I probably will not be able to resist the girls advances anymore after that. So I will marry Gabriel before that happens so that she will not be left out." He said as he looked at Gabriel and smiled softly at her.

Michael: "Do you think you can keep Kuroka from pushing you over the edge that long? It is two years away after all." He said in a teasing tone. Ever since he had met Issei he had picked up a few things from the girls around Issei and he also enjoyed teasing him when he can. Issei just g.r.o.a.n.e.d as he imagined holding Kuroka off that long. He was a hormonal teenager and he knew that it was going to be hard. The way he looked caused both Gabriel and Michael to laugh.

Issei: "It's not funny. I am just lucky she can control herself when she goes into heat or we would have been together a long time ago. She is four years older than me so I feel kind of bad making her wait." He said while shaking his head. "Its the same for Shuri, I really feel bad making her wait now that she had finally admitted how she feels. But I will still manage, I have until now." He said while sighing.

Gabriel: "Don't worry Issei, I am sure they will understand. They know you love them and are willing to wait for you." She said as she smiled brightly at him. Her smile made Issei calm down and feel warm inside.

Michael: "They have waited for you all this time Issei. A couple of years to wait for you to grow up will not matter to them." He said in an encouraging tone. But he was still slightly doubtful that Issei would be able to resist the advances of the women in his life that long.

Issei: "Thank you both for the encouragement. Now I had better get some sleep. We have that announcement planned for tomorrow and I need some rest." He said while yawning.

Michael: "You can stay in Gabriel's mansion tonight. She has been looking forward to having you to herself while you are here." He said while smiling at them. This caused Gabriel to blush and pout while glaring at Michael. Michael just laughed at this.

Issei: "I am looking forward to spending time with her as well." He said while smiling at Gabriel and getting up. "Lets go to bed Gabriel." He said as he held his hand out to her. She took his hand and got up then the both of them were covered in light as Gabriel teleported them to her room. Issei looked all around and liked the simple style her room had and the huge bed. Gabriel then went to her wardrobe and began getting undressed right in front of him. "Gabriel what are you doing?!!" He asked while being fl.u.s.tered. This was the first time he had seen her without clothes on.

Gabriel: "We are engaged now Issei and the system has been fixed so I can finally do something like this." She said as she smiled at him. She had always felt jealous when the other girls would sleep with him wearing next to nothing. Or when they would show him their bodies without minding him looking at them. She could not do those things because they would make her fall. Now she did not have to worry.

Issei: "Gabriel are you sure?" He asked as he looked at her. She was completely n.a.k.e.d and there was no way Issei would be able to look away with how beautiful he found her.

Gabriel: "If I was not sure I would have told you to look away." She said while blushing as she put on a thin nightgown. "Now it's your turn." She said as she looked at him in anticipation.

Issei: "Alright." He said as he got some clothes out of his pocket space and stripped in front of her. Gabriel blushed an even brighter red as she saw him change in front of her. He then came and got into bed with her while wearing shorts and a tank top. He pulled her close and said. "Goodnight Gabriel."

Gabriel: "Goodnight Issei." She said as she cuddled up to him. "It might not be Shuri or Kuroka that can't hold themselves back over the next two years. It might be me." She thought as she blushed.

Issei: "Good morning beautiful." He said as he watched Gabriel wake up on his c.h.e.s.t. He had been awake for about the past five minutes and had enjoyed watching her as she slept peacefully, now she was also waking up.

Gabriel: "Good morning Issei." She said while blushing from how close their faces were.

Issei: "We need to get up, we have a full day ahead of us." He said as he smiled warmly at her. This caused Gabriel to pout slightly as she snuggled up to Issei.

Gabriel: "I do not really want to let you go right now." She said as she smiled slightly. "It is the only time I have had you all to myself in a long time."

Issei: "Then how about joining me in the bath? We both have to take one anyway and we can cuddle some more in there." He said as he smirked mischievously at her. He had gotten used to bathing with girls since all the girls in his house often barged in when he was bathing. But he was just teasing her and did not expect her to agree.

Gabriel: "If you are alright with me joining you I would love to." She said as she blushed and looked at him. This surprised Issei because he had not actually thought she would accept.

Issei: "I would love to have you join me." He said while blushing slightly himself. "Oh god this is going to be torture. I can resist if its the others because I am used to them but it will be really hard with Gabriel. She is just to beautiful." He thought while sighing and getting up. Gabriel then led him to the bath which was connected to her room. It was massive. "This is amazing." He said while looking around. It looked like a Japanese hot spring and there was an area on the side to wash before entering.

Gabriel: "When we toured Japan I liked their hot springs so I made one here." She said as she stood next to him. "I hope you like it." She said as she smiled at him.

Issei: "I love it. Lets soak for awhile." He said as he began to get undressed. Gabriel did the same and then they both cleaned themselves and scrubbed each others backs. It had been really hard for Issei when Gabriel had washed his back and he felt her b.r.e.a.s.ts occasionally touch him. When they finished washing they entered the hot spring together. They then cuddled with each other as they relaxed. At this point both Gabriel and Issei were having trouble holding themselves back and greatly enjoyed the feeling of being close like this. After they soaked for awhile they got out and got dressed before going to meet up with Michael for breakfast.

Michael: "Did you both sleep well last night?" He said with a knowing look on his face that caused both Issei and Gabriel to blush.

Issei: "Yes it was wonderful." He said as he smiled and remembered how soft Gabriel had been when cuddling with her to sleep last night.

Gabriel: "It was the best nights sleep I have ever had." She said while smiling radiantly.

Michael: "I am glad to hear that. After breakfast we have about one hour before the announcement and party. Are you ready Issei? You will probably be worshiped as a hero of Heaven." He said in a serious tone as he looked at Issei.

Issei: "I am already prepared for that. At least I will have some backing for future events." He said as he smiled at Micheal. "Who knows when I might need help."

Michael: "After all that you have done for Heaven we will be there for you if you need us." He said as he wore his trademark benevolent smile that screamed that he was to kind for his own good. After that breakfast was brought in and they all said grace before eating in silence. Once that was done they headed to where the assembly would be held, on the first floor of Heaven, and got ready.

The assembly was massive, all the angels had been called back for it. Once the time came Michael called for silence. When it was quiet he told them about the change that had been made to the system and that they could now have families of their own. This had caused chaos to break out as all the angels started asking questions at once. Even the Seraphs were shocked and asked how this was possible. Michael once more called for silence and once everyone had quieted down he began explaining about the changes. He told them they could now be with someone and start a family so long as they truly loved that person. He also told them that angels could now have children that would also be pure-blooded angels no matter what race the partner is and that those children could not Fall until they came of age and became responsible for their actions. This had been a last minute addition Issei had made to the system so that angels could fall in love with humans and still have children. He also did not want the children Falling just because they did something stupid, kids will be kids after all. But once they reach eighteen years old anything they do after that will be judged and they can fall.

After all of this was said Michael made sure to tell them that they had to be in love and not just feel l.u.s.t or they would still fall. This had caused many of the angels to calm down and realize this would still be hard and that they had to be sure of themselves before acting. They were all at least hundreds of years old so they understood the difference between just l.u.s.t and love. It was fine to feel l.u.s.t towards someone you loved but if you just felt l.u.s.t then that would just be s.e.x.u.a.l attraction and nothing else. They all understood this but knew it would still be hard so they would have to be careful. Of course what none of them knew was that Issei had made the system even more advanced so that it could judge their actions and mindsets much more accurately. Making it so that it was a bit harder to fall but at the same time if an angel had warped thoughts that were harmful they would now fall. Some angels had managed to not fall by holding themselves back and were actually traitors to Heaven but now people like that would fall.

When everyone had understood the changes the Seraphs asked how such a change had been made possible. Michael explained that it was because of a single person. He then went on to tell them about Issei and how he had been researching a way to help them for years. He also told the Seraphs secretly that Issei was the one to design the Brave Saint system. Micheal then told them all how Issei had also fixed God's system so that it worked almost as well as when he was still around and was much easier for Michael to operate. This had caused another uproar among the angels as they were shocked someone could actually do those things. Issei was then brought out and introduced to everyone and after the introduction was done cheering broke out everywhere as the angels thanked Issei for his actions. They were also told that Issei was now the fiance of Gabriel and that she would be marrying him in two years. This caused even more cheers as everyone congratulated them and the mood of Heaven was now happier than it had been in hundreds of years.

A major party was then held to thank their savior and hero as well as congratulate him and Gabriel. At this point everyone in Heaven considered Issei one of them. Issei stayed in Heaven for the next three days to enjoy the party and get to know some of the other Seraphs. He also spent his nights in Gabriel's arms and they both got a lot closer during this time.
