The New Issei

Five days went by after Issei managed to get Tiamat to join his Clan and during that time she stuck to him like glue. He had already realized that she was interested in him but he told her that he would wait to give her an answer because right now he could only see her as a friend. She had accepted that but told him that she would keep pursuing him until she made him fall for her. Issei had told her she was welcome to try but since he already had several women he loved she might have a hard time winning him over. The other girls had all welcomed Tiamat as part of the Clan and were glad to have another strong person to protect their family. They were also glad to have someone else to teach them how dragons fight, since this would give them more of an advantage in their half dragon forms.

After five days had passed since Tiamat joined them Sirzechs contacted Issei and told him to bring Kuroka and come to his office. Issei was training at the time so he told Sirzechs he would be there in an hour. Sirzechs agreed and told him that he would be waiting. Issei then went to take a shower and told Kuroka to get ready to go out. She got dressed in her usual Kimono and waited for Issei in the living room. Issei dressed in a white button up shirt and nice black pants since this would be an official meeting with all four of the Satan's present. After that he went downstairs and took Kuroka's hand before teleporting to Sirzechs mansion. When they got there they were welcomed by Grayfia and led inside to Sirzechs meeting room.

Issei: "Nice to see you again Sirzechs." He said as he went over to Sirzechs and shook his hand. He then turned to look at the other three Maou and said. "It is nice to meet you all my name is Issei Yamamoto." He then bowed to them slightly to show respect.

Sirzechs: "It is good to see you again to Issei. These are the other Satan's and my friends." He said as he then proceeded to introduce each of them. For some reason when Sirzechs introduced Serafall she was glaring at Issei and this greatly confused him until he remembered that he was best friends with her sister. She was probably jealous of how much time he could spend with Sona. At least that is what Issei thought but he had no clue that Serafall was jealous because her sister liked him. "Well lets all sit down and get this meeting started." Sirzechs said while smiling and leading the others to some couches before sitting down with Grayfia standing behind him.

Issei: "So Sirzechs was it all taken care of?" He asked as he sat down on one of the couches with Kuroka sitting next to him.

Sirzechs: "We managed to get her name cleared and spread the news that she acted in self defense." He said as he started to frown slightly. "But there was a lot of opposition from some of the older members from the council. If Zekram Bael had not come forward and took our side I do not know how things would have gone. It seems like some of those council members will have to be investigated to see if they were a part of what was going on or if they are doing their own experiments." He said as his eyes and voice turned cold. A shiver went down Issei's spine as he saw Sirzechs like that. It reminded him that the person sitting in front of him had been through two huge wars and was not to be underestimated.

Ajuka: "You can leave the investigations to me and Serafall, Sirzechs. You need to make a public statement condemning such experiments and clearly state that they are against our laws. This will drive many of them to hurry and hide any evidence but it will also force them to make moves that will expose who we need to go after." He said in a cold tone of voice. "Such people do not deserve to live. But because they are likely from Pillar families we will probably only be allowed to execute their family heads and place their families under surveillance. Of course most of their property will also be seized, but I think they will still be getting off lightly." He said as he frowned. He did not like the fact that because they do not have many pure blood families left he could not wipe them out. Ajuka was the type of man that believed that if you wanted to completely get rid of a problem you needed to pull out the roots as well to prevent future retaliation.

Serafall: "We should be able to clean up several of the more old fashioned families and remind the old coots on the council that they should not push our limits or they might bite off more than they can chew." She said while smiling slightly. She was looking forward to knocking them down a few pegs.

Falbium: "We should make sure that Zekram knows what we are doing so that he can lend a hand in the cleaning if necessary." He said in calm tone of voice.

Ajuka: "Yes, his help would greatly increase our chances of catching them all." He said as he smiled slightly.

Sirzechs: "Well now that we have settled what we are going to do with them, back to why we are here today." He said as he looked at Issei. "Issei Kuroka is now a free devil but because of this there may be people who will go after her to try and force her into their peerage. There might also be those who wish to erase her for exposing their experiments, so you need to be careful from now on." He said with a concerned look on his face. As he was saying this the look on Issei's face turned cold and he began to radiate his Genesis Mana causing a massive pressure to fall on all those in the room besides Kuroka who felt his mana wrap around her protectively and made her feel safe. This pressure was close to Super Class since Issei managed to hold back slightly before he released his full power, but the pressure still let all those in the room know he was on their level.

Issei: "If anyone comes looking for trouble with Kuroka I will kill them. She is someone precious to me and if something happened to her then I do not know what might happen. I am part dragon and if I lost myself to my rage it would probably lead to another war." He said with a fierce look on his face and a cold look in his eyes. He then pulled back in his mana and calmed down slightly. "If you do not want more Pillars to go extinct you might want to control the devils better Sirzechs." He said as he sighed and leaned back on the couch.

Sirzechs: "I will do what I can and since you are in Kuoh I can keep track of things much easier. I will also make it known that you are my ally and if anyone goes after you they are going against me. That should dissuade a lot of them. But if someone is stupid enough to still go after you then you are free to deal with it as you see fit." He said as he sighed and relaxed. When that pressure had filled the room he had tensed up in case he had to act. "Still I am surprised by how strong you are." He said as he looked at Issei with a sharp look in his eyes.

Issei: "Well you knew I was already Ultimate Class when you met me, so this should not be to much of a surprise." He said while smiling slightly.

Serafall: "Sona never told me you were this strong. She only said you are a promising mage with a Sacred Gear. She does not even know what one you have and it has caused her to complain to me about it a lot. Sirzechs also kept this to himself." She said as she looked at Issei with a curious look on her face before turning to glare at Sirzechs.

Issei: "I never told Sona about how strong I am and I do not want anyone to know what my Sacred Gear is. I am also the one who asked Sirzechs to keep my power a secret." He said as he looked at Serafall.

Serafall: "Well at least you are on our side." She said as she smiled and then got up and hugged Issei. "Thank you for looking out for my little sister." She said and then let Issei go and sat next to him.

Falbium: "Serafall is right. You are close to reaching Super Class, so it is reassuring to have someone like you on our side." He said as he smiled at Issei. "If you really reach it then we might finally be able to get rid of the Old Satan Faction."

Issei: "With how slippery they are I doubt just my help will change things. Only if they directly attack will we be able to deal with them." He said as he shook his head. He was kind of annoyed at the Old Satan Faction since they had tried to kill Griselda.

Ajuka: "You all are missing a massive point here and have kind of got off topic. You said you are part dragon Issei. If it is made known to the dragons they will claim you as one of their own and if anyone moves against you then it would be the same as declaring war on the dragons. We need to handle this matter appropriately." He said with a serious look on his face. This caused all three of the other Satan's faces to become slightly pale. Although the dragons did not have a very large faction they were still one of the stronger races.

Sirzechs: "I will make sure that everything is handled appropriately." He said as he calmed down. He then looked at Issei and said. "We called you here today to give you the doc.u.ments that prove Kuroka is no longer a criminal and is free. All four of us also have a copy so that if anything happens to any of them then we still have proof of her being a free devil." He then took out some doc.u.ments and handed them to Issei.

Issei: "Thank you all for this." He said as he stood up and bowed to them.

Sirzechs: "You do not need to thank us. This was originally our fault since we did not properly investigate what happened." He said while smiling kindly at Issei.

Issei: "Still this means a lot to me and Kuroka, so thank you. Also you might want to come with us when we tell Rias. Her reaction to me having another girlfriend when she thinks I am only with Akeno should be something to take pictures of. Especially when it is Koneko's older sister." He said while smirking. Sirzechs suddenly became excited when he heard this and looked like he wanted to go right away.

Sirzechs: "I will go get my camera and we can leave immediately." He said as he got up quickly and headed for the door causing all those in the room besides Serafall, who looked like she agreed with Sirzechs, to shake their heads.

Serafall: "I will go get my camera as well since I am looking forward to seeing Sona's reaction as well." She said as she got up and teleported out before anyone could say anything to stop her.

Issei: "Well I guess me and Kuroka will be leaving soon so again thank you both for going along with this." He said as he looked at Ajuka and Falbium.

Ajuka: "It was our p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e. Now we must get going, we are going to be really busy now." He said as he and Falbium got up.

Falbium: "See you next time Issei." He said while smiling as he and Ajuka both teleported out. Now only Issei, Kuroka and Grayfia were in the room.

Issei: "So Grayfia do you think Rias will ask me to join her Peerage again? Or do you think she will ask me out?" He said while chuckling as he imagined how Rias will react when she finds out that another woman is his girlfriend as well as Akeno. He knew Rias had a crush on him but since she believed him to be devoted to only Akeno and that he is human she never made a move on him. He was looking forward to what she would do when she finds out the truth.

Grayfia: "I think she will do both. She believes you are human so she will probably ask you out but then ask you to join her Peerage so that you can stay by her side for a longer period of time." She said as she smiled at Issei. She was also looking forward to teasing Rias.

Kuroka: "She will be in for quite the shock when she finds out Issei is half dragon and does not need to become a devil to increase his lifespan." She said while smirking. She knew that Rias would not be the only one to make a move after Issei revealed he is in a relationship with more than one woman. So she is looking forward to the girls reactions as well as to Issei's shocked face.

Issei: "This is going to be fun." He said as his grin got bigger. A few minutes later Sirzechs and Serafall both came back and everyone teleported to outside Rias's house. They had decided to tell Rias first and then Sona.
