The Pokemon Emissary Among Worlds

The people who were involved in such kind of practices were called Pokemon Move Tutor.]

[And the opposite of which was also investigated by these scientists. The process of forcefully 'forgetting' the moves in their 'conscious' is done by people who were called Pokemon Move Deleter.]

"I can feel that my mental strength is being overwhelmed by these lots of information."

[Some scientists did further experiments and were able to extract the fragments of memories and store it inside a capsule. They called these the Technical Machine or TM. Then they found out some of these fragments of memories were permanent and could not be deleted and called it Hidden Machine or HM.]

"Uh huh."

[But do not worry. The pokemon with you are relying on your mental strength. It means that if you increase your mental strength, they will have the possibility to learn more than four moves.]

"Now that's the thing that I have wanted to hear. "

[And the only way to increase your mental strength is by traveling to many worlds either in 'Transmigration', 'Reincarnation' or 'Ascension'. Since this is your first world, then the pokemon under you will just learn four.]

"I see. I'm just curious about other pokemon that originally were not pokemon. Like Abra, it is rumored to be a superintelligent kid in its past form. Like Grimer. Like Gastly. How do they learn new skills? How did they become Pokemon?"

Okami grumbled when he realized that he was back inside his house. There were still many things that he wanted to ask. Too bad the mysterious God decided to send him back and the next time he wanted to meet the mysterious God, he had to spend his hard-earned Dream Points.

"Whatever. I could just increase my DP slowly by releasing pokemon and winning battles. Evolving is severely limited but every DP counts."

Okami continued duplicating his pokemon and was genuinely surprised when he saw Caterpie appearing instead of a Butterfree inside the Pokemon Duplicator. He chose Beedrill this time and the same thing happened. He got a Weedle. When he duplicated Chansey this time, he was not shocked when Happiny came out of the Duplicator.

Okami realized that the Pokemon Duplicator reverts back the Pokemon to its basic form. He wanted to unsummon all the duplicated pokemon but found out that he could not do it. He even tried absorbing them but failed to do so. Luckily, he was able to talk with them through Telepathy. This made him all the more convinced that releasing pokemon was the right move.

Through Telepathy, he instructed them that they could sleep wherever they wanted as long as they would not go outside the house. He then went upstairs and slept.

"Ah, I look really good." Okami blurted out as he was done grooming himself. He went downstairs and saw the duplicated Pokemon were already playing with each other. He felt bad releasing them but he had to do it to further the influence of Pokemon. He called everyone and went outside towards his backyard, just in front of the forest's entrance.

"Hey, everyone. You are about to be released in the wild, okay? Please take care of yourselves and get stronger. And don't hurt people unless they hurt you."

Okami gave his final instruction and the pokemon sadly replied in unison. He summoned his Pokemon App and released the six pokemon. Soon, Pidgey and the rest went inside the forest. Happiny was the only one left standing beside him.

"Okay, Happiny. You will have your own partner in the future."

Happiny jumped in joy as she followed Okami who was walking towards the house entrance.

Okami checked the Pokemon App and saw several new prompts.

Okami suspected that he would earn PP every time he did things for the first time. He opened the Poke Offering tab and redeemed Jigglypuff. After a few seconds, a pink Pokémon with a spherical body, pointed ears with black insides, and large, blue eyes, appeared. Its arms were stubby and had slightly longer feet. On top of its head was a curled tuft of fur.

Okami knew that its body was filled with air and, as seen in Pokémon Stadium, Jigglypuff can deflate until it was flat. It was able to float as well by drawing extra air into its body, as demonstrated in Super Smash Bros.

Okami wondered if he would be sentry support if he absorbed both Chansey and Jigglypuff. All he had to do was stand at the back position and cheer at his allies as they fought their enemies. He could absorb them throughout the battle because he had the necessary chakra to maintain them, thanks to Kurama.

Jigglypuff walked beside him as she carried her marker with her.

"Ask permission from me before you sing, okay?" Okami instructed her as he carried the ball-like pokemon.

{Okay.}

Okami set Jigglypuff beside his remaining pokemon and they played together.

He turned his plan of hiring a receptionist as his top priority. It would be much better if the person he hired would be a female. He must then turn her into a Pokemon trainer as soon as possible so he could unlock the Pokemon Center.

Another priority that he had to do was befriend someone and unlock another list of redeemable pokemon to complete the requirements for the Pokemon Center.

"So many things to do," Okami muttered to himself as he saw Tomiro delivering the food package. He informed him that he had to hire a female receptionist this week. Tomiro agreed and left the place.

They then ate their breakfast and was surprised to find out that Chansey and Jigglypuff both like cup noodles. Okami cleaned the place after eating and waited for Kakashi to arrive.

Okami did several hand seals and found out that his speed was getting faster. He enjoyed it so much that he did it for so many times, not noticing that Kakashi was already behind him.

"Hello, Okami."

Okami turned around and saw Kakashi in his usual uniform. He looked at the clock and chuckled. "I thought we are going to meet at 8 am."

"Ah...I've seen a black cat crossing on the road. I have to take several detours to find the safest path in reaching this place." Kakashi took out a book and offered it to Okami. "Here. Study this very well. If you can pass the exam, Hokage-sama promised that he could officially let you graduate and become a Genin as well."

"Sweet!" Okami replied as he read the title of the book. "Things Needed to be a Ninja. Whoever the author is, he is very uncreative."

Kakashi wanted to cry because he was the one who compiled the lectures and created a cover for the book. "Yes. Every basic thing that a Konoha ninja must learn is inside that book. Study it well and memorized it in your head. If you do it, then graduating is just as easy as eating a pie."

"At least eating a pie is delicious but studying this is a pain in the a.s.s," Okami retorted and set the book at the table. "So what are we going to learn first, Kakashi-sensei?"

Kakashi chuckled when he saw Okami's eagerness in learning. "Well, let me test you on hand seals. Have you memorized it?"

Okami grinned and executed the twelve hand seals in a few seconds.

Kakashi raised his brows. "That's unexpected. You've learned everything in the notes?"

Okami recited all the things that he had memorized inside the notes, from Ninjutsu to hand seals and chakra.

Kakashi realized that he was facing another genius that could even outshine Sasuke Uchiha. He needed to verify if his guess was correct. "Then I'll give you ample time to read the book. Please feel free to ask anything that you can't understand. I'll be right here."

Okami's lips twitched as he realized that Kakashi intended to let him study alone. He saw the Jounin took out a book and started reading. Grumbling, he turned the first page and started reading.

"Genjutsu is one of the main jutsu categories which uses chakra. Unlike ninjutsu, the effects of genjutsu are not real, being only sensory illusions experienced by those who fall victim to it. Genjutsu falls under the broad category of Yin Release.

A genjutsu is created when a ninja controls the chakra flow of a target's cerebral nervous system, thereby affecting their five senses; this is frequently used to create false images and/or trick the body into believing its has experienced physical pain. Because genjutsu affects activity throughout the prosencephalon structure of the brain, humans, dogs and other species of mammal are therefore all affected by genjutsu; however, the kikaichū, like all insects, lack such a structure to their brains, and so do not even notice it."

Okami found out about the ways to counter Genjutsu and how to release other people from its effect. He understood why the Sharingan users were mostly invulnerable to Genjutsu because of their acute visions, allowing them to recognize its flaws and influence.

Okami did not notice the passing of time as he continued reading. He realized that everything was indeed written in this book, from the different types of Jutsu and the in-depth explanation of Chakra. The manga and anime were accurate in their depiction with its usage and nature.
