The President's Lover is a Fighter

The night of the celebration party arrived and the new Davies and Lu Transport Group held the party at the same hotel where they have booked their rooms, the Four Seasons Hotel in Paris. 

Alfred and Lu Fang gave their speeches and commitments to the company's growth, with specific plans to expand in the Asian market. While they were up on stage, Lanying was standing closely with the crowd, receiving compliments about her stunning long red gown.

"Wow, Mrs. Lu, you look beautiful."

"I think red fits you perfectly."

"Mrs. Lu, you look so young!"

In all words given to her, she never denied nor confirmed that she was Mrs. Lu. She merely let them make assumptions as usual. 

Gabriel noticed how Lanying was accepting praises on behalf of Andrea. When Alfred had told him the other day that the young girl had a scheme underneath, he thought she had it coming. However, he also felt sorry for her. To him, she was still too young and was only influenced by her father. 

He had grown curious about her, that his eyes never left her since the evening started. He secretly followed her everywhere she went. 

Lu Fang, Hanxi and Gabriel were drinking from their table, when Gabriel noticed Lanying step outside of the ballroom. She went to the front desk, asking, "Excuse me. Can I get another room key for Mr. Lu Fang. He had lost his key."

There were two hotel representatives at the front office and both of them looked at each other, puzzled. However, one said, "I'm sorry, but only Mr. Lu can request for another key."

Gabriel heard every word and so did one of Lu Fang's men, who also followed her from the ballroom. He saw Lanying walk back inside the event. Gabriel soon did the same. 

Taking his seat, Gabriel saw Lu Fang's bodyguard give the report. He noticed a sneer on the man's face and he laughed inwardly. He can only imagine the disgust Lu Fang had for the young girl. 

When the party was over, Lanying went to the comfort room and Gabriel took the chance to sit next to Lu Fang. Upon her return, her seat was already taken. She watched Gabriel and Lu Fang whisper to each other. 

"What? Don't tell me you are getting softy now, Lu Fang. Not fitting for Andy's husband," Lanying heard Gabriel say to her boss.

She witnessed Lu Fang shook his head, but after a few minutes, they both left the ballroom together and came back after thirty minutes. 

Lu Fang rested early that night, especially since he would send Hanxi off to the airport. He bid goodbye to everyone and gave instructions to Lanying for the next day. Hanxi followed, knowing he had also reached his limit and Alfred left with them. 

Lanying was also about to leave when Gabriel stopped her. He said, "Let's drink some more, Lanying. That's your name, right?"

"Yes, Mr. Davies." She looked around and saw there were still others, enjoying themselves so she figured it was fine for her to carry on.

Gabriel gave her as many hard drinks as possible and was taken aback by how she managed herself well for another hour of drinking. Out of nowhere, he said, "Oh, well look at this." Gabriel bent over to pick up something and said, "Looks like Lu Fang dropped his key card."

The nauseated Lanying was suddenly awakened. She gulped at the sight of the key card, and she heard him said, "I'm done. Can you give this to Lu Fang? I just want to go directly to my room."

She accepted the key card and watched Gabriel leave the ballroom. She continued to drink for another thirty minutes and when she found the courage to implement her plans, she slowly left and found herself on the elevator, going up to the same floor where Lu Fang's room was. 

Lanying walked in a zigzag as she made her way to suite number 1502. She inserted the key card and found its door opened, the chain locks were unhooked. 

The lights were dimmed but she could figure out where to go. She was feeling dizzy, but she used the walls to help her remain upright until she found the bedroom door. 

Slowly, Lanying opened the door and noticed a figure sleeping on the bed. It was completely dark but eventually, she heard a man's voice saying, "What took you so long?"

She could not decipher whose voice it was, and her senses were not in the right state. She could feel herself blushing before she said, "I'm so happy that you waited for me, Mr. Lu."

Gradually, she took off her clothes and climbed up in bed. When she felt a man's arms encircled her waist, she rested her pubic area on an obvious bulge. She had long lost her virginity and giving herself to a man she had long admired was easy for her. 

She was flipped on the other side of the bed and soon felt a man's lips covering hers. Her breast was squeezed tightly and soon felt a man's stick rub against her rose. 

Lanying was looking forward to the penetration when all of a sudden, the man stopped. He said, "You know what? I changed my mind." 

She sensed him getting up. Then, he turned on the lamp next to the bed. Still, the features of the man were uncertain. However, when he turned on all the lights in the room. Her mouth hung open. 

"Ahhhh!" She immediately screamed and covered herself. "You - you are not Lu Fang!"

"Of course! You did not think that a man like Lu Fang would not know the plans behind that young face of yours, didn't you?" It was Gabriel who answered. 

"I was going to enjoy you, but I find you too pathetic. You are wasting your youth to someone who is already married - No, let me correct that - Someone who is happily married and would conquer the world for his wife," said Gabriel as he took a seat opposite to the bed. "You have no idea what you have gotten yourself into, Lanying… You have no idea what Lu Fang is capable of… What we are capable of."

Lanying immediately cried, and she seemed to have sobered up from her earlier drunkenness. She quickly got changed and grabbed her purse before running outside. 

Gabriel also got dressed and ran after her. 

While still in her red gown, Lanying quickly made her way to the streets. She ran to an unknown direction, wanting to cry it out. She was upset and felt dumb at the same time. She was supposed to be a gifted person, but in the end, her emotions clouded her judgment. 

She was so frustrated that she did not notice a van following her around. When she finally managed to stop and take a breather, she found herself in a secluded alley. 

A vehicle halted in front of her, and before she could react, two men grabbed her, forcing her into the van. 

Lanying tried to scream, but a man's huge hand was covering her mouth. She saw one man make a call. "Mr. Adams, we have Lu Fang's wife in our possession."

'No. No! This is not right!' She was screaming inwardly.  'Mr. Adams? Was that Clifford Adams? Was this his plan all along? To - to kidnap Mrs. Lu?'

From afar, Gabriel saw Lanying got taken by a group of men. He immediately called Lu Fang. "Lu Fang, Lanying was kidnapped. Have a trace on a black Hyundai van with plates AC-613-EC."

"Hmmm… Are you planning on helping her, Mr. Gabriel Davies? Are you getting softy? Not fitting for a Davies."
