The Princess And The Demon

Chapter 119 - Traitor Within

"They are attacking the barrier" A beautiful woman with silver hair and grey eyes run toward the crystal wall that worked like a double mirror, she could see what was out there without being seen, her hands placed on the crystal wall as worry crept up her gorgeous face, unlike the man who came to stand behind her, pressing his body to hers...

"I can't believe they made it this far" she felt a tug in her guts, the man behind her knew her all too well so he placed his hands on her flat belly rubbing it soothingly, his lips found their way to the sweet spot on her neck and started peppering it with small soft kisses, the woman's body relaxed a little bit but not enough for the man's liking ...

"Cinda, my love" He whispered, his lips still on her neck, "You worry too much..." His hands moved from her belly to roam freely on her perfect body with a sensual slow pace...

"The elders didn't return yet, Nov, they didn't find the hybrid girl nor Sfen, and you know we can't purify the creation energy without them..." The woman held the man's hands and turned to face him, she was too worried to allow herself to be intoxicated by this God's touch, she looked at his eyes that were identical to her's, seeing her reflection into those eyes, she put her hands on each side of his neck and closed the distance between their bodies...

"They made it this far Nov, they survived the sea monsters and the fog of delusion, they broke through the blood seal, they have probably defeated the God's watch by now since they are attacking the barrier...What if..."

The man named Nov sealed his mate's lips with his, her lips still tasting like cotton candy, even after thousands of years of kissing her, she still felt the same, sweet and soft on his tongue...

"Let them..." He broke the kiss to rest his forehead against hers, he closed his eyes for few seconds, savoring the taste of her lips, just the way it aways did, sweet, too sweet...

As for the attack matter, it was indeed remarkable, there wasn't a union between humans and demons before but once there was, they over come all their conflicts and passed through their defenses one by one, what surprised him the most was the fact that they survived the sea monsters, especially when he knew who was really controlling them...

As for the God's watch, Nov scoffed eternally, he had no idea how was he convinced to give up a small portion of his share on the creation energy just to turn those useless dogs into immortal mortals, each was given thousands of years to live, endless pleasurable treats, eternal youth and the power of a hundred men each, their only job was to watch over the shores and prevent any one from coming near the castle, a job they failed at miserably on the first actual working day...

"They can't survive the karmic barrier, soon the forest would attack them back the way they attacked it, You know How Historia was with these little things, so creative ..." Cinda nodded her head, her lips claiming the man's again, she felt lucky having him by her side, the luckiest actually, she was the only one who's her soul mate was a God like herself...

"Without the elders here to purify the creation energy, it will be polluted the moment we use it to kill anyone of them" she whispered between his lips...worry creeping in her heart again..

"We can't let them" she finally said in determination, "No matter what we can't let them have what is ours, We are the Gods of this world"...

"Are we?" Nov asked her, a smirk on his tempting lips, his lean built slightly larger and taller than hers, she pulled back with a question written all over her face...

"Do you think we are real Gods just because we claimed to be?! Oh come on, even you are not stupid enough to believe that !" he scoffed at her, her eyes widened in disbelief, Nov had never talked to her in such a disrespecting way before, he was always too gentle with his words she even found it hard to believe it wasn't just pretending sometimes, even when she occasionally had "fun" with other Gods or even the God's watch, he was never harsh with words on her, he would act all hurt and broken and ask her to be him as he is solely hers...

He was the perfect lover, she thought to herself, he was a God but he adored her, how dare he call her stupid then?! and over what? such an obvious matter?

Cinda tried to pull herself from his embrace but he wouldn't let her, he was holding her tightly, enjoying how she tried to leave his forced embrace, he chuckled a bit before pushing her to the wall, holding her hands above her head and whispering in her ear seductively...

"My love, I love you so much " A shiver of p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e ran in her body at his proximity, she was confused of his contradicted actions and even his lack of interest about the attack, her mate was always composed and even tempered that she found his actions now suspicious in a way that alarmed her but not without leaving her with a sensual curiosity...

"You know that right? Tell me you you do?" he pressed his body harder on hers, the thin layers of white clothes they were allowed their heat to mix with each other, she was slowly drowning in p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e but she remembered the urgent situation they were in...

"Nov please!! We need to focus, what if they..."

"They .... Will only be greeted with death" Nov cut her sharply, an evil light flashing in his eyes...
