The Princess And The Demon

"So what does these symbols mean? " Eren asked, not knowing why he felt like this dumb excuse of a king was stalling the answer, maybe to empress the ice queen? this was definitely not the time, he thought to himself... "That, is something i don't know" Henry said, and despite the shocking revelation the same grin was still plastered on his face

"What? you don't? "

"What was all of that about then?"

"What do we do know?" The angry voices came from the other side of the demonic gate, while Eren and Rima remained silent, waiting for the rest of the human king speech, he obviously had a plan in mind but why won't he just say it already....

"I guess it is our time to move, all of us, all our forces" Henry spoke in determination...

"So i guess you have a way to open the gate? " Eren asked, happy that he will finally have some action

"What about the sea monsters?" Rima asked worried, after all these two did not see those hell creatures, they may not understand how dangerous they are...

"Yes, i have an idea though i'am not entirely sure it would work, and for the sea monsters" Henry gave Eren a pointed look

"I can hide your scents,and we will get you there safely" Eren directly understood what was the human king asking from him, it was not a hard task for the dark forest lord, if he could create a potion that made the demons seem like gods enough to pass through the creation energy barriers, than he can certainly make some humans smell like demons, according to Rima the gods already knew they were there so they will not have to hold back their powers...

"Great, we better get moving then, i'm counting on you lord of shadows"

"Rest assured"

"Hey hey hey hold it you two, explain to me how we are going to get to where the gods are, unless you planning to put five hundred thousands warriors on this little island" Rima was definitely frustrated by these two, she hated that she was the only one not understanding what was going on...

"Rima, stay safe, i'll be there as soon as possible, i will come for you... " Henry said in a small voice that left the snow on the ice queen's heart melting, not having anything else left on mind she just nodded before closing the demonic gate...

Once she did, Henry joined Eren in giving the orders to prepare for sailing, the army was expecting these orders for few days now so they were already prepared and waiting, not an hour later all the sh.i.p.s were crossing the divine sea toward the gods lands...

"What was that, that we saw through the demonic gate?" Henry asked Eren, both of them standing on the front of the master ship, instead of going into separate once they saw it was better to stick together for the mutual trust non had in the other as well as to keep discussing any possible surprises...

"I don't know exactly" Eren sighed "The demonic gate is significantly sensible toward danger, what we sensed through the gate was danger, it was too faint i didn't realize it right away but it was there"

"Why didn't you tell Rima and the others? why didn't you warn them? " Eren was actually surprised that the human king kept a low tone and a calm behavior, he knew he cared deeply for Rima, and to know that she was in danger that he didn't warn her about, that is something...

"That thing, what ever it is, it didn't have the intention to kill, not right away atleast... it was there to observe, if i warn her, it would attack her right away, maybe like this i can buy her some time, at least until we get there... "
