"Hello Paula, How's it going with the orphanage?" Alex happily greeted the beautiful woman with black hair and eyes behind the desk.

She turned to him and smiled "Alex! It's good to see you here! Me and the Orphanage are doing fine, there were a few hiccups in the Botanical area but Pamela took care of it." She greeted with a hug.

Alex smiled upon hearing that. He and Paula met 12 years ago when she washed up to the shore of Tricorner Island, Where he was supervising the construction of both botanical garden and orphanage in the Island. The Island was a bit small than he remember but anyways he took a page from Luthors book and bought the entire Island during the start of ww2, the government wanted to sell it to add funding for war so he bought it and transform it into an Oisis in this hell like city named Gotham. [it seems like the government is quite use to selling huge chunks of land thanks to the super rich people like wayne and luthor.]

After he healed her back up, they got into a fight due to her being disorganized though after Alex willingly got impaled, she finally was able to organize her thought. [Shock Therapy?]

Alex then later learn that her name was Paula Crock Nguyen aka Tigress, her asshole of a husband kidnap one of their kid and pawned the kid to the League of Assassins in which she tried to retrieve back. The retrieval prove to be quite difficult, prompting her to escape with just the inch of her life.

Alex frowned when he heard the name of the league being mentioned as they are one of the most annoying villains in the entire DC coupled with their so called demon head who's still trying to cling to life. He thought of it for a second and decided to help her out with his end goal was to brand Ra's Al Ghul soul, a special rune dedicated to Hela.

They stormed the League strong hold and with the help of magic, he was able to buff Paula to a peak Amazonian level also coupled with equipments he gave her, they we're able to quickly defeat most of the League. Shiva, Nyssa and Talia were quite skilled in combat but against an undying man like Alex, they amounted to nothing.

Alex made his way and confronted Ra's while Paula retrieve her child. True to his title, Ra's fought ferociously like a demon but the problem is he didn't really have the capability to actually kill him, with his healing factor amplified throughout the years, he made Doomsday, Spawn and heck even deadpool who was cursed with immortality look tame by comparison and the fact that it's still evolving really scares him a lot.

After Alex beat the crap out of Ra's, he branded his soul with a special rune that would activate when he entered Lazarus pit, this will send his soul directly to Hela's cold embrace once he decided to extend his life. He so wanted to kill the man because this was a man who really believes on his thought process that everyone should be killed for balance or something like that but he still didn't do it that time because he knew he's still needed to create Batman so he let him off that time all the while he erase all the memories involving him and paula aswell as her daughter being in the League base and then change it to a bald man who likes green, led an army into attacking the league, he made it so to sow confusion in the future team ups they have. [He really was thankful to Loki's magic.]

After he found Paula he did the same to all the members of the League what he did to Ra's Al Ghul and teleported away.

Once they got back, Paula decides to leave the country to escape her husband but seeing this as an opportunity to employ a kick-ass assassin, he offered her sanctuary in the Island and made her head matron of the Orphanage, seeing that there was nothing to lose she accepted, although a few years past her husband found her and tried to do the same shit again but unfortunately for him, Alex didn't like that so sportsmaster found himself teleported in the bottom of the Marianas. [That place was his go to place in where to teleport people he didn't like.]

"An increase in Orphans happened after the invasion and a need for new employees are needed, a bunch of those monsters in the mainland took the opportunity to kill and pillage during the invasion killed quite a lot of families." Paula grimaced for a bit but vanish those thoughts as she tried to remain positive. "But thankfully enough, the Tricorner Garden wasn't quite affected but I'm sure you had your hand on that matter." She added which brought back a smile on her face.

Alex nodded. The Tricorner Garden or formerly known as Tricorner Island was a private land directly owned by him, in the middle was a huge botanical garden where he planted the plants he was able to gather in valhalla [of course it was hidden with the normal ones being on the front.

A hidden base was also put there, a bunch of fall out bunkers and lastly the orphanage and school.

He also allowed houses, malls and other businesses to set up in the Island especially those people who have grown up and leave the 3 orphanage base in the US and found a life of their own, He allowed them and even gave them a piece of land as a gift from him in which made the people love him even more.

The state with their greedy and corrupt officials wanted a piece of the land but through the use of bribery and force, he made them shut up though a few of the very evil ones found themselves swimming in the Marianas.

"Yes, my investment with the police force here in the Island really paid off" Alex founded the police force here in the Island and unlike the ones from the mainland, the police here are the best of the best, fully trained and well equipped to tackle regular crimes to meta ones and also the fact that they are not afraid of putting a lead to a psychotic person's head made them even more effective. He tried so hard to have commissioner Gordon to be reassigned here in the Island but the commissioner declined it himself saying that he is more needed in the mainland than here in the Island although he did sent her daughter to attend the school because he knew that this place was a safe place for his little girl.

"Yeah you sure did, this place is the people's only safe haven in Gotham, I don't know how you stop the crime lords from moving here but I applaud you for that even the Joker don't have the guts to step even a single foot in this Island." Paula laugh.

Alex laugh as well and replied "Well I just did thd most logical way to deal with them and that is I called the devil on them." 'Like literally, I send Lucifer to them to terrify those criminals into not setting a foot in the Island and Lucy was pretty down to it as well...though it might have to do with the Angel visiting but Lucy did quite an excellent job! Who knew Joker's greatest fear was being sane and not being able to laugh' He thought which made him chuckle.

"By the way how's my two god daughter doing?" Alex ask.

"They're both doing good and hear this Arty and Jade did..."

They talk for hours until Alex decided to leave because he still has to visit Pamela today.

He walk out of the orphanage and greeted the people in the neighborhood, they in turn happily greeted him back, he arrive at the commercial district and when he was about to pass the bank the most cliche thing happened, a freaking robbery.
