Everyone gathered at the Hokage's office. Shuichi stood before her

She looked at him "Be careful out there. Konoha and Kumo are considered allies but it is not with the case of you. You may be attacked again.

As a Hokage, I'm warning you to refrain yourself using Hiraishin there. you should know what's Fourth Hokage prestige outside of Konoha.

But, I think you are already a high profile target enough. Whether you show Hiraishin or not, It won't change anything".

He replied indifferently "Don't worry Hokage sama, I'm confident to bring them back safe. These days, I trained very hard. I think I can try for Jonin promotion but for some reason, Danzo sensei rejected it and told me to wait for one more year".

After a few seconds of silence, he asked "Hokage sama". "Yes?".

"Why is Sakura in my team?. I think there's a vacancy in Team 10 right?". She shook her head "Not sure about that. you should ask herself. I've given her two choices, Team10 or Team15. she chose yours". He nodded and didn't say anything.

After a while, Asuma, Shuichi and Hatsuyo stood before Tsunade. She looked at Asuma and asked, "So, who did you selected as your temporary teammate".

Asuma replied "a Genin with a potential who was failed when his team withdrew last year at the 10th question of Ibuki".

She nodded and looked at Hatsuyo "Is your team ready?". Hatsuyo nodded "Yes, Hokage sama," Tsunade asked, "I heard that that genius in your team is your brother". She nodded.

A while later, after they got dismissed, Shuichi and Hatsuyo started to walk together.

Shuichi turned towards her and stared at her for a few seconds but didn't say anything. She caught his gaze and asked "What is it?". "you have a little brother? how come I didn't know about it?".

She smiled at him "He's not a Hyuga and was adopted by Dad later". "Oh!".

after a moment of silence, she called him "Umm, Shuichi..". "yes?". She shook her head "No, it's nothing".

He didn't mind her and walked with her silently while thinking about someone in his mind". At Kumo, Samui sneezed once while she was studying about something. She mumbled, "did I caught a cold?".

Next day, they started to move. When He met Sakura after a long time, He was surprised to see there isn't a trace of past weak self in her. But due to his hate, he just ignored her. "Let's move".

Everyone started to move together. Ino sounded pitiful when she saw him with Hatsuyo "My Shuichi kun...".

Sakura shook her head "she won't change at all". While they were moving, Yakumo asked "Sakura, I'm interested in knowing what's the deal between the two of you. It seems Shuichi kun hate you more than anyone others. He wouldn't tell me no matter how many times I asked".

Sakura got taken back at her direct question "well, why are you asking about it now?".

Ino answered, "it's probably because she was just ugly in the past". Sakura instantly got riled up "What did you say you piggy?". They started their usual argument.

In the evening, they set up tents in the middle of a forest. While they were alone, Sakura said "It was because of something happened a long time ago. I developed a crush on Sasuke back then.

To get to his attention, I used to trash talk about naruto all the time since everyone hates him.

Then, during our third year, One day, I spoke to Sasuke how I hate Naruto.

I insulted Naruto that he was orphan and things like that. I failed to realise that Sasuke's family got killed and His mother also died. Probably from then, Shuichi started to give me cold treatment. even Sasuke started to ignore me.

Then later, I was scolding Naruto for a silly thing he has done. then, Hinata tried to defend him but this damn mouth of mine directly insulted her by saying She didn't have a mother and her father is well known to be a stern cold man. What does she know anything about love or something like that? I'm not sure. I didn't remember much. Shuichi beat me without caring that I'm a girl and landed me in a hospital for a week. that's when he started to hate me. honestly he's just too much. Even naruto forgot all of his insults from me".

later, when Yakumo confronted him about it when they are alone. He looked at her coldly with his Sharingan before scaring her for a second. Then he calmed down himself and replied "It's because of sharingan.

I didn't much control over it despite gaining some mastery. at that time, to gain mastery, whenever no one was looking, I keep activated it all time. My sharingan stores anything that it sees in my mind.

For you, it may be a single incident. But for me. I can't even forget it even if I wish. I can't forget any good or bad memory throughout my life. It took me a great deal to suppress those memories only after gaining completely mastery over it.

Sakura replied "why wouldn't I be? I didn't think his hate was this deep but at least I expected that sort of reaction from him.

And the concerning parties both Naruto and Hinata already forgave me. I know that I have been taking Naruto for granted. That's why I already decided to be nice to him.

But still, It has nothing to do with him. I kept apologizing on my part. Now I just realised that its useless. So, I won't care about it from now onwards. I don't need his forgiveness anyways".

Yakumo stared at her for a while. Sakura asked her "what is it?". She replied "you changed quite a bit". "hmm, do I?".

Yakumo nodded "Yeah, the past Sakura I know is someone who never sounds genuine from her words. I have always felt like you sounds collected. too polite with feeling insecure about something.

Shuichi always call you weak for it and he once said you might have a split personality that you hide from everyone".

Sakura was surprised for a second and then replied "yeah that's true. I always felt jealous of people like Shuichi who born in great clans and have training at an early age and that made me mentally weak.

but the incident with Sasuke had changed me. I trained hard under Tsunade sama. Now, I won't depend on Naruto to bring Sasuke back but I will bring him back myself with these hands".

One day later, at Kumogakure.

"Brother in law, I heard from Hatsu Nee that you infiltrated here once. Wow, you must be awesome to bypass those strong looking guards. Brother in law, what is that...Brother in law, what is this".

Shuichi's face which was normally indifferent started to turn Red in anger. He calmed himself and looked at Hatsuyo who was enjoying his torture.

While the other two members of him were surprised that he was still didn't got beaten up. He spoke "Hatsuyo, tell this chatterbox to shut his mouth. My patience is running out".

"Eh! Brother in law, you can't call me chatterbox. I wasn't even talking as much as I talk at my home or academy". he looked at his teammates "right?". Hatsuyo upon seeing Shuichi activated his sharingan, she stopped him "Rinji, you are forbidden to talk today". "But".

Hatsuyo looked at him. He immediately shut his mouth with his hands indicating that he will not talk.

After a while, Shuichi suddenly stopped in a busy street. Yakumo asked, "What happened?".

Shuichi lightly smiled "I need to meet an acquaintance. You guys go and catch up with the rest of them". She nodded while he disappeared.

He appeared before three people. He looked at a certain girl and greeted her "Hello Samui san, It's been a while".
