The Tyrant Gentle Husband

I'm not the type of girl who likes someone with ease. I'm a person who gets bored quickly. So when I think that he is an interesting man, not long after that I got bored. Maintaining a relationship is not an easy task to do. Why did I always feel that I didn't transmigrate but amnesia instead? All of this memory is familiar to me, and I can even remember the disabled dog that Elena used to take care of before. It is a cute do though It is disabled.

Am I amnesia? Or Am I transmigrated? Which one is true? My mind jumbles up like a roller coaster. There are many things that I don't remember than I remember. Why do I think that I have amnesia instead than transmigrated? My heart is not at ease.

Luke shook his head when he heard my question. I answered, "I fell in love with you when I was in senior high school, and this love never vanishes even once, and it keeps growing instead."

"Senior high school?" Luke gazed at me with a strange expression.

"It's been a long time," Luke said with disbelief.

"Yeah, it is not short, but it is not long because I will spend all my whole life with you, so it is not a long time at all," I said with certainty.

"You don't need to be insecure anymore because my love is not easy to waver, and I like your personality, not your appearance. Appearance cannot guarantee your relationship will last, because, for me, it keeps me loving you," I said with pampering eyes.

"Character is the key to maintain your relationship, what is the use to have much money but you can't be happy, what is the use of good-looking but you feel tormented every day by his peach blossom. What is the benefit to had everything in the world, but you will be living alone in this long life?

You can give me your money and everything you have to me, but what should I do with all of your wealth? Without you being beside me, money, status, wealth mean nothing. Of course, I am not naive that human needs money to keep them alive, but I already have much money all my life, but what I got was not happiness but suffering without end.

You have good parents, so you didn't know what I feel. I heard my parents quarreled from time to time. They seldom came back, and they always fight whenever they are at home. My family doesn't feel like a family. I have to raise my two younger siblings alone. 

I don't mind at all, but a five-year-old kid who doesn't know anything should take on extraordinary responsibilities when she should use it for playing around. Raising is not in the form of money but in the shape of love and care. If not me, who else should give them the love I never had in my life. If not me, who else can teach them what is a virtue and what is malicious.

I hope they grow up to be children full of love and happiness. I hope they get what I don't have. I hope they don't experience what I felt so far. Then why do you have a lot of money if it can't make you sense that they love you? Money can buy everything you want, but it can never buy you happiness and affection. We still need money to keep living, but money can't always bring you blissfulness. It is what my mother feels all this time, and she can get the money she wants but not the love from her husband." I lowered my head.

I never know Elena's experience all this time. Why did I think that my money can give her happiness? Elena is not the same girl as any other girl that used to seduce me before. They always want my money and status, but Elena already has a position, and she is the queen of entertainment. I never know that she has her own career, and Elena doesn't need me to give her money. I never know that I get an angel as my wife.

"I love you, Elena, and I won't let you be alone anymore," I whispered in her ear.

"Gohommm," There was a cough from behind. Lisa came to destroy their lovey-dovey atmosphere.

"Lisa, you are here?" I looked at her in disbelief. I never know that Lisa also came with me.

"Young lady, what are you talking about at this time? I am your bodyguard, and it is impossible for me to let you go along with the young master," Lisa answered without any guilt in her tone.

Lisa felt a sharp gaze from Luke, but she didn't feel anything and looked at luke with a smile, "Young master it is time for lunch, what do you want to eat?" Luke never know that it is already lunch. Luke and I ordered the food we wanted then Lisa walked away to the kitchen without looking back.

"I never know that she can come up from nowhere," Luke sighed helplessly.

"Lisa is an orphan that I adopted from an orphanage when she was eight years old. So she is with me for a long time, of course, her skill is not a joke at all," I said.

"She is not scared of me, and she can keep her smile looking at my fierce glare," Luke added.

"She claimed herself as a shadow bodyguard, even though I never prepared her to become one," I answered.

"You adopted her when she was eight years old, that meant you already had plans in your mind for the future plan?" Luke asked with curiosity.

"I have arranged the annual money given by my parents, and the amount is certainly not small. They gave money for all our needs, including the servants' salaries. So I am free to increase my servants or not. Lisa is one of the servants I adopted from the orphanage. Besides that, I've also invested in various companies, so I don't have to rely on my parents' money.

I also taught my younger siblings to be independent of childhood so that the two of them didn't expect to inherit my family business. So the three of us left the family business and didn't interfere in it." I said with happiness.

"I proud to have an independence wife like you, but I hope you to be more dependence on me," Luke said with hope.

"Of course, you are my husband, so it is not unusual to depend on you," I said while kissing his cheek.

Luke was never this happy before. He didn't expect Elena to say that she would depend on him because, from her experience, she was always an independent girl and could solve her problem without anyone helping her before. So Luke thought that Elena would say that she didn't need him to help her, but he said the opposite of his thought that made him so happy.

"Why are you so happy?" I said while looking at his happy smile. I never saw Luke so cheerful before.

"Because you said that you would depend on me, so that is why I am so happy," Luke said while smiled ear to ear.

"It is only because of those words?" I asked with doubt in my heart. If it is the only reason, that means it is so easy to make Luke happy.

"Yes, it is because of that word 'Depend on' that I feel so happy right now," Luke said while c.a.r.e.s.sing my cheek.

"You don't need to be happy because of one word," I said.

"You are an independent girl all this time, so having you depend on me is a happy thing for me because I am the only one in this world that you depend on," Luke answered.

I felt that Luke is childish sometimes, but it is okay because he is my beloved husband, and after all, it is my duty as a virtue wife to make him happier.

"Lisa, you must keep your guard," There was a voice of a young man on the other phone.

"I know master," Lisa said with certainty.

"We didn't know what will happen if you lowered your guard, and I don't want something happened again this time. We didn't know the culprit at all, and he is not easy to track at all. Our enemy, this time is not easy to handle, so you need to see all of your senses to track any danger around her," The young man's voice trembled in anger.

"I understand, master," Lisa said with a positive tone.

"I will call you later and inform me if anything happens," The young man added.

"Roger that," Lisa said, and the young man ended the phone.
