The Universal Villain

Since Shen was planning on saving his SP until he the time to properly think it didn't take him long to prepare himself before heading towards Karakura Town. Flying through the sky Shen and Rukia were getting closer to the edge of Town which made Shen think. 'That Void Warrior should have done a lot of damage to the Town though I find weird that I didn't get any notifications.

While Shen created that Void Warrior as a distraction to keep Ichigo, Isshin and Urahara in the Human World, it was also strong enough to defeat a captain level opponent. And Shen would have no complaints if it killed Isshin or Urahara since he could fight them himself in Image Training when he had the time.

Flying over the mountains and miles of forest surrounding Katakura Town, their destination finally came into view. "Well, we're here." The two of them came to a stop in mid-air as any doubt Shen had about the Void Warrior was cleared. Although most of the damage they could see was focused near the centre of the Town itself barely any section of the Town was left unscathed.

As they began to move through the Town following the path of destruction to its source Shen couldn't help but sigh to himself. 'If I got XP from every normal human then I would have a great excuse to blow up the planet.' Even if one human only gave 1 XP, he would still get billions of XP if he blew up the planet. 'Huh, I guess that's why the System said they had to be stronger than normal humans.'

"Master Shen look." Rukia stopped as she pointed towards a large crater in the distance that had a sizeable cross-shaped gash travelling from side to side. This is where most of the damage to the city was concentrated. Spread around that crater was a black substance Shen recognised instantly. "So that's where it went." Landing on the ground below, Shen didn't need to think very hard about who could have done this.

'They double-teamed him, how unfair.' Opening a portal in the ground next to him, the pieces of the Void Warrior that were splattered across the crater began to move. "It looks like the citizens have evacuated this part of the Town." On their way here they hadn't run into a single person who made Shen wonder how long his creation was defeated for.

The separate pieces of Void began to gather together, making their way towards the portal Shen had opened like moths to a flame. It was during this process that Shen's expression changed as he moved his body to the left of where he was standing. Only a fraction of second later a red sphere flew past him hitting the other side of the crater. "So it was you, after all." The sound of clacking could be heard as Shen turned around.

Urahara was standing not far behind Shen with his cane pointed at Shen's direction as smoke could be seen rising from one end. Looking at Urahara, Shen gave a friendly smile as he greeted him. "Hey, it's been a while how you been?" Although Shen was talking to Urahara, he was surprised to receive an answer from someone else.

"We've been doing fine." Appearing from the sky, Yoruichi fell next to Urahara. Standing up from her landing, she continued. "Thanks for asking though." Both Yoruichi and Urahara it was only a matter of time before Shen returned from the Soul Society and the two of them had been keeping a close watch of the Town ever since.

Examining Shen for a moment, Urahara's worry lightened for a moment. "I'm surprised you showed up here after attacking the Soul Society. Arent, you worried about being tracked down." After looking at Shen's condition, Urahara could only guess Shen didn't fight in any significant battles. At the same time, in the Seireitei or else he believed Shen be a lot worse for wear.

Listening to Urahara Shen couldn't help but raise his brow as he smirked. "You have no idea. Though I must say, I didn't do much fighting in the beginning." Shrugging his shoulders slightly Shen and Urahara talked to each other like friends although they both knew what was coming at the end of their little conversations.

Shen mentioning not fighting much himself caused Urahara and Yoruichi to turn their gaze to Rukia who still had wounds on her face that hadn't fully healed. Looking at Rukia's cold and distant expression turned both Yoruichi and Urahara's expressions grim. "And what did you do to Rukia?"

Thanks to Yoruichi Ichigo Urahara and the others all knew Rukia had been taken by Shen however they never knew he went straight back to the Soul Society after controlling her. In that sense, no one in the Human World currently knew that Rukia had betrayed them even if it wasn't of her own free will.

Laughing Shen changed his stance. "Let's just say I had to run a few experiments on her. I think you'll find shes changed in more ways than one." With that being said, Shen cut their chats short. Now that Urahara was here Shen had an opportunity to extract the Hogyoku, and he didn't plan on letting it slip away. 'For now, it would be best if they think Rukia is still on their side.'

Taking a step forward, both Yoruichi and Urahara went on their guard as Urahara whispered to Yoruichi. "Remember the plan we need to stall him." Hearing Urahara Yoruichi smirked as she replied. "You don't have to tell me twice." Suddenly white lightning began to crackle off of Yoruichi's body becoming more and more intense as she lowered her posture. "Shunko!"

The ground behind Yoruichi broke into pieces flying into the ground, leaving a trail of lightning as she rushed towards Shen. However, even with her speed, Shen's reaction, time and speed were some of his best traits. Pulling back slightly, Shen countered Yourichi's first strike as he caught her kick with his hand. Electric shot through the air as her momentum was forced to a stop.

"You aimed for my face" Seeing Shen blocked her kick Yoruichi smiled as she quickly switched hands twisting her body using her free leg to knock herself into the air. With Yoruichi no longer in her face, Shen saw Urahara had drawn his Zanpakuto that was glowing with profound red energy. "Kamisori, Benihime!" Swinging his Zanpakuto in a straight arc, a slash of energy flew toward Shen. Reacting to this, Shen held out his hand as the slash collided into him. As the slash tried to push forward, it seemed to be blocked by a barrier as nothing within a spherical radius of Shen could get close.

As Shen held this position for a moment, Urahara's observed Shen very carefully. 'He's just as strong as we thought he was.' As Shen continued to block Urahara's attack, Ki began to generate in his hand at the same time. After only a few seconds Shen was able utterly to negate Urahara's attack countering by firing a beam of Ki straight at him.

'I doubt these two came here without a plan. It would be best if I finished this quickly.' Shen needed to be careful around Urahara of all people. His most threatening trait was his intelligence that exceeded the likes of Aizen, and his next actions proved Shen's point. Urahara held out two of his fingers, as a black light began to gather at the tips of his fingers. "Hikari Nejire Uzu."

'Thanks to the research I had to do on developing a barrier to trap you specifically, I was also able to create this.' Moving his hand, Urahara's fingers left behind a glowing black line in the air as he drew a diamond. The moment the shape was completed, the inside of the diamond, which was empty was filled with a dark vortex as Shen's attack hit the black diamond.

Shen was stunned as his Ki attack was being absorbed entirely by the black diamond protecting Urahara. As Shen's attack grew smaller, it was soon completely engulfed by the black diamond floating in front of Urahara. However, even after negating Shen's attack, Urahara didn't stop there as his procced to turn his fingers in the opposite direction.

"Hikari Hoshutsu Uzu." Reacting to Urahara's movements, the black diamond in front of him vanished appearing behind Shen as the sound of rumbling emanated from it. Turning his head, Shen thought to myself. 'He's good.' Flying out of the black diamond behind Shen was his own attack engulfing him entirely as Urahara kept his hat from flying off his head.

Meanwhile, Yoruichi could be seen landing behind the Black Diamond as it continued to release Shen's own attack. "Did it hit him?" Asking this question to herself, Yoruichi didn't notice Rukia as her gaze shift behind her as if looking at someone.
