The Universal Villain

An explosion of sand rang out in the distance creating a large cloud of dust traveling into the air. As the sand began to fall back to the ground a black figure with large bat-like wings could be seen suddenly bursting through the sand cloud at high speeds. That figure was of course Ulquiorra in his Resurreccion form.

If not for him predicting when to block and activating his Resurreccion in time there was no guarantee he wouldn't have been impaled by Gin's Bankai if not worse. Looking at this from a distance Shen couldn't say he was surprised about his transformation his focus was directed to something else.

After gliding across the ground for a couple of seconds Ulqiorra flapped his wings once more, sending him into the air leaving a trail through the wind. Flying over forty feet into the air in seconds Ulqiorra stopped himself with his broad wings as he looked down at the open ground below. In seconds Gin's figure appeared with his normal snake smile as he looked up at Ulquiorra.

"Well, that's quite a scary Resurreccion you got there." As his black wings creating a shadow on the ground Gin looked up at Ulquiorra was drops of sweat drifting down his face. Turning his attention away from Gin and back to Aizen, Shen knew exactly what he wanted to do. Without any warning, Shen slammed his foot down on the ground generating a shockwave of sand.

Using the sand as a distraction he rushed off towards Gin while making sure Aizen was following him. And indeed after a momentary pause, Aizen smiled slightly as he gave chase without a clue of what Shen was planning. With the power of the Hogyoku Aizen had newfound confidence similar to the feeling he had in the original storyline.

As Shen got closer to the location both Gin and Ulqiorra where fighting he clutched both of his hands into a fist. A white halo-like light surrounded them getting denser and less transparent as the power being put into the attack grew. Finally, Shen jumped high into the air while turning around looking at the incoming Aizen Shen spoke. "Excuse us for a moment."

Punching with both of his fists Shen aimed both of his attacks at Aizen. In seconds the world in front of Shen distorted like a cracked mirror. An invisible force flew towards Aizen. Taking the brunt of Shen's attack due to him being caught in the momentum of the chase Aizen was shocked. The Gura Gura fruit was strong not only because it is destructive but also because of how it damages people.

It warps everything it touches making it extremely hard to block without strong Haki. Along with that it's also very effective on things that are durable including people's bodies. "Ugh!" Aizen couldn't help but spit up blood as his body cracked.

Even with the Hogyoku Aizen was immediately stopped by the invisible force Shen shot at him as his body was immediately covered in wounds before being blown away. Within moments Shen had caused him to fall back while also covering him and Ulquiorra in a smokescreen of sand. Seeing they had a moment to talk Shen went up to Ulquiorra and began to whisper something to him.

He took full advantage of this moment as he gave specific orders to Ulquiorra. Meanwhile outside of the cloud of sand Aizen's wounds had already begun to heal Standing up Gin soon appeared next to him. "Are you alright Lord Aizen?"

Looking towards Aizen and the Incomplete Hogyoku in his c.h.e.s.t Gin didn't show any emotion on the surface. Hearing Gin Aizen replied calmly. "Yes, I was just surprised for a moment. This Hogyoku's power is great but is a far cry from what it should be. We need to quickly obtain Kisuke's Hogyoku that was hidden inside of Ruki-"

Before Aizen could finish speaking to Gin the sound flapping interrupted him as it was accompanied by a slim figure dashing towards him. Raising his Zanpakuto, Aizen effortlessly blocked Ulqiorra's attack without even taking a step back.

With Ulqiorra's spear-like javelin pressed against Aizen's Zanpakuto, a green light began to shine from the tip of the spear as Gin who was next to Aizen quickly backed away.

Soon a giant Cero blast erupted as it spread and scattered across Aizen's Zanpakuto forming a type of barrier against the Cero. As this occurred Gin found himself face to face with Shen as they looked at one another silently.

"It's been a while since we have had the chance to talk alone. How about we have a little chat." Revealing a glint in his eyes as he spoke Gin replied. "Oh, and what would we talk about exactly." Asking Shen skeptically Gin's expression darkened as Shen continued.

"How about we talk about Rangiku." Tilting his head slightly Shen could feel the killing intent behind Gin's expression but he continued as if he didn't care. "I'm sure your already aware I destroyed Soul Society meaning all the lieutenants are dead."

Listening to Shen, Gin's eyes opened to slits as he held his Zanpakuto. It was then that Shen began to talk about the good news. "Now before you get yourself killed listen to what I'm going to say." Smiling Shen spoke in a lower voice making sure only he and Gin could hear this next sentence. "If you're willing to help me with what I need I'm willing to bring Rangiku back to you."

"What?" What Shen said shocked Gin to his core causing his killing intent to disappear from his eyes. "As you know when a Soul Reaper dies their soul is reincarnated and they are turned into a normal human with no memories of their life before. However not only do I have the ability to unlock those memories I can also manipulate her soul and body transforming her back into the Rangiku you knew."

As Gin listened to Shen what he was saying seemed like a fairy tale. His motivation for wanting to kill Aizen was because he knew he was a threat especially to the one if not the only person he cared about, Rangiku. And now Shen was going to use that to his advantage.

Coming out of his daze Gin looked towards Shen and asked the important question. "And why would you do that for me? What do you want?" Hearing that Shen laughed in his head. 'And he's hooked just like that.'

"Of course I won't be doing this for free and there will be a time limit due to my future plans. You see I know you want to kill Aizen and I for one want the Hogyoku. So if you help me using that Bankai of yours I'll help you get the women you care for back into your life."

The two of them continued to talk in secret as on the other hand, Aizen's battle was quite one-sided. Compared to Aizen, Ulqiorra's power was insignificant as he easily countered each one of his strikes with a single swipe of his Zanpakuto.

"I'm getting tired of this little dance," Aizen spoke to Ulquiorra as he deflected another one of his attacks before taking a step back. Slashing with his Zanpakuto from below Ulqiorra was wide-eyed as a large gash appeared on his c.h.e.s.t from the left of his waist all the way to his right shoulder.

Blood splattered all onto the ground as Ulqiorra tumbled to his knees for a moment in a kneeling fashion as Aizen looked down on him. "Did you really think you could challenge me?" Raising his Zanpakuto above Ulquiorra's head Aizen stared down at him for a moment. Lowering his Zanpakuto's blade, planning to finish Ulquiorra off, Aizen could hear a small whisper escape Ulqiorra's lips. "Segunda Etapa" A dark depressing Reiatsu burst from Ulquiorra's body causing Aizen's attack to be forcefully halted as he backed away.

Stepping out from the black and green Reiatu as if it was water Ulquiorra's second Resureccion was revealed. Covered in black from his arms to his legs with only his upper body being its natural color Ulquiorra's second release represented the truest form of despair.

Seeing this form Aizen couldn't help but show a surprised look on his face.

"A second release?" Staring at Ulquiorra's new form as his tail slammed itself against the sandy ground. 'I always thought you were hiding something from me but I never would have thought it would be this.' Thinking to himself Aizen's eyes widened as Ulquiorra placed his hands together generating a sharp green light.

Extending his hands outwards soon a double-edged javelin made of pure Reiatsu appeared in his hands. "Lanza del Relampago." Turning his dark yellow eyes towards Aizen Ulquiorra raised the double-edged javelin like a spear. Before being under Aizen's command Ulquiorra would never have risked using an ability like this in Las Noches however under Shen's control self-made restrictions were unnecessary.

With that Ulquiorra attacked, throwing his javelin at high speed towards Aizen. 'That's a lot of concentrated energy.' Feeling the dense amount Reiatsu radiating from Ulqiorra's Lanza del Relampago, Aizen instinctively dodged to the right as it sped past him.

It continued to fly at high speed breaking the sound barrier instantly. As it flew into the distance it eventually hit the walls of Las Noches causing the attack's true power to trigger.

Without any warning, a shockwave traveled across Las Noches multiple times over as a massive pillar of green Reiatsu formed devouring an entire portion of Las Noches. The fake sky was immediately destroyed as the explosion itself dwarfed the entire building towers and all.

The power behind that attack was exactly why Ulquiorra's status compared to the other Espada was always so confusing. Looking at the explosion from a distance Shen couldn't help but smirk as he shook his head. 'If Las Noches was truly the size of a city then Ulquiorra is what one would call a city buster.'

As the explosion began to dissipate Shen and everyone else was greeted with quite a site. An entire corner of Las Noches had been destroyed leaving its insides open to the whole of Hueco Mundo.

From where they were standing they could see the dark sky outside which contrasted with the fake sky inside of where they were standing. Focusing his attention back on Ulquiorra, Aizen became more serious as he saw Ulqiorra create another javelin without any sign of strain on his body and only a dip in his Reiatsu reserves.

After creating another Javelin Ulquiorra didn't throw it like before but instead spread his wings as he rushed towards Aizen with a burst of speed. Aizen quickly took a defensive position blocking Ulquiorra's jab with his Zanpakuto causing the spear and his Zanpakuto's blade to clash. Although destructive power was one thing in the end battles in Bleach were decided by Spiritual Pressure.

If your opponent had more Spiritual Pressure you could negate some abilities and even reduce the damage taken from an attack. Meanwhile, as Shen looked towards Gin who was standing in front of him he thought to himself. 'Time to end this.'
