The Universal Villain

Chapter 91 - The End Of Aizen (2)

With a loud thud, Shen's foot landed directly on Gin's c.h.e.s.t sending him flying. Gliding across the ground Gin couldn't regain control of his body as he hit the ground kicking a wall of sand as he began to tumble.

After rolling for a moment he got up sliding backward using the momentum from Shen's kick. After recovering Gin's back arched as he coughed up a transparent fluid from his mouth. Feeling an intense numbing pain in three different parts his body Gin couldn't help whisper. "Do you have to hit me so hard…"

However, Shen only smiled as if giving Gin reassurance. As the two of them fought they drew closer to Aizen and Ulquiorra who were still busy with their clash. Seeing this Gin put both hands on his Zanpakuto's hilt pointing it towards Shen. Silently his Zanpakuto immediately shot forward extending towards Shen who immediately directed it elsewhere using his Haki coated hands to parry.

Retracting his Zanpakuto Gin began to release a flurry of his Zanpakuto extending and retracting stabbing at Shen from every angle possible. As Shen continued parrying he kept taking steps backward as he drew closer to Aizen's location. It was only after taking twenty more steps back that Shen's gaze changed.

Instantly his expression that made him look as though he was concentrating disappeared as he zoomed in on Aizen who was not too far behind him like prey. Aizen had begun to gain the upper hand against Ulquiorra as he began to push back him.

"If that previous attack had hit me you might have had a chance." Referring to when Ulquiorra threw his javelin, Aizen took a step forward as he began to push Ulquiorra back. Glancing behind him for a moment Aizen saw Gin had Shen pinned down at the moment as he focused his attention back on Ulquiorra. 'It might be dangerous having Gin around any longer.'

He knew Gin wanted to kill him and he simply wanted to see how he planned to do so which is why he hadn't done anything sooner. 'Maybe it's time I got rid of him especially since the original plan has gone so far off target.'

It was only then that Aizen heard a familiar voice coming from behind him. "Kuyo Shibari." Suddenly eight black holes surrounded by a purple aura began appearing around Aizen's body. As each hole formed Aizen's moves became more and more constricted until the ninth hole appeared at the center of his c.h.e.s.t freezing him entirely. "Wh- What." Turning his head slightly Aizen's eyes narrowed once he spotted the caster of the Kido.

Standing in the air behind Aizen Urahara could be seen with a smile on his face. In this situation, Aizen's calm disposure had cracked. "Kisuke Urahara… Of course, it was you." Kisuke was nowhere to be found in Las Noches even when Shen entered.

It made no sense for him to find his way here so quickly. 'Unless. Of course, that's how.' Figuring out how Kisuke managed to find them so quickly Aizen regained his calm appearance. Walking around Aizen, Urahara began to swing his cane around his finger as he spoke.

"Well, it was hard not to notice you all after that explosion." After saying that his face turned more apologetic as he looked over at Shen. "Forgive me Master Shen I didn't manage to find the one you were looking for. I rushed over here as quick as I could after I saw that attack go off." Using Flash Step Urahara appeared next to Shen who had already disengaged with Gin. Meanwhile, Aizen was still trapped frozen in place.

"You think a Kido at this level will hold me. That's a miscalculation on your part Kisuke." Even if he had to split his focus on breaking free of this Bakudo and dealing with Ulquiorra, Aizen could still do it. "Oh, we don't need it to hold you." This time Shen replied to Aizen as he stood there calmly. The look on his face was the look of a victor who was silently mocking the one who lost.

It was only then that Aizen realized as his eyes widened he quickly scanned the area around him. 'Wait a second he was fighting Gin.' Looking around Aizen couldn't see or sense Gin anywhere. This time Aizen spoke his thoughts out loud as a hint of anxiety came through his voice. "Where is Gin where did he-"

"I've waited for this moment for a long time Lord Aizen. A moment where your Kyoka Suigetsu was completely useless and you left yourself open but you always had your guard up. No matter what you would never truly let me get close to you. But now my opportunity has finally come." Gin's voice echoed from behind the frozen Aizen as he launched his attack. "Bankai. Kamishini no Yari."

In an instant Gin's Zanpakuto dissipated into dust before expanding rapidly towards Aizen's back. Being frozen in place Aizen had no counter as he could only watch as the blade penetrated his body and Ulquiorra's body as well. Looking down at his c.h.e.s.t Aizen looked shocked as he turned to his back to Gin. "Gin… You bastard. When did you… Betray me."

Shen took this chance as he began walking up to Aizen while looking him dead in the eye. "That would be during our fake battle. If you had been paying attention you would have seen none of our attacks were lethal. However, you were too busy dealing with Ulqiorra to notice. And now with your Zanpakuto's ability out of the way you're finished."

Gritting his teeth to Shen's words Aizen looked between Gin, Ulquiorra, Kisuke, and Shen. He was forced into a corner with no escape. "But you're forgetting as long as I have the Hogyoku I can regenerate you can't kill me eventually I'll become even stronger than you.

Hearing this Shen couldn't help but chuckle. "Pfft. Trust me Aizen I know more about the Hogyoku than you do. That's why I had Gin specifically attack you instead of doing it myself. You underestimated him and his Bankai which is why I said you're finished." That being said, Gin who had retracted his Zanpakuto walked up to Aizen from behind.

"Gin do you really think something like this will kill me. This type of injury will heal in a matter of seconds." It was as Aizen was speaking that he noticed something was wrong as his anxiety of the situation grew. Slowly Gin raised his hand placing it on Aizen's back near the puncture hole. "I have hidden this secret about my Bankai for years now."

Holding up his Zanpakuto Gin smiled at Aizen. "You see my Zanpakuto has an ability I never told you about." Hinging towards his Zanpakuto's blade Aizen saw a small chip of it was missing. Noticing this Aizen quickly looked down at his c.h.e.s.t and noticed the wound wasn't healing.

"Seems you're starting to understand. When my Zanpakuto extends it turns to dust for just a second allowing me to leave that chip in your c.h.e.s.t. My blades are lined with a very potent poison that destroys cells at a rapid pace and all I have to do is activate it by saying a certain phrase."

"No… No this can't be." Aizen's confidence shattered as he realized what was happening. His attempts at breaking free of this Kido were enhanced as he began struggling physically as well. "Kisuke! Dam you let me go!" It was only then that Aizen's eyes landed on Shen as his rage began to build. "You… This is all your fault. You planned this, you bastard! I should have killed you when I had the chance!"

Looking at Aizen, Shen shrugged his shoulders while smiling. "True you should have. But you didn't, sucks to be you." These words crashed down on Aizen as his body seemed to lose all its strength. "This can't be real. I'm supposed to sit at the top. I'm a winner I can't lose… I should decide things in this world!"

Listening to Aizen talking to himself like this Shen sighed. "You always did have a god complex. But don't worry I can promise you that the Soul King won't control things for long. So you can die in peace and live knowing you'll never be reincarnated."

Aizen's eyes seemed to be devoid of any light as Gin's voice echoed out from behind him. "Korose, Kamishini no Yari." Activating the poison was a silent process as Aizen's entire body was devoured by the poison. With Aizen's body being destroyed the Hogyoku had nothing to regenerate.

In the end, it simply fell into the sand along with Aizen's Zanpakuto. Ignoring everything else Shen bent down and picked up the Hogyoku as it began to release a bright light as if reacting to Shen's touch. "Finally."

It had taken longer than Shen had expected with Aizen fusing with the Hogyoku early but finally, he had obtained the second Hogyoku. Taking a breath of relief Shen looked around for a moment.

Only Urahara, Gin and Ulquiorra were left standing in the massive sandy area. 'I was hoping more of the Espada would have survived but I guess Stark isn't that powerful without Lilynette.' It was in this moment of silence that Gin spoke.

"So now that that's dealt with what about the thing you promised me." Under normal circ.u.mstances, Gin would have been more shocked to take in Aizen's death but the promise Shen made to him outweighed that. Hearing him Shen snapped out of his glee. "Oh right, I almost forgot." Tilting his head for a moment Shen thought about something.

"You're going to have to find her reincarnation in the human world and then bring her to me. If I had to guess the Soul Society should still be in a state of disarray. If you use the Department of Research and Development's technology, finding her should be easy."

He wasn't 100% sure that he could bring Rangiku back but even if he couldn't killing Gin would be easy so She did not fret too much over the logic. Hearing Shen Gin's eyes narrowed before turning around. As he did so Shen spoke again. "By the way, you're on a time limit. Twenty days. If you can't find her by then it will be too late."

Listening to Shen Gin nodded his head before disappearing. Turning away Shen activated his Sharingan and used Kamui on himself and the others. It only took a moment before they arrived inside the Kamui Dimension. Waiting there was Rukia who looked unnerved at Shen's return. Shen turned to Ulquiorra before pointing to a separate collum in the Kamui dimension.

"You go wait over there." Since he wasn't like Rukia and Urahara, Shen didn't bother with him and had him wait on a separate platform until he was needed. "So Master Shen what are we going to do now?" Urahara couldn't help himself as he asked, revealing an obvious look of excitement.

Hearing Urahara Shen looked towards the two of them as he responded. "Now? Now we finish this and bring the king's guards out of hiding. But first, we need to finish preparations. Kisuke I want you to begin work on the construct you were talking about."
