The one-sided battle has ended, many fainted Beedrills lying on the grassy plain. Fire attacks also scorched the area. Frogadier then walks near towards them while observing the state of the result Fennekin did. He looked at Zed with a grin, see this Zed just smiled at him.

Fennekin was huffing slightly due to the battle. A few seconds later, her body is covered in bright light, she started to grow and grow until it stopped. She evolved into a Braixen.

She transformed into a bipedal fox-like Pokemon; unlike its pre-evolution Fennekin, it now stands upright on two legs.

She is covered mainly in bright grey fur with a black underside that resembles a skirt; it has a collar of fluffy white fur under its thin neck that is covering her c.h.e.s.t.

She has a long pointed snout with a round orange nose, and bright orange eyes, as well as having tufts of shiny red fur sprouting from its ears. It has a branch embedded in its bushy grey red-tipped tail, which it uses as a wand to emit blasts of flame.

She looks beautiful and elegant, even Froagadier was captivated by her. Zed noticed his reaction and giggled at him in a teasing manner.

Her stats also multiplied by three with a set of new moves. But still, Frogadier was at a higher level than her.

Zed went towards her and pat her head, she was way taller than he expected. As expected of a shiny one.

They rested for a little and eat for a while. Zed then checked their destination.

The Pewter city. It can be found at the centre of Viridian forest and Mt. moon. This city is the location of the rock type Gym, the very first badge he must get.

Zed was not worried about this because he has Frogadier, and Frogadier was stronger many folds than a normal one.

Finish IDly thinking, he continued walking towards the City with Frogadier on his left and Braixen on his right.

He decided to let them tag along than putting them into Pokeball, Zed wanted them to be exposed more in the outside world. There were no rules that restricted letting your Pokemon stay outside for too long in its respective Pokeball.

"Stop! Let me check your I.D!" A woman stopped him, as he glanced who called his attention, Zed saw a pretty woman with dark teal hair and fair skin

She wears a purple cap with a black rim, red top, and gold star, a purple collared shirt with red trim, a sky blue c.h.e.s.t piece, and gold shoulder pads, a black purse, a matching belt with a gold buckle, a purple skirt, black shoes, and white gloves.

Zed stopped walking and looked at her approaching figure, but then she stopped. For the first time of her life, he saw a man that is devilishly handsome as if one smile can capture a person's heart.

Zed knows her, she was officer Jenny, and all of the major officers in Pokemon are her cousins with the same name as hers.

"What can I do for you officer." Zed cut the silent atmosphere. She cleared her throat with a fake cough.

"As I said, can I see your I.D?"

Zed forgot that this world needs I.D's as well, He forgot to asked professor Oak about it, so he doesn't have any choice but to tell a lie.

"I came from Pallet town and decided to challenge the first Gym in this city. Then, I was attacked by a swarm of Beedrills, my wallet fell off because of fleeing while trying to protect me." Jenny sighed from his explanation while holding her temple.

"I understand, Beedrills these days started to swarm aggressively, but thankfully your safe. Also, your Pokemon look different and powerful. Are you perhaps from another region?"

"Yes, then are we done here? I want to finish my first gym battle quickly."

Jenny only nodded to his words, but first She advised her to get a temporary I.D from the station. Zed obediently followed her to avoid the questions from future Jenny's he will encounter in the future.

Zed signed papers and waited for minutes, then a temporary I.D was made.

"Now then, you are new to this city, right? I can guide you to the first Gym." Jenny offered.

"Well, Its fine for me, especially for a beautiful woman helping me." Zed then smiled at her, hitting Jenny with a super-effective attack with multiple critical strikes.

As they walk, Jenny sometimes glances at Zed's face. Zed noticed this and countered Jenny with a tease by meeting her eyes that causes her to blush and look down on the ground with her cheeks dyed in pink.

Although at first he was annoyed by her questions, she was doing her job to keep the people safe. And seeing this side of her's makes him smile.

Back in the earth, Zed doesn't have a wife nor a lover because of how busy he was with his business.

But being in this world, he realized how fun being accompanied by the opposite gender.

Having experience of closeness with Daisy made him very happy. And now just a few minutes spending time with Jenny mad him smile.

"Maybe it's not bad to find a lover. If catching Pokemons is okay, how about picking women? Sigh... What have I been thinking." Zed shook his head.

They arrive in front of the Gym, the Gym itself is clearly constructed for rock types Pokemon. Before Zed entered, he looked at Jenny.

"Hey, Officer Jenny. Do you have an extra spare of time later?" Zed suddenly asked her.

"Why? My only free time is later after my shift."

Zed then nodded and entered the Gym, leaving her to be dumbfounded.
