"ANBU." Said Jiraiya.

A dragon masked Shinobi appeared kneeling down on one knee in front of Jiraiya.

"Head to shelter C-3 and bring Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane over. Send someone else to bring Hiruzen-Sensei eldest son, Kichiro Sarutobi." Said Jiraiya.

"Wait, have him bring every clan head and clan elders over, they must all attend and join us for tea, no one is exempt or excused." Said Kurama.

Jiraiya sighed and nodded at ANBU commander to do as the great fox asked.

"Ita-Kun, could you please watch over your siblings?" Asked Kushina.

Itachi nodded and took the two babies from his aunt. Kushina jumped down and walked towards Jiraiya.

"Ero-sennin, it is good to see you." Said Kushina.

"Yes, it is good to see you too, I have not even had a chance to take a look at my godchild yet." Smiled Jiraiya sadly at Kushina. He still did not get the chance to grief for his student who was like a son to him, seeing his widow and his child safe and sound brought some measure of peace.

"Do not blame yourself. None of this is your fault, a choice has been made and knowing you, you did the best you could to prevent this escalation." Said Kushina while patting the shoulder of the much taller man.

Jiraiya nodded and kept his faint smile on. Tobirama was captivated by Kushina's red hair, she reminded him so much of his good sister. Kushina did not have Mito's grace and elegance, but she sure did not lose in the beauty department.

"Say Tobir-Chan, how come you never got married? You were not hoping to tab your dead brother's wife after he died, no? Seeing Kushi-Chan must have awakened some suppressed d.e.s.i.r.es, yeah? You dog, l.u.s.ting after your brother's widow. Shame." Said Kurama as he shook his giant head in mock disappointment.

Tobirama squinted his eyes at the fox for questioning his morality.

"Don't look at me like that, from my viewpoint you dodged a Fūma Shuriken. That woman was rotten to the core, her c.u.n.t must have been dripping poison and only wood release could cleanse it for a quick f.u.c.k." Smirked the giant fox.

Kushina g.r.o.a.n.e.d, she was really happy that she released Mito-Sama before she jumped out of Tazuna's house to track down Gyūki's chakra.

"You would know better than anyone, no? You were stuck there for a hundred years." Said Tobirama.

Kurama did the m.a.t.u.r.e thing and gave Tobirama the middle finger like any self-respecting a.d.u.l.t.

"How come he does not have the same resentment towards you?" Asked Jiraiya.

"He does, he just has a different policy for wrong deeds done by or as children. I was just a little girl when he was sealed in me, unlike Mito-Sama who was already a grown a.d.u.l.t. I think he mellowed down a bit with me because I fought side by side with him, he even allows me to call him by name now when he almost removed my head for calling him a nickname before." Said the redhead.

Jiraiya nodded. A little hope sparked in his heart now he knows the demon won't harm any child or hold them accountable.

Slowly clan elders and clan heads were gathered at the front broken gate of Konoha. Jiraiya walked over to them and grouped them up. He proceeded to explain everything that has transpired so far, he made sure they understood that the entire village fate is now in the hands of the legendary Sage of Six Paths and the one he calls 'son'.

"Ah! Hyūga clan elders and Uchiha clan elders, my two favorite clans and my favorite elders. Come please, and meet your ancestor, or in the Hyūga case, uncle-ancestor. Hiashi, you stay where you are, I only want to have a private talk with your esteemed and honored elders along with the elites of our world the Uchiha's." Said Kurama.

Both clans' elders looked at each other and Jiraiya. "Go on, he must have something important to privately talk to you about." Said the Toad Sage. They all nodded with dread but started to walk towards the great fox.

"Come come, don't be shy, look I have children on top of my head, they are not afraid are they now? Esteemed elders, you won't fall behind children, yeah? Now tell me is anyone missing from your clans' elder councils? I would hate to repeat the vital information I'm about to pass to you just because one is missing." Said Kurama.

They all looked at each other as if they were counting, Kurama paid close attention to both clans set of elders emotions and movements.

They all looked back at the great fox indicating no one was missing.

"Good, good. Here is what I wanted to tell you all, one I f.u.c.k.i.n.g detest the Uchiha clan and I despise slavery, go die." Kurama brushed a tail at them in a neck break speed, just a gentle touch that extracted all their souls with the Human Path. Old men and women fell like puppets as their souls left their bodies.

Konoha was frozen stiff, only a child looked at everything impassively, without an ounce of care at what had just happened, and he was sitting on top of Kurama's head.

"You monster! Have you brought us here to kill us all? Just get on with it." Shouted an old woman, Koharu Utatane.

She managed to stir Itachi, his eyes instantly shot to it Mangekyō Sharingan, fury and indignation filled his heart.

"No! I have seen monsters, none of them was a fox. All of them were wearing a human skin. You are the monster, all of you are." Shouted Itachi, his shuriken like eyes rotated widely, his right eye started bleeding and black flames engulfed the old woman. Itachi instantly fainted as Koharu screeched in agony.

"Kami dammit, Itachi," growled Kurama. Kushina instantly Shunshin back to the three children when they fell on Kurama's head and started crying. Kurama's fur protected them from his skull, just the surprise of being dropped when Itachi fainted frightened them.

People around Koharu tried to put the black flame out but nothing worked.

"Do not look at me, I don't know how to put it out and even if I could I would not." Said Kurama.

Slowly Koharu was reduced to ashes and got first-hand experience on one of the worst possible ways to die.

"Now where is Sarutobi eldest son?" Said Kurama.

A young man made himself known, the only other person in the village that signed the Monkeys clan contract.

"Summon Enma." Ordered Kurama.

Kichiro looked at Jiraiya who nodded at him. Enma the monkey king was summoned, and he was not happy at all.

Enma looked at Kurama and knew immediately what this is about.

"He is dying, he won't live long, I give him a day at most. He was stationed on a ship near the Land of Whirlpools, he lost his eyesight, and I was barely able to reverse summon him. Let him die in peace, please." Said Enma.

Konoha did not take the news well, they just lost their beloved Fourth Hokage and now the longest-serving Hokage is on his deathbed.

"No, you are to bring him over immediately." Said Kurama.

Enma looked around and noticed the Sage of Six Paths. He tilted his head not connecting the dots and who the old man is.

"As the acting Hokage, named by Tobirama Senju, I order you to do it Enma." Ordered Jiraiya.

"Our clan is Konoha's allies not subordinate, or have you all forgotten that." Said Enma.

"I already have the Toads in my shit list and soon I shall grace them with my presence. Would you like for your clan to be added to the same list?" Said Kurama.

"The hell we did to you, you furry orange demon." Shouted Gamabunta.

"Shinra Tensei."

Gamabunta was flung across the forest surrounding Konoha. He broke a couple hundred trees as he tumbled around and poofed away from the damage he took.

"What will it be Enma?" Asked Kurama as he huffed air at his index finger, pretending it was a smoking gun barrel.

"Summon me in 10 minutes." Poofed away Enma.

"While we wait, Homura Mitokado how about you entertain us all with your death? I will give you a chance to do it yourself instead of being burned alive this time by my flames. My aim is shit, by the way, so everyone around the old goat watch out." Said Kurama.

Homura looked around for support but found none. Jiraiya flickered away and appeared behind him, one Kunai penetrated his heart from behind. It was both mercy and Jirayia taking Kurama killing Homura out of the picture. Kurama made no comment.

Time passed in silence. The Sage got bored and took the two babies away from Kushina to dote on. Once 11 minutes passed Kurama looked at Kichiro. He tried to find a way out for his father but Jirayia just shook his head at him.

Enma returned carrying the one they call God of Shinobi in a very sorry state. It was a miracle that he still draws breath.

Kurama summoned the King of Hell and told Enma to put the old man in it. Enma did just that and the King of Hell had a meal eating away all the damages the Third suffered from just being near the Island where Kurama unleashed his vengeance.

Hiruzen Sarutobi walked out of the King of Hell mouth with no visible damage, his wife and son instantly engulfed him in a hug. Kichiro started whispering in his father's ears to run away, begging him to hurry and get as far away from here as possible. Hiruzen looked around and saw the giant fox who was not even looking at his direction. As wise and intelligent as he is, he knew why was he standing healthy now when he was on the verge of death.

Hiruzen walked towards Tobirama and bowed to him deeply, then turned around and sat in front of Kurama.

"Can I have a smoke?" Asked Hiruzen.

"Sure, I will have to commission someone to build me a pipe later." Said Kurama.

Hiruzen looked at his wife, she walked over and sat next to him. Kichiro walked to his father and gave him the pipe his father bought for him as a birthday gift when he started indulging himself in his father and younger brother's bad habits.

After a couple of puffs, Hiruzen started to speak.

"We did not want to do it. Minato and I agreed, bide our time and wait. Even when reasons are compiling themselves on top of our hearts we still were conflicted. However, it changed when ANBU finished going through Orochimaru's illegal research and experiments. My..." Sighed Hiruzen .

"First you were a giant problem for us but a reasonable one. You showed great intelligence and willingness to talk things through to some extent. This is why we initially thought for at least ten years we will have little to no conflict with you. We were serious about building Uzushiogakure again and actually were hoping with time we could even get Naruto back peacefully and have her go through Konoha's education system. There was also the fact that you were a great threat if provoked, and we did not have a suitable vessel for you, no one did, you had both with you and Kushina made it clear she won't help or stay silent on the matter if we tried anything when she came back to the village to have Naruto go through her medical check-up."

Kushina did not know, but she just won a couple of points in Kurama's mind. Kurama kept looking at the Third indicating for him to continue.

"Hachibi showed up and we were instantly alarmed. All the signs for a fourth great war are coming and you will be the cause. It was clear to us you considered the rest of the Tailed Beast family and wanted to free them. This made you move up the danger level ladder. With more Tailed Beasts with you, things might get very serious for us if we get into a major conflict. However, it was just Hachibi at that time, and we thought we still had time. There is no immediate danger, at least Kumo lost their biggest trump card we thought."

Kurama nodded so far everything matches his own thoughts on the matter.

"Afterward you moved from just an external problem to add an internal problem. Mikoto Uchiha, when she left with her infant she rang the alarms for a civil war within Konoha. Fugaku lost his reason and went from being the safety seal on the Uchiha clan behavior and ambitions to an instigator. Add to it that we know she has a copy of the forbidden scroll that Kushina gave her, and we knew you were somehow involved. You did not think Kushina could get one over her husband? Did you?" Said Hiruzen with a smile.

"No, I thought it was a tactic to have us dig our own graves. I guess that you did not know that Kushina won't bring it straight to me but rather hand it over to Mikoto to use it as leverage to get my protection. Lots of good that did her or her child." Huffed Kurama.

"No, we initially thought it was meant to get straight to your claws which is why Minato allowed it to happen in the first place, get us more leverage the next time we talked and discussed terms." Said Hiruzen.

"Alright, it seems everything you said still have not tipped you over the edge." Mused Kurama.

"No, you were still a great threat and direct conflict was not worth it, we did not have any certainty if we faced you head on or even if we used a trap. At best, use our lives to strip your soul and chakra away in pieces. However, Fugaku came to Minato with a proposal, he claimed he can control Hachibi with his eyes, no problem, we will have a way to hold you down as we sealed you. We did not believe him at first, but he was very certain and said we could test it out on any Jinchūriki. Nevertheless, we still rather extort you for the forbidden scroll theft and Mikoto's fate. Minato was confident he could get a lot out of you by just talking, including having you agree to send Naruto to join a Konoha Genin team." Said the Third as he took a deep puff of smoke from his pipe.

"Orochimaru." Said Kurama.

"Yes, Orochimaru. To our dismay, we discovered my treacherous student is capable of genetically modifying people to some success. We even discovered a hidden success within Danzo's Root. A 13-year-old child who is capable of using Mokuton. This opened a door we did not think could be opened, Orochimaru is more than capable of genetically creating a suitable vessel for you. I know my student, he will make one and sell it to the highest bidder, be it Iwa or Kumo. We could not let this happen at all, we could not allow any other village to get their hands on you. It is one thing for you to be free and another entirely to become another village weapon.

Minato was distressed with this discovery and started to plan to counter it. He either get his hands on Orochimaru or you. No offense but you are much easier to locate than Orochimaru. Minato started drafting a plan but no matter how he approached the matter he could not find an out. So he thought he needed a major trump card and resurrected the Shodai and Nidaime. Once they were made aware of everything that happened they instantly got on board as they did not want to leave you free for even a second. Between us, four, fixing and completing Edo Tensei was not an issue. Once we got that done, Minato drafted our plan on multiple stages with Tobirama-Sensei. To us, it looked reliable, even if we die then the Shodai could deal with you himself." Finished the Third.

"I guess talking to me about the danger was too much, trying to find a middle ground was too risky. I resurrected your wife you ungrateful old c.u.n.t. All of this is because you could not allow me to be someone else's slave. Very well, go ahead and kill yourself before I decide to have you watch as I kill not just your child and wife but your entire village." Roared Kurama.

Hiruzen nodded his head and turned around to say goodbye to his family.

The Sage telepathically sent a message to Kurama, "He is experienced and powerful, he could be very useful after you weakened the village so much."

"No, I spit on their reasons, they saw me as nothing but a dog to be used and guided, they can f.u.c.k off of my planet. Besides, I have not agreed to your plan yet, I'm just here satisfying my own heart." Said Kurama out loud.

The Sage sighed and nodded.

After a sobbing fit among Konoha's clan heads, elders and ANBU, Hiruzen moved in front of Kurama and in one motion pierced his own heart with a Kunai.

Jiraiya could no longer handle it and tears started to run like a river on his face. He needed to be strong for his village, it was not the time for him to cry himself silly, not yet. He wiped his tears away and shouted at the crying crowd.

"Konoha, stand at attention we will have time to grieve but our survival is not up to us yet." Shouted Jiraiya.

(A/N: Yamato was known to be a root member and I know Kakashi was the one to discover him, not sure when they found about his wood release though, I know Danzo kept it a secret as far as I recall. In any case, things changed in this story when Danzo died very early. If I made a canon mistake then f.u.c.k it and assume it is an alternative universe. I planned this story event like this a long time ago and I ain't changing it because of some timing of when Yamato was discovered. FYI all known dates on when Orochimaru left the village got retcon so many times already, you can check the timeline I posted separately to find out how confusing it is when it got retcon at least twice. To get some perspective on the matter Anko became Chunin on the 24th of OCT, 1000, this means in this story Orochimaru might not have been able to kidnap her or mark her. Still, I have not decided on this matter yet or how I will play it out since Anko is my second fav female character in Naruto verse. What can I say, I'm a man of deep culture.)
