To Be A Hero: A MHA Fanfic

Shino toyed with the lollipop in her hand as she walked down the corridor of the building she was placed in. She was hoping to play the villain and she was lucky enough to get her wish. She was placed in team F with Akio and made the villains up against team B. Team B consisting of Shoto and Shoji. She didn't know if she was extremely lucky or extremely unlucky. Next to her was her partner who had been silent the entire tine. They needed a plan if they were going to survive and encounter with Shoto. Shino actually had one in her head. She didn't know how it would end however but it seemed good enough.

"I've got an idea" She said as they entered the bomb room. She tapped a foot on the ground as she continued to mull over her plan.

"I'm all ears"

"Are you aware of Todoroki's quirk? "

"No"

Shino chuckled. "Well I am. I'm not going in to detail, but what you should know is that he's likely to freeze the entire floor if we play the defense game. He might do that before we can get on the offence too. His teammate is Shoji who has a handy quirk and could locate us easily so there is no sneaking up on them" She paused as a smile started to spread. "Well not in the building anyway "

Shino went on to explain her plan to Akio. She found it very simple but it would have to do. Akio agreed that it was a good plan and it was set in motion the second Shino sensed the others in the building.

"Showtime" Shino grinned as she threw herself out the nearest window. Akio stared at the window for a while. Shino still hadn't told him what her quirk was. He would just have to find out. He touched the hilt of his katana as he started to move forward.

"One of them is on the fourth floor" Shoji had made one of his dupliarms into ears and listened for signs of life through the walls. "I can't locate the other. There are no other footsteps except for the one on the fo-"

Shoji was cut off when he felt something stick to his neck. Before he could get it off or say anything there was an electrical current sent through him. It wasn't very strong, just enough, to paralyze him. He crashed to the ground completely immoble.

"That takes care of that" Shino smiled as she faced Shoto. "Hey there"

A huge wall of ice was shot towards her and she nimbly dodged. Shoto made a move to send another attack, but abruptly turned and summoned ice on the other side of him. Akio had come from the other direction a staff at the ready. His staff was met with the ice wall completely blocking him from his enemy.

Shino descended upon Shoto from the high wall, but again had to dodge a massive wall of ice. The small corridor was quickly become cramped the longer the situation spanned out.

"You know, you could freeze over the entire corridor. Although your partner would be at risk, wouldn't he? " Shino landed nimbly on the floor. "Or you can continue to make these walls, but we're running out of space"

Shoto was trapped between Akio and Shino. Shoji was immobile and would be for the next thirty minutes or so. Shoto would have to handle the situation on his own. Shino is nimble and can react before his ice reaches her. Akio is cautious and doesn't get too close in fear of getting trapped in the ice.

Shoto was silent as he stared at the smiling Shino.

"You were recommended as well"

Shino only smiled brighter and flung herself towards Shoto. An ice wall was evaded as she webbed herself out of the way and swungbtowards Shoto. Akio had used the ice on the ice on the floor to his advantage and was heading straight for Shoto with increased speed.

A hand was raised to create some ice in Shino's direction, but the incoming nun chuck wielding Akio was a distraction. Shino quickly shot a ball of web at Shoto's hand. He could freeze through it, but the web was not to immobilize him. Akio finally got close now wielding two battons and overpowered Shoto before he could freeze out of the web. Shino moved to capture Shoto with the tape before he broke free, but when she got closer she suddenly felt increasingly cold.

"Crap"

Her hands and legs were quickly freezing over. Shoto had already broken free of the webbing. Akio retreated to a safe distance, but was pulled into the ice as well.

"This was an interesting plan. But things must come to an end" Shoto said.

Shino laughed as her body started to increase in temperature to counter the cold. Her body heat can get as high as a hundred degrees. She can melt though the ice with some time.

"Was it? "She asked. "All I did was jump out a window and climb through the next. Neither Akio or I could touch you and now here we are"

"You made sure to immobilize my partner knowing that you would not be able to take us both on. Why didn't you immobilize me instead"

"It would be a waste. The second you felt something touch you, you would react with an ice attack. I thought it was best to take out the muscle man" Shino explained. "It was a simple plan after all"

Shoto stared at her and suddenly glared. "Your stalling"

"Am I? All you have to do is restrain me with that tape" Shino said amused. "You should hurry up before I find a way out"

"You won't be able to get out of my ice" Shoto started to approach her.

"Who decides that? "

There was a crack as the ice around her arm weakened. Shoto was alarmed and more ice manifested around her left arm, but her eight was already free. She grinned as she shot a ball of web at his eyes.

"Bingo"

She quickly broke out of the ice and hit the ceiling. Shoto was smart and surrounded himself in ice. That meant nothing to Shino. From the ceiling she descended upon the dome of ice, fist raised.

The ice shattered with the strength of her fist and she crashed into Shoto. He had gotten the webbinhboff his eyes, but Shino had already gotten the tap around his wrists.

"You were saying? "

There was a buzzer sound throughout the building. Shino recognized it as the sound signaling their win.

She smiled and got off the Todoroki. She walked over to her frozen partner and rested a hand on the ice he was trapped in. She willed her temperature to increase and the ice stadted to weaken and crack.

"Thank you" Akio shook ice off of him and shivered a bit. "I never want to go through that again"

"Not a problem " Shino then walked over to the paralyzed Shoji. She shot a web at him and then began to drag him behind her. "Let's go"

"How long will he be like that? "

"Thirty minutes or twenty three now"

The group arrived back at the building their class was in. Shino made sure Shoji was sent to the infirmary before she decided to snack on her lollipop.

"You guys were amazing " Kirishima said excitedly. "I was scared for a sec when he caught you in ice, but you broke out with that cool one liner"

Shino chuckled. She had suddenly thought of escanor in the middle of it all and couldn't help but say the famous line.

"Good battle young ones. Now can anyone tell me who the MVP of this battle was? " All Might asked and was not surprised to see Momo's hand in the air. "Yes, Yaoyorozu"

"Shino was clearly the MVP of this battle. She knew who she was up against before hand and knew how the situation could turn out for them had they not take action the second the enemies entered the building. She knew Shoji could locate them both as long as they we're in the building so she maneuvered outside of the building, thereby sneaking up on them and taking one of them down as quickly as possible. She also made sure she was not fighting Todoroki on her own, which would have been her downfall"

"Nice observation "

Momo jumped when Shino suddenly appeared in front of her. She had descended from the ceiling from a web and seemed very amused.

"Holy crap! You're like a spider" Kaminari exclaimed in awe.

"Yep" Shino pulled herself back up the ceiling and sat their like she wasn't doing anything unusual.

"So you take on the characteristics of a spider" Jiro asked, well it was more of a statement actually.

"Yeah. I can stick to walls. Produce webs. Have increased physical attributes. I have a sense of danger so I always know when trouble is coming and some other things that you do not need to know right now"

"How did you paralyze Shoji? "

" A tiny electrical current" Shino shrugged from her spot on the ceiling.

"Young Kiddo, would you please get down"

Shino sighed and slowly let herself down by a string of web.

Shino zoned out for most of the battles. She was the first one up so she sat through everyone else's. The fight between Izuku and Katsuki was different. A lot different. Izuku was actually confident in his abilities and Katsuki was aware of Izuku's abilities. Fire has no effect on him and Katsuki will be fighting with fire. He had to come up with a plan of action. What Shino loved about the fight was how Izuku distracted Katsuki with a fight. Izuku could have easily surrounded himself in fore making it hard for Katsuki to get close to him, but he did not. He took Katsuki head on with nothing but his flaming fists. He had charged at Katsuki with a fist raised seemingly ready for an attack, but before he made contact Katsuki was suddenly airborne. Katsuki had been too focused on Izuku that he completely forgot about Uraraka and that was his dowfall. Getting the bomb was a lot more complicated. Iida had made sure to clear the room of anything Uraraka could remove gravity upon. There was not a thing she could use. Iida's speed surpassed that of Izuku so he had to think everything through. What Izuku had done was allowing Iida to get close to him. Once he was Uraraka made a run for the bomb. Izujubhad made sure to grab onto Iida when he was distracted and kept him in place with his strong grip.

It actually worked.

Then there was the battle between team I and G. Team I consisted of Ren and Toru. Team G Jiro and Kaminari. Team I were the villains.

Toru had made herself invisible and headed out to try a sneak attack. Ren did not let her go alone though. She had created these tiny little creatures that were just adorable. There we're four of those guy sent out with Toru. No one knew what the use of them was. Jiro was naturally aware of the approaching Toru, but before anything could be done those tiny little creature let out an impossible frequency that immobilized Jiro. While Kaminari was panicking and trying to help his friend Toru appeared out of nowhere and caught him with the tape.

Shino was quite impressed with the genius plan. Those little creatures were cute but deadly. She was very s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e to sound and was happy she didn't go up against Ren.

Another battle Shino oayed close attention to was that of team C against team J. Team C consisted of Momo and Daichi. Team J consisted of Sora and Kirishima. Team J was the power pair. Shino didn't know how the battle would end. Team J were the villains.

That's where Sora shined. A scarlet shield had been created around the bomb, thanks to Sora. That was their first move. The shield required focus and while Sora could go out into battle with Kirishima he would be distracted on keeping the shield up. Shino guessed the Shield was put up just in case Daichi managed to slip through with that quirk of his. Kirishima was the header and headed straight for the apposing team. Once he was in sight Daichi had thrown his keychains into the air and was gone in a second. He appeared behind his opponent and immediately teleported to the front of him when he made a move to attack. The second he was in front of him he was gone and instead beside him.

He never once layer a hand on Kirishima. He just teleported around him and appeared back at Momo's side.

Kirishima was confused and about to attack, but he could not move. Three strings of some odd electrical stream shot up from the ground and surrounded Kirishima, trapping him. He tried to get out through the opening, but he was shocked the second he tried.

Momo had a device in her hand and Shino had this huge freaking smile on her face. That was one of Shino's creations. She created it to subdue Sora when they got into a fight. She had put the information about it in the tab she created for Momo. The electrical currents acted as a barrier strong enough to keep Sora in. Of Sora couldn't get out then Kirishima couldn't either.

All Momo had to do was get Sora in the barrier as well and they took the win. Sora was already distracted with the shield, so Daichi managed it. He almost got hit.

"And that concludes your this lesson"
