Trouble With The President

Outside of the Central Hospital,

Tina came out from the hospital but she didn't know where she should go at this hour. After going through so many things in just one day, she has a mental breakdown and thus she doesn't even want to go to her own home. So, she is just roaming aimlessly on the streets, near the hospital.

'Its late at night...' she looked towards a street light which was at the end of a lonely and dark street.

She felt a sense of similarity to this street light. Just like this street light which was growing alone in the cold and dark street, she was also the same, an orphan, an existence which no needs, in reality she doesn't have a home where she can go after such a long and hard day, she doesn't have any support and there is no one in this world who can accompany her.

'I don't wanna go home... I'll feel more lonely there.' she looked more and more gloomy when she was thinking about this.

She roamed aimlessly on the streets and after a few moments a gust of wind passef through her, "It's so cold!" rubbing both of her hands together she shivered.

'Where can I go....'

While thinking about this she suddenly thought of her best friend, 'Ching!'

But she soon realised, 'No... Ching might be busy with Shion...'

'And now Paiming also has an important person to take care of!'

'I've always been alone....'

'..have no one to rely on, and no one will care about me.'

A few drops of tears appeard in her gloomy eyes. 'How I wish that someone could be with me....' She utterly wished that someone could accompany her at this time, right now and right at this moment.

Someone who could always stay by her side and give her warmness, give her a sense of safety and a feeling of being cherished.

"Buzz! Buzz!"

When she was immersed in her own thoughts her cellphone suddenly started to ring.

'Who would call me at this hour...'

She bring out the phone from her handbag and received it without even seeing the person's name on the call because she was upset.

"Hello?"

"Tina!" A manly voice called her name with delicacy.

'This voice...' On hearing this manly voice, she felt a sense familiarity. She could never forget this person's voice because he is the main reason why her life has became upside down now.

(It was none other than Jim Chin, Our devilish CEO!)

But she never expected his call at this time, she was at her most vulnerable condition and not in the mood to talk with him.

'Why...' when she needed someone to accompany her the most then why did Jim Chin called her at the exact moment? Is it fate!

She shut her eyes tightly and bit her lower lip, 'Why...is it him... and at this time.'

"Why don't you talk? What's the matter?"

Jim asked with confusion.

She was silent for quite a while and was trying to conceal her tears and her upset mood.

"I'm okay..." She replied in a hoarse tone.

She tried her best to conceal it but still she couldn't fully control her emotions.

'Sobbing tone? Is she crying?' Jim was smart enough to immediately catch this little hint and he asked directly in a worried tone, "Where are you?"

Tina unknowingly replied to his question, "I don't know, I came out from the Central Hospital and I am going to left..."

On hearing the word Hospital his voice became more violent, "Why do you go to the hospital?!"

Tina realise that Jim misunderstood her words and explained immediately, "I was just passing by through the hospital.."

"Where did you want to go?"

She again replied in the same emotionless tone, "I don't know.."

"Are you a fool!" Jim shouted loudly on the other side.

It was loud enough to make her put away the phone from her ears otherwise she could become deaf.

"Stay where you are right now!"

She frowned her brows and said inwardly, 'It's that or domineering tone again! I hate it!'

"Wait Tina!" His tone was domineering but it was a little different this time, it had a mixture of worriness. "Hold on, I'll be right there."

She was going to cut the call but after hearing his last sentence, she couldn't convince herself to cut it and just replied, "Okay..."

A few minutes later....

"Tina, are you still there?" Jim I was worried about her whereabouts and rushed towards the location where she was at.

"Yeah." She looked around and tried to find him, her heartbeat was surprisingly a little fast.

"Tina?" Jim was also looking around from his car, in order to get the glimpse of her.

"Yes..."

"Here I am." and suddenly a car stopped in front of Tina.

He quickly get off from the car, closed the door and walked towards her.

"I've found you Tina!" looking directly in her eyes he replied, his tone contained a feeling of relief and joy.

Her eyes were also big when she looked towards him and her heart finally felt a sense of peace.
