"Hi Kana-chan, so how is your job?" Yugao asked.

"Hi, at least I can look after Jiji's work, he won't be able to read his smuts with me here, hehe" she replied giving another doc.u.ment to sign for the old-man.

"Working as a personal secretary as punishment? How long has it been?"

"Six months, but it was worth it, hehe. I will take you for a fly-by someday Yugao-chan" Kaname promised.

"Did you really had to flick the Anbu Commander and his team off? Screaming and I quote: 'Come and get me, bitches! HAHAHA'?!" Hokage yelled and bonked her on her head.

"Heh, I couldn't see their faces, but they stopped dead in their tracks not knowing what to do, that was priceless Jiji. Now here you go, the next file of papers to look through."

"*Growl* Give me a break…" Hokage complained.

"Hah, yeah I heard the stories from HQ Kana-chan, everyone started calling you troublesome, have you heard what is your new nickname on the streets?" Yugao laughed.

"Knowing the average IQ of our village population, they call me Bat Woman or something like that?" Hokage harumphed on her comment.

"No, your summon was too big and colorful to mix it up with a bat, Kaname Uchiha the Red Butterfly. Of course, some people interchange it with a Bloody Butterfly and others with Uchiha's Butterfly" Yugao explained.

"Hmm, much better than a vampire. I don't mind"

"Cat-chan, did you come here to gossip or give me a report?!" the old man shouted out.

"Ah! We found an old Root base, Anbu teams are awaiting your orders"

"I understand. Breach the facility, gather all possible data you can"

"Hai!" with a nod of her head, Yugao disappeared in a shunshin.

"*Sigh* Even more paperwork…" he complained to Kaname.

"Jiji, I have got a question" she gave him another doc.u.ment.

"Yeah?"

"Why you won't use shadow clones to do the job for you?" Kaname asked.

"But… The respect of the post..."

"There is no one here to dictate nor penalize you" Kaname interrupted him.

"Shit, you are right… <Kage Bunshin no Jutsu>" he stood up and created two clones.

"I'm too old for this shit"

"Gah! My back!"

They dispelled a second later giving lame excuses.

"Hahaha, even your clones don't want to help you with the job Jiji" Kaname laughed out loud.

"That was unexpected… Still, the clones were right, I'm too old and my back is killing me"

"Hmph, Jiji I'm sure that using only one hand you would kick the a.s.s of most jōnins in the village, don't belittle yourself"

"No, Kana-chan. Maybe a couple of years back that would be true, I'm not so sure about it now. I was thinking about my successor, my first thought was Jiraya-kun or Tsunade-chan, but neither of them is here. The younger generation of Minato-kun's age, they lack the strength to protect the village, like Minato-kun had, what's more, they have a lot of work in their clans, maybe someday one of them could take the hat"

"Even without Danzo plotting behind your back, the council would raise hell if you would announce an Uchiha as your successor"

"I don't care about their opinion Kana-chan. I thought of you and your brother's generation as well, I was ready to ask Ryuichi-kun to take the helm, but he needs more experience, he is still too young. Kakashi is, well... too excentric for the title, Duy and Guy, I will not comment about them. My son? Maybe, someday. Now, what about you?"

"Don't even try Jiji, I promise you, I will burn Konoha to the ground before you give me the hat"

"Hehe, don't burst my bubble Kana-chan, let the old man dream of a calm retirement" he answered extending his arms outwards to let his back stretch and rest at least for a moment.

"*Sigh* Sit back down Jiji, I will help you a little bit" Kaname replied.

"Hmm?"

"I can't turn back time, but I can ease the pain. Sit down." she walked behind him and with her glands glowing in healing light she started massaging Hokage on his nape.

"*Ahh* Thanks, Kana-chan, I needed that…" he relaxed in his chair with a sigh of fulfillment.

Ten minutes later Yugao barged into the office with a report.

"Hokage-sama, we found, eh? What's going on?" she asked seeing Hokage sleeping on his chair and Kaname lying on the sofa.

"He needed to take a break, so I gave him one. What's up Yugao-chan?" Kaname asked.

"Can you wake him up? It's important"

"Sure" she walked towards the Hokage and lightly shook his arm, "Jiji wake up, you have a guest"

"*Yawn* Oh, Yug- Cat-chan, what's going on?" he asked.

"Hokage-sama, we found something you need to take a look at"

"I don't like this, what has happened, what did you find?"

"Corpses, many of them, but three of them we identified first, Danzo had… We found Shodaime's, Uzumaki Mito's and Nidaime's bodies inside the facility Hokage-sama" Yugao reported. (First Hokage + his wife, and Second Hokage)

"Son of a bitch!" Hokage yelled out.

"Is it possible that Danzo knew where they were hidden Jiji?"

"Possible?! The bastard was there with me when we were burying our sensei!"

"Calm down Jiji, we all know what the c.o.c.kroach has done. We need to think of our next moves with clear heads"

"*Sigh* You are right, but he will not receive any pardon, not after desecrating the graves of our sensei. I can't put kill on sight order on him without Daimyo's approval, but I will pull more ninjas into the hunt. I don't want to see his face again."

"I have got a question, was he opposed when you chose Minato-san as your successor, did he supported Snake bastard?"

"Wait do you mean…" he asked.

"Shit, something was not right in my mission for Daimyo-sama, those assholes are working together, how could I be so blind?" She complained.

"Kana-chan it's S-rank secret, but Tenzō can use a Wood Element, he couldn't remember who his parents were, is it possible that Danzo experimented on Shodai's body?"

"You mean the Tenzō that is in my team?" Yugao asked.

"Ah, I was so close to the truth... I saw many mutated bodies in Orochimaru's dungeon, many of them had their skin encased in wooden barks, most likely Tenzō was snake's bastard first good result and was something like a gift of good intentions between the two"

"I don't like this, the question is what else they did." old man complained.

"Yeah Jiji, I feel like we're playing a card game against multiple unknown enemies with all of our cards showing"

"*Sigh* Okay Kana-chan, you can return home for today, I have to deal with the situation before tomorrow. Remember I will need you, and thanks for your help today"

"You mean the Kumo delegation? What do you need me for Jiji?"

"Anbu will be occupied with clearing Danzo's facility, I would like for you to be the guide"

"Okay, I can do that. See you later Jiji, Yugao-chan." she waved her hand in goodbyes and flickered away.

'Hmm, I should wait for mom, she is finishing her shift in a couple of minutes' she thought, changing her course for the hospital.

"Hi, Little Butterfly! Good that you are here, can I ask you for a favor?" Sachi called her.

"Hi mom, what do you need?"

"We have got an outbreak of the flu in hospital staff, I need to stay here for the next shift. But the iryōnin classes in the academy will begin in twenty minutes, can you fill in for me?"

"Okay, don't worry. Stay safe mom"

'Hmm, I forgot about those classes completely, I don't have anything prepared I will have to improvise. If I have to take the next batch of students as their jōnin, maybe there will be someone interesting in this class' she thought.

Fifteen minutes later she entered the classroom, her eardrums were instantly penetrated by a scream of terror.

"NOOOOO, not you! Not again!"

"Hello to you too Izumi-chan, that wasn't very nice you know that?" Kaname massaged her hurt earlobe.

"Izumi-chan, who is this?" one of her friends whispered to the young Uchiha girl.

"The demon, some of our senpais are still having nightmares. She created those classes, she was teaching here for two semesters, under her rule only two people passed."

"You mean she is the Kaname Uchiha? Izumi-chan, I heard some rumors that some senpais wet their beds because of her but for completely another reason" the girl murmured back.

"Hello class, I'm filling up today for your teacher. I'm sorry the job was thrown at me a couple of minutes ago, and I'm a little unprepared, can someone tell me on what did you finish at the last lesson?" Kaname asked loudly.

"Today we were going to have a test sensei" a girl in the first row replied.

"Thanks nerd!" Someone from the back of the class cried out.

"I understand, let me check the class register I will be right back"

'Wow, looking at the grades only Izumi-chan shows any promise. What are those 'M's' and 'N's' at every row? Hmm, Izumi has 'BM' looking at the bottom of the register she understood what her mother did.

"Now, Izumi-chan how many times did you repeat this six-month course?" Kaname asked with a smirk on her face.

"*Mumble*"

"Yes?"

"Four, okay?! Four times! But today I will pass!" the girl shouted out.

"Interesting…" Kaname replied, 'Mom had the same idea I had. Let's have some fun'

"Okay, class. Looking at your grades I wouldn't allow you to even heal a fish let alone a person, but I will give you all a chance. I will ask each of you a question, you have one chance to answer. I will grade your knowledge upon it. The first one from the register Abawa Aki" looking at the row there was a big 'N' there, 'Ninja, he doesn't show any promise in healing arts'

"So Aki-kun, how many rules Tsunade-sannin created for the safety of iryōnins?"

"Five?" the boy replied not sure of himself.

"Four, sit down. Arata Aye-chan" she read the next name on the list with a bold 'M' on the side, 'She is a mediocre ninja, but we could use her in hospital'

"So Aye-chan, please repeat the first rule Tsunade Senju created"

"Hmm, medic shouldn't stop healing until everyone from her team is dead?" young blonde girl asked.

"Close enough, sit. No medic ninja shall ever stop medical treatment until the lives of their party members have come to an end. Fujita Bunra" she read another 'N' name.

Thirty minutes later Kaname's eyes rested upon her last victim 'Battle Medic, I knew it the moment I met her'

"So Izumi-chan, you are the last one. Ready?"

"Shoot, I could easily answer all of your previous questions sensei." Izumi proudly declared.

"So… How many times will you try to pass this course until you get the message?" Kaname asked with a smirk.

"Eh?!"

"Wrong answer. Sit down" Kaname had a smile on her face.

"GAAAAH! NOT AGAIN!" Izumi shouted out.

"That's the end. Thank you all, the class is dismissed. Izumi-chan, stay here for a moment." Kaname ordered.

When class emptied she walked towards the girl that had her face pressed to her desk.

"*Sigh* Okay, now we can talk privately Izumi-chan. Do you know why neither I nor my mom let you pass this course?"

"I don't, every single time both of you know exactly what I can't answer, and torpedo my dreams with the question" Izumi was on the brink of tears.

"Let me ask you, what do you feel about the rules established by Tsunade-sama?"

"You mean that I will never become a medic because I disdain some stupid rules?" Izumi replied hurt.

"No Izumi-chan, this course was created because we lacked the numbers in the hospital. Today I passed some below the standard to be medics, they will be able to get an internship after the academy and spend the rest of their lives in hospital. But you're not the standard material, you're something more"

"What do you mean?" the girl asked.

"You're just like me Izumi-chan, you're not the back-line medic hiding behind your friends and waiting for one of them to get hurt. You would lead the charge, not letting your friends get any wounds whatsoever, am I right?"

"Eh? I mean yeah, I'm not some damsel in distress that needs protecting"

"See? That's why most of the people left the course after the first semester. Hana, for example, is excellent to be chūnin, and a genius vet to boot. She understood every aspect she needed from the course and left with the knowledge to help animals. Who needs a stupid academy course? It doesn't matter on the battlefield, if you want to I can give you a pass. But it would give you a lot of paperwork down the road, asking why you did not want an internship in hospital"

"So I am good enough to pass this course?"

"*Snicker* Izumi-chan, you were knowledgable enough for me in your first year. But would that be what you really wanted?"

"*Sigh* You are a demon, you know that Kaname-sensei?"

"My p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e. See you later Izumi-chan" she bowed mockingly and disappeared in a shunshin.

"Hehe, thank you sensei" Izumi murmured to the empty room with a toothy smile on her face.
