Virtual Empire

The tournament started off pretty well with some good fights. There were spells flying everywher, magical beasts attacking from multiple directions, and intense head on fighting. Some the fights got bloody, especially between rival households. The worst injury is when someone nearly lost an arm. But in the end, the remaining spots were divided up, and rewards were given to those who didn't get a spot.

The professor then called in Sirius to his office to have a talk.

"I hoped that you've observed these people well."

"I have made a list of people to watch out for."

"Good, but you must also be aware that some these people, especially the royals, have powerful trump cards."

"I will."

"One lost thing, I will be leaving soon. I will stay here until you go to the inheritance zone."

"Where are you going?"

"I'm leaving the Derock island chain. I will not be coming back here in the future."

"What?!?"

"To tell you the truth, I'm from a grade 3 empire in the northern continent. A grade 3 empire is the strongest grade that any organization can achieve outside of the central continent. I only came to this backwater place to find a powerful item that my empire needed. But it turned out, that was just rumors. So I will no longer waste my time here."

"Then why did you take me in as your student."

"No real reason, I was just bored. However you are still my student so I shall prepare you for the inheritance zone as best as I can. If you survive, I will leave what I have here for you. If you are able to leave this low tier nation and reach the northern continent, you can find me in the Seven Petals Empire."

"When will I be leaving for the zone?"

"In a few days time, so you better prepare. I will teach you a special mana technique that is somewhat common in my empire, but here it is as absolute treasure. Now get ready for the voyage."
