WAR OF AGES

As Agus came inside the game what he saw the first time isn't a peaceful where he would build the town and castle and where the trees came into his view instead he was greeted by something more terrifying, a Large boulder float in the air as it flies towards him, surprised him more as he just started the game without any warning a large boulder in mid-air.

As Agus was surprised he quickly jump to the side and evaded in nick of time as the boulder bypass his former location, He then saw that some of the soldiers were fighting in the courtyard and some were seen to be having a hard time bearing his army insignia.

Agus quickly search his surroundings and found a bow and eleven arrows and a short-sword in his waist as quickly he grabs it he pulls the arrow from the string and aims at the enemy's upper hand.

He releases the arrow as its travel toward the indicated target and finds its target fall forward. the soldier who saw it saw him and shout "The Lord has joined the fight push them back!!!" with such shout the other soldier forgot their fatigue and most of them killed their enemy as quickly as they can while some help other to safety.

Agus who watched quickly saw a shadow on his right and jump back. He saw a knight wearing a steel armor and a broadsword slashing downward to his previous location, with speed Agus Pull another arrow and fire to knight's knee but it was a failure as the knight was prepared and jump toward his left.

Agus seen three enemy soldiers coming from his left and with haste shot and killed 2 of the enemy, one was shot in the c.h.e.s.t and another on his head.

"Agh" "..."

The last soldier quickly walks with his spear and thrust toward Agus then the Knight also followed with another slash.

"Damn it, I thought it will be something easier... huh?!" Agus cursed himself for being unlucky but he saw a shadow behind the knight.

"Huh? Uurg?!" as the knight hearing Agus word he quickly looks behind him before being stabbed on his back.

At that moment the enemy knight falls toward Agus as he saw the shadow bear the same insignia of him, followed by an arrow landing to the enemy c.h.e.s.t.

The shadow was his family's knight and mid-aged man by appearance while carrying a specially made shield and sword.

"Hahaha, The young lord is a pretty good fighter... is that right Manser?" the mid-aged knight as he looks toward his friend by the entrance of the room.

"That's true..." the one who appears was a man younger than him by appearance carrying light bow while holding the arrow on it.

"Agh, such a party crasher," as he continues looking at Manser and cleaning his sword from blood.

"Ehm? so what is the situation?" Agus look at the middle-aged man in question.

"Oh, right myself is called Jeremy from Eldritch family while he is Manser a Polynesian people person," as he pulls a paper of a map and looks at Agus.

"Our situation is quite dire indeed, young Lord... Agustianus. the enemy has besieged the castle for at least three weeks while our men supposed to be eight hundred men now reduced to four and fifty hundred men, while we manage to hold them back but not for long," as Jeremy put down the map on the table he quickly put his finger toward the castle on the map.

"How about our enemy?" as Agus look toward Jeremy.

"They still have one thousand six hundred fifty men with them while we have fewer men we still have better discipline then them," as Jeremy finish, he could only exhale in sadness.

"Hmmm... I did watch that the enemy commander was watching from over here," as Manser put his finger near an outer forest.

"That's... even though we knew where he is we could not do anything toward him," as Jeremy raises the question he just solves it on his own.

"Lord Agus in archery was exceptional one the men also said that," as Jeremy glanced toward Agus.

"No need to sneak a peek at me, I already knew and can I have a quiver of arrow please?" Agus quickly walk toward the exit and extend his hand toward a soldier who brought just came.

"Yes, my lord," as quickly he left then came a couple of minutes later carrying a quiver.

"Thank you," Agus grab a quiver and puts the arrows on it he carries inside it.

"No sir, at your service," the soldier salute in respect.

"Well, better leave now Jeremy takes care of the castle for me and Ummm..." glanced at the soldier beside Agus. "I'm called Van, sire" the soldier responded with respect.

"Good, Van escort me to the enemy commander camp," as Agus quickly walks away.

"Understood, sir" even though confused, van quickly followed.

Agus walks toward the gate and greeted by the sergeant.

"Sire we are still under siege, I don't recommend walking out now sire," the sergeant walks close to Agus as he salutes towards him.

"Sergeant I'm going to kill the enemy commander" as Agus points finger on the other side of the gate.

"Find eight men who expert in light combat and I need it now, Sergeant," Agus quickly unequip his light leather armor and changed into medium chainmail armor.

"Sire, please take forty men we must ensure your safety," insisting Agus.

"Eight, no more unless you can make sure we could infiltrate the enemy camp," Agus grab arming sword by his side and put down the short-sword in his waist.

"That... Understood Sir," as the sergeant with hastily call eight men who he sees fit the requirement.

"Well, only five of them sergeant" look at the soldier who goes with him.

"Yes, sire this all I can get as much it shames me" look down in shame.

"All right then let's get going men you heard the briefing" look at the soldier in front of him.

"Yes, sire" salute toward Agus.

"Move out," as Agus and the squad walk to the gate.

As the gate slowly opens the men walk out the gate and walk toward the right side of the gate and into the forest the squad walk and sees an enemy patrol near the horizon.

Agus and his squad hide in the bushes while waiting the patrol pass them as they pass. An arrow was released toward two front hors.e.m.e.n and fall from his ride, other hors.e.m.e.n were stabbed in his waist but still struggling the fight but killed by another arrow landed on his head and fall.

"Now I'm gonna get on the horse, Van and fourth of you will kill enemy commander while I distract most of them" Agus quickly grab the enemy coat and wear it top of his armor. "Yes, Sir" walks to the forest.

"Shall we begin men," as Agus ride toward the enemy camp

"Stop" The soldier halted the hors.e.m.e.n from riding into the camp.

"Well can't believe it, Carl you back home alive," as the soldier jokes around with his supposed friend.

"Yeah, I can't believe it myself actually," as the hors.e.m.e.n shrug his shoulder off.

"Wait a minute?! you're not Carl!!!" as the soldier was surprised he staggered back before shot in the c.h.e.s.t and fall to the ground.

"Mike!!! Intrud-" The soldier's friend was going to shout but shot in the stomach and as he falls forward.

Agus quickly grab a torch from the nearby camp as he throws it at the nearby tent and runs in the camp causing chaos.

"Burn the camp!!!" the second hors.e.m.e.n grab an arrow with oil and dried wheat and shot the camp filled with soldiers sleeping.

"Sorry but Die!!!" the third hors.e.m.e.n stab the enemy soldier who is half awake with his spear as he bypasses them while carrying a torch and throw it to camp on his left.

The First Hors.e.m.e.n Fire five more fire arrow unto the camp in were many enemies rests in their bed to suddenly awaken by sudden light as scream confusing the large camp, The 1st Horseman signaled his companion to return and getting out of the camp as he tells them to take the enemy horse with them.

Second and Third horseman break the pole holding the horse and routing them toward the castle wall with as a result the enemy soldier resting in the tent died not by fire but by a horse destroying the tent while they stomping the enemy soldier to death by eighty-three men.

--- Van POV ---

"That is Ruthless, our Lord is a demon incarnate" Watching Agus from afar as he sneaks past the alerted enemy sentry.

"Lucky thing we serve our Lord, not the enemy lord" after finish splitting the enemy soldier's neck. "Right Ray?" Continued the man as he looks behind him.

"... no, need to ask me" Ray answered.

"Well, I do pity them, Ash" with a sad look shown in Ray's face.

Van who search the largest tent in the camp and ready his knife to kill the enemy lord but to his surprise the enemy lord is not in the camp, Ray look their surrounding and found enemy patrol near them poking Ash shoulder telling him of the enemy patrol.

While nodding in agreement, Van tells two of his companions to kill them but to his surprise in the front of the patrol were the enemy lord returning to the tent and without further ado quickly pulling arrow on the bow as Van aims at his target.

"Are you saying the enemy just start to raid us in this large camp, don't joke around Lieutenant!!!" as the lord walk pass five tents before his tent.

"No, sire the enemy did raid the camp causing confusion and chaos" insisting to the commander while stopping in place.

"If that is true better sent the horseman regiment," as he points toward Agus last known position. "But sire they already took half of the horse with them," as he lowered his head in shame.

"What?! then sent half of them toward the raider" in fury point the finger to make him leave. "Ugh, Yes sire right away," as the soldier run away in a hurry.

"Lord Agustianus, You shall pay this humiliation," as the enemy lord walks to his tent before suddenly greeted by an arrow landing on his c.h.e.s.t.

Van quickly walks toward the fallen lord but he sees him still breathing but unable to speak, As he unsheathes his blade slit the enemy lord neck then take his head as proof of death.

"Well with this we can finish this siege" Van quickly put the enemy lord's head in his bag and quickly leave the enemy camp.
