"Then we shall begin the briefing? and can someone put a piece of fabric that wall" pointing at the wall that was previously were crushed by a large boulder?

"Ah, yes sire right away" nearby soldier run outside the room.

"Sire even though we're out of a tight spot, we are still not yet out of crisis just yet" putting a map of an entire continent on the table.

Pointing northern continent Jeremy told Agus that his territory was between a mountain and the plain ruled by an empire of Malacca, Agus land has some hard terrain like valley and mountain which not easy to take but also hard to protect also which a crossroad between the empire and the mountain tribesmen.

The village he rules as follows Yogya and Banjar before the siege we were supplied by both of them but after the siege occurred the supply stop thus lost contact with both of the village, There also a town near the mountain called Opelin but they refuse to acknowledge your right to rule and will not accept under any matter.

"That is indeed a crisis... then sent a two-post scout on these two villages then report back to me" pointing the two village locations. "Two posts? what is that sire" Jeremy looks at Agus in confusion?

"Two post scout as the name suggest the scout the target while another scout overwatch his companion if by chance a preliminary scout did not return then it means the village is not safe then the second scout can return to report it without a time-consuming effort" as he put two-horse piece demonstrating the plan.

"That's a brilliant idea sire, right away then we shall make it happen" prepare to leave the room. "Stop, I'm not done yet" raise a hand toward Jeremy. "Ah, yes sir" Jeremy return to Agus.

"As for the town do you have any more info why they choose such statement" pointing the town near the mountain. "Ehm... not sure, sire" Jeremy shook his head.

Agus watch the map of supposed valley see that there is a river near it seeing a checkpoint to three places, he looks at it once more thinking about it by next minute before he found hot choco milk and small bread supposed to be a biscuit or some kind on the table.

He was so tired that he grabs the cup and sip it to taste it before taking a supposed biscuit as he dips it in the milk.

"Pretty good I guess, but never knew the taste of this milk would be like mother's drink," as he tried to remember the taste a small river of tears slowly flow down before he wipes it away.

"I wonder why mother never told me the reason father left us," as he ponders how to finish the crisis he thought of his unknown father.

"Sire, we have finished your order and it was brilliant," as Jeremy entering the room while explaining the event that just occurs.

"At first the men were a bit skeptical but as thing goes we thought scout in the two villages were dead and we were planning to send a small expeditionary forces but suddenly they come back whole bringing some militia who wish to join us while carrying full of supplies and alcohol for the castle," as Jeremy explain it in detail.

"That added with few squads of enemy wish to join us instead," as Jeremy continues.

"Hm? then we should start ranking our men into 4 class which is Elite Rank, Veteran Rank, Recruit Rank, and Exodus Rank (Mercenary, Barbarian, Tribesmen, and Deserter)" explaining such rank hierarchy.

"Unlike Exodus class which has second-tier other class will have four which is Low Tier, Mid-Low Tier, Mid-Upper Tier, and high Tier" as he continues to explain Tier's ability-based rank.

"Jeremy you should be a Veteran mid-upper tier rank since you could kill the knight in steel armor with ease by your stab" shrugging his shoulder as he sighs.

"That's true... I thought I would be an elite at least" Jeremy could only sigh in regret. "If you are an elite then you wouldn't out of breath during the fight" As Agus sit in his chair.

"Is there any scribe or anything related to tax before?" Agus look at Jeremy's face.

"There should be one let me ask Alexandria, first" Jeremy goes out for a moment.

"Sure, take your time" as Agus sip another cup of cocoa milk then put it down.

"Sir, May I take your drink" a maid come bypass his sight but not a single sound was made by her.

"You may take it, but I must ask how you could get inside this room even I never knew when did you come?" Look at the maid while she takes the cup.

"That's is a secret, milord," as she put her finger in the front of her lips before leaving the room.

As Agus heard the word made his causing mouth to twitch by such ridiculous statement, while he exhales as he continues his next movement on the town near the mountain, Planning his next movement but with the terrain close to the mountain is truly difficult to capture it but looking at it made it possible with his men specialties.

"Soldier, Call Van and his Squad" look at the soldier by the entrance.

"Yes, Sir" as the soldier salute he walks out of the room.

"Even though its a strong fort in the mountain it has one simple weakness" watch the map with great interest.

"If you cannot make them submit on their own then I'll make them submit" a smile appears on his face. "Yes, Lord Agus your order?" as Van salute.

"Ah, yes... I want you to surprise our rebellious town on the east" while making a sound with his finger.

"Is that so, Milord? How perhaps we do that since conventional siege is possible without luxury in time," As Van put his back on the wall.

"Its a simple matter but you must do it with extreme secrecy," said Agus.

"Then what must be done, Sire?" Van with interest comes a little closer toward Agus.

Tomorrow afternoon.

Agus come to the town Opelin with his men of two hundred forty-five men which mixed of light and heavy infantry with few archers, upon arriving at the town Agus look at the horizon seeing the town still fortified and no damage was located on its wall.

The town supposed to have four hundred men with a possible of militia at least two hundred strong men, with its granary still full should take two to three months to take it back.

Agus quickly ordered a Messenger to town's wall but the town refuses such term and even firing three arrows in front of the Messenger insulting Agus's authority, without emotion Agus sends his men to get rest and prepare the attack but they choose to build ram and other siege engines.

At dawn Agus, waiting the time for assault with the army he brought with. As most of his military adviser and the knights lack any idea how to breach the enemy wall and recapture the town, Instead Agus still sit in his chair while drinking his hot choco milk with delight causing some dislike by his adviser and knights.

The knight like Jeremy and Manser trust Agus's move since he was still calm and even enjoy his time in the siege they laugh looking at the advisor and knight that looking for achievement in the siege and at the same time, the tent got quiet with no passing grade, Agus stands from his chair and slowly walks out the room but stop right at the entrance then look at people inside the camp.

"All right, as much I want to listen you guys bickering and arguing. Time is already up to gather the men and prepare for the breach, We'll take the town by this night," as Agus walks out the room and go to his tent to equip his battle armor.

His adviser and Knight were confused but following his order, they disperse and gather the men out of their tent and preparing for an assault to the town's wall. The soldier was also surprised by the order that they take some time equipping their armor and carrying their weapon on the battlefield.

Some were tense with the assault of the town but they also excited to be in such battle with their lord in front of them on top of the horse waiting for his signal, as Agus watch over the wall waiting for something to appear on the walls.

The soldier at his side turn their head toward their Lord standing on top of his horse, some were shaking with the next word that will come out from their lord's mouth.

"Today we shall uproot this rebellion and hope there shall be no more of such thing to happen once more" Agus turns to his side and so does his horse.

As Agus about to finish his speech suddenly a fire appears on the top of the wall as means of a signal for him and with haste, he quickly turns toward his men, at the same time Agus pulls his sword from its sheath arousing his men.

"Let's end this rebellion, here and now!!!" as he raised the sword in the air. "Hoooraaahhhh" cheered by his men as they smash their sword with own shield. "Onward to victory" charging to the town followed by his men.
