What In This World! Oh... Wait A Minute. It's Another World.

With a look of shock, "GOD LEVEL SPELL!!!?" (Carmen)

"Yes my dear, A god level spell. As you were attempting to cast the spell, you somehow broke every barrier that holds a human to the lower level spells before they become a God of that field. You are now a God, or Goddess I should say, of light." (Mysterious Voice)

After that comment, her invisibility spell ends.

Her face contorting in confusion, "I, I am?" (Carmen)

"Yes, And now, I, a Goddess of Darkness is here to offer you a trade." (G.o.D.)

Starting to look around, seemingly for the voice of the 'goddess', "A trade? Goddess of Darkness?" (Carmen)

"Yes, a trade. I want to offer you the gift of the element of darkness, in trade, I'd like the gift of the element of light, I will even teach you how to give that gift. I will even teach you how to give me that gift as part of the deal." (G.o.D.)

Her expression going serious, "I will do this on three conditions; First, you teach me then give me yours first; Second, you promise to ensure the safety of all of us during and after the trade, the after part being that nothing you did will harm any of us with exception to if I were to accidentally do something to cause it; and Third, you show me your face before we start." (Carmen)

A shadow grows, then reseeds, upon reseeding it reveals a woman. If this woman had been back on earth, she either would have had the luck to be rich, or she would have likely been a celebrity and or model. She had black hair, and heterochromatic eyes of silver and green-brown.

"I am willing to go with your conditions, on one condition of my own. Your majesty, would you be willing to cast an agreement concealment? I know it is within your power." (G.o.D.)

"I am, but you know for that I need your true name, not your title." (Ernest)

"Yes, I know that. I am Adnal Yerffej Divad." (Adnal)

"Okay. Carmen, Adnal." (Ernest)

Light starts to surround father. He gestures for Carmen to stand up, which she does. He then gestures for Carmen to stand at his right, and Adnal to stand to his left. After they are all in those positions, he asks them questions.

"Adnal, do you agree to guarantee our safety before and during the process, and to give Carmen the blessing of Darkness properly without adding anything with the intention of harming any of us after teaching her how to give you the blessing of light?" (Ernest)

"I agree to these terms." (Adnal)

"Carmen, do you agree to give Adnal the blessing of light after she fulfills her promise of teaching you how and giving you the blessing of darkness?" (Ernest)

"I agree to these terms." (Carmen)

Father then stretches his hands out towards Carmen and Adnal's heads, touching them with his palms, nods his head, then says a few more words, this time in a voice that sounds like it is coming from his bowels.

"In the ancient rules, let it be said. Carmen Sen. Adnal Yerffej Divad. These two have consented to this agreement with me as their witness. Let death await the one who defies this agreement, even True God's can't escape this death." (Ernest)

After his last words, both Carmen and Adnal collapsed as if they had fallen unconscious.

I jump up rushing to her side, "CARMEN!?" (Dawson)

In a calm and normal voice, "It's okay Son, she will wake up in a moment. The power of this spell is taken from all three, and then the one doing the spell rejuvenates 1/3 of the power they poured into it, but the others do not, so this is a common occurrence." (Ernest)

Sure enough, directly after finishing his words, Carmen awoke, followed a few seconds later by Adnal.

"So that's the king's great spell, no-wonder you don't use it much. Can you even cast it on yourself?" (Adnal)

"No, but my butler can." (Ernest)

"Of course, he can do any spell you can plus." (Adnal)

"Fair point." (Ernest)

And while this conversation was happening, Carmen and I were having a conversation of our own.

"What just happened?" (Carmen)

In a calm and caring tone, "I guess that father just used up most of your mana. You just fell unconscious. Father explains that such was normal for this spell, and you'd wake up shortly." (Dawson)

"Oh, okay." with a grin on her face, "let me guess, when I fell unconscious, you rushed to my side out of worry for my safety?" (Carmen)

Brushing her hair aside, "Of course I did, you do remember the first song I sang to you, right?" (Dawson)

Blushing, with a grin and nod, "Yes, I remember..." (Carmen)

Cutting her off with a kiss, I started singing the song Y͟o͟u͟ ͟a͟r͟e͟ ͟m͟y͟ ͟S͟u͟n͟s͟h͟i͟n͟e.

With the completion of the song, "You have a good voice, you just seem a bit monotone." (Adnal)

Head down, scratching the back of my head, "I don't think my voice is that good, but I just can't tell when I'm on key or not, so that's why I'm a bit monotone." (Dawson)

Carmen grabbed my hand.

"Well, anyway, Miss Carmen, shall we continue?" (Adnal)

"Yes, I'm ready whenever you are." (Carmen)

"Do you know how to make your light core?" (Adnal)

"Yes, an instructor in the magic school taught me how." (Carmen)

"Alright, to impart a gift you must start with that, so lets both do that now." (Adnal)

What happened the first time Carmen created her cores happens in front of us now, accept the elements that it's happening with are light, in front of Carmen, and dark, in front of Adnal. Once the cores are completed, Adnal speaks again.

"Carmen, now what you need to do is to surround the core with light, then focus on making that light stay outside the core, but become the size of a pill." (Adnal)

I now witness before me light surrounding the light core, along with darkness surrounding the dark core, slowly but surely they shrink, until it becomes a solid pill, the size being about a centimeter in diameter and a millimeter in height, being a cylinder.

"Now, all that is left is to... well, do you know what D.N.A. is?" (Adnal)

"Deoxyribonucleic acid, basically the building blocks for all life." (Carmen)

With a look of surprise, "Um, quite right... not too many know of its existence, let alone what it is properly called. Most just call it your blood heritage if they even know the slightest about it. I guess though, that I should have expected this from someone from another world." (Ariko)

With a serious expression, "I'm guessing that you didn't ask that question in vain?" (Carmen)

"True, I chose to ask you this because I need you to magically put a little of your DNA into the light mini core to finish the spell... like this." (Adnal)

We then witness her skin open up, obviously using her darkness magic to open it up, a little of her blood? No, a strand of her DNA into the core, then her skin close up like it never opened up in the first place.

"Does it have to be done in that fashion, or can I do something else that will still guarantee my DNA added?" (Carmen)

"Any DNA will work, but the purer the source, the quicker the result." (Adnal)

I then witness a small sliver of light enter Carmen's mouth, then come out with her DNA... this time looking like tissue from inside her.

After each mini core was injected with the DNA, it changed to looking like a jelly bean of its color.

"Now, all that's left is for each of us to eat these... you will know if it worked if you try to create a core and it works." (Adnal)

Adnal then hands hers to Carmen, who straight away pops it into her mouth and starts chewing.

"What's it taste like?" (Dawson)

"I can't really describe it... the best I can do is say that if fear, shadows, and stealth had a taste, this would be it." (Carmen)

After that, Carmen started making a darkness core... once she saw that she could wield darkness though, she stopped.
