What Where You Thinking

After leaving the hospital, Shane met up with his friend David.

"I David, I have a bit of news for you, as the hospital Mits saw a man outside her room, she said she thinks it is the same man she saw outside the apartment the nigh of her accident."

"Thanks I will get a warrant to get the security tapes for the last couple of days, did you see the guy?"

"Yes I saw him, if you get the tapes I will be able to tell you who he is."

They were talking for a while and David gave Shane all the reports for the accident, someone slashed Mits brake lines and that is why her car could not stop.

Shane was past mad and was ready to kill someone.

"If you get this guy do you think you will be able to trace him back to Janine?"

"I am not sure man, it all depends on how good she covered her own tracks on his matter, I will do my best and let you know what I come up with."

The men went their separate ways but Shane can not shake the feeling that Mits is not out of danger yet.

Shane hired a body guard to be by Mits side 24/7 he is not taking any more chances with the life of the woman he love.

Back at his hotel, the porter gave him a note that was left for him, he took the letter and went up to his hotel room, once inside he opend it, read the message and stared at the paper for a while.

Still deep in thought he heard a knock at the door, he folded the paper and put it in his pocket, walking to the door.

Thinking to himself who could it be as Mits is in the hospital and he had just met with David.

Opening the door he stood there, at first he was shocked, in a few seconds after registering who was standing in front of him he got infuriated.

"What do you want?"

She does not answer him, just looking at him with a sly smile on her face.

As thought he is trying to suppress his growing anger at her, he moved out the way so that she can enter the room.

Sitting down on the sofa, she gave him a smile, "Can I please have something to drink?'

"What do you want Janine? I am in no mood for your games."

"O don't be like that Shane, I just came to talk."

"Well I got nothing to say to you, so get to the point or get out."
