Wild Young Miss: Mister, Let's Kiss!

When Zoey and Matthew Xi boarded the plane, Zoey looked around. 

"Why are there no people?" She inquired, tilting her head to the side as they were the only ones inside the business class flight. 

"I hate disturbance." Without looking at her, Matthew Xi settled her seat as he explained briefly. 

Just that simple explanation, Zoey's brows creased as she looked at him in dismay. "Darling, don't waste your money on nonsense." Zoey advised, not surprised that he could afford booking the whole flight for only the two of them. 

After all, he could afford it. Still, it was unreasonable to book the entire business class flight. Why? People who could afford this flight wouldn't want to be bothered as well, so they wouldn't bother anyone.

She had boarded business class flights, and Zoey could testify that it was mostly peaceful. Hence, Matthew Xi's ways were somehow unreasonable. 

"Nonsense?" Arching his brows, Matthew Xi leaned his back on the seat. "Are you telling me you don't mind if other people see us... making love?" He inquired, causing Zoey to nearly choke on her own saliva. 

"Xi Matthew!" Zoey widened her eyes, silently warning him to behave throughout the flight. 

Damn... did he always have that one thing in mind when they're alone? Well, considering they were at the early stages of their relationship, Zoey realized she didn't need to ask. 

"Mhmm?" Blinking his eyes, Matthew Xi hummed a questioning tune as he seemed he didn't understand her over reaction. 

"Darling, my mister, we're not in the hotel or inside the car. There will be crew around that will..." her words trailed off as Matthew Xi spoke before she could get her point across. 

"Crew? Where are they?" Knitting his brows, Matthew Xi traveled his gaze as he could see no one side from them. 

For a moment, Zoey's words clogged her throat as she hadn't seen anyone since the moment they entered the business class flight. No one even assisted them and offered them beverages which they would normally do whenever she boarded planes in the past. 

"I can't... gosh..." Shaking her head in disbelief, Zoey exhaled heavily as she gave up. There was no point because Matthew Xi came prepared. 

What does she expect from him, anyway? He has connections and Zoey wouldn't be surprised he was getting special privileges. 

Seeing her reaction, Matthew Xi chuckled as he shook his head. "Don't worry, I only planned on teasing you today." He reassured, smirking as he held Zoey's hand. 

"Let's rest for now." Closing his eyes, Matthew Xi squeezed her hand gently before Zoey sighed while staring at his languid front. 

"You're getting good at teasing." Zoey murmured, sighing deeply before sitting in a comfortable position in her seat. 

Just minutes had passed since both of them started to rest while the plane took off, Zoey's brows twitched as she felt his hand caress her leg. "Xi Matthew..." with her eyes closed, Zoey warned through her clenched teeth. 

"I'm checking if you're still with me." Under his breath, Matthew Xi murmured his excuse. 

"I won't go anywhere." She sighed, slowly opening her eyes and shifted them to his side profile. 

Whether he was lying or not, Zoey's vigilance in his thirst subsided. She was easily swayed by him, and just as hopeless as him without his knowledge. 

"Good." Slowly, his eyes opened, moving his russet orbs to meet hers. His hand that was on her lap moved and cupped her cheek. "Good." He repeated, his thumb caressed her jaw as the side of his eyes smiled slightly. 

For a moment, Matthew Xi's heart drummed as a sudden thought crossed his mind. Hence, because of that brief fear, he wanted to check if she's still with him. 

This feeling, this constant fear that began to grow on him ever since he fell for her, often woke him up in his sleep. Deep down, Matthew Xi feared that once he opened his eyes, she would be gone... for good. 

That once he woke up, he would realize he was just dreaming. He might not show it, but the more his heart feels content, the stronger this fear grows. 

"Damn it... how can I say no to you now?" Staring at his gentle, loving eyes, another sigh slipped past her lips. 

Upon hearing her response, Matthew Xi chuckled. "I won't ask for anything." He muttered as his thumb brushed her lips. 

"I now declare you as Mr. Romantic." Letting out another sigh, Zoey shook her head as Matthew Xi's seducing method improved every passing day! 

His transition from being an ice sculpture that never showed human emotions to a warm, loving hottie was too fast! On the other hand, Zoey was stuck being the goofy clown. How come their character development was so unbalanced?!

Still chuckling at her last remarks, Matthew Xi cleared his throat. "We will have dinner with Mom later." He informed her, knowing Vivian Xi had flown earlier than them today. 

Well, Matthew Xi was also against this arrangement in the beginning. But with Vivian Xi's persuasion, he agreed. 

After all, Vivian Xi proposed that Alice's — Matthew Xi's cousin — whose birthday was in three days would be held in Country S. The change of location for the party was a little late, but if attending the event without flying back would save them some time, he agreed. 

"What? I thought meeting your family would be next week?" Her eyes grew a little wide, blinking them in confusion as she remembered what Matthew Xi said to Zion Kwan last night. 

"She can't wait. She made us dinner." Matthew Xi shrugged his shoulders, pushing all the blame to his persistent mother. 

"Oh?"

"She can cook well." In a matter-of-fact tone, Matthew Xi bribed. 

"Okay... I want to taste what Aunty Xi made." Nodding her head, Zoey agreed since she couldn't really do anything if she complained. Moreover, meeting her as Matthew Xi's girlfriend would happen eventually. So, she could consider this as it was the time. 

"You already did." However, her innocent agreement was replied by dirty humor. 

"Ah?" Cocking her head to the side, Zoey's brows were pulled together as she was confused for a moment. When she saw how the corner of his lips crooked into a smirk, she gasped in disbelief. 

"Xi Matthew!" Out of instinct, Zoey slapped his arms lightly.

Wow.... how could he think of that? Zoey was rendered speechless as she didn't expect that from him ever!
