Wild Young Miss: Mister, Let's Kiss!

"Goodbye." Sounding half asleep, Enzo Li muttered as he had guessed Zoey called him for a reason he didn't want to know.

"What? Are you abandoning me after everything we've been through?" Insulted and in disbelief, Zoey scoffed.

"Don't sound like a crazy lover — your boyfriend might misunderstand." Used at Zoey's exaggeration, Enzo Li languidly sat up on his bed and ruffled his unruly hair.

"Aye, whatever." Shrugging her shoulders, Zoey shook her head as Enzo Li had been acting unusually paranoid lately. "Enzo, remember the game you're playing the last time?" Zoey diverted the subject as she was dying to have a company — being alone in the hospital was way different from her home or other places.

"Err... so?"

"Bring it here — I'm so bored in the hospital." Letting out a heavy sigh, Zoey reclined as she stared at the ceiling. "That mama's boy really went all out and I'm now trapped inside the hospital."

"Huh," Upon hearing Zoey's vague statement, Enzo Li still got the gist of it. Hence, that alone caused him to completely wake up and sigh. "What happened to that I'll get rid of him bla bla bla?" He asked, stretching his neck in a circular motion.

"Processing — just come here, alright?"

"Why don't you ask your boyfriend to come over instead? I have something to do later." Scratching the back of his head, Enzo Li raised his brows just to squeeze some information from her.

After all, Zoey wouldn't call him or even forget that he existed whenever there's a man in her life. The reason Enzo Li mocked her every time they hanged out and do the same to her whenever he was dating someone else too.

"..." Zoey was about to spit something ridiculous but restrained herself. She pursed her lips and a disconsolate sigh slipped out from her nostrils.

"Alright, alright! I'm going — where are you?" With only her silence as an answer, Enzo Li irritably ruffled his hair and hopped out of his bed.

There were only a few reasons Zoey was inviting him to visit her. Yet, whatever it was, Enzo Li knew that she has no one to bother.

Moreover, although Zoey had been living independently ever since he met her, she often wanted company whenever she was in the hospital. It didn't appear that she was afraid or had a traumatic experience, though.

"Come quick," Smiling that Enzo Li had always been reliable ever since, Zoey smiled and hung up. She then sent him the address of the hospital she was admitted to and waited for him to arrive.

Not a thought of Matthew Xi had ever crossed Zoey's mind after that.

Hours later...

Currently, Enzo Li and Zoey were playing a game. However, after Zoey died for the nth time, she was about to kill Enzo Li in real life.

"Now I understand why no one likes you, you like this childish game." Taking everything personally, Zoey mocked which made Enzo Li scoffed in disdain.

"Oy, Zoey Zhou, can you hear yourself? Why are you verbally attacking me because of a game? Who's more childish, eh?" Enzo Li's brows twitched at Zoey's ironic mockery. Hence, like usual, he spat back in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Ha ha! No one likes him!" Sounds a bit childish, but Zoey continued to distract him. Of course, Enzo Li easily fell for it, causing his first lose in the game.

"What a noob." Laughing evilly, Zoey covered her lips by the back of her hand.

"I don't know - how can you be so happy using cheap tricks?" Utterly in disbelief, Enzo Li cast the laughing Zoey a disdainful glare.

"Cause I won — the results matters the most not the process." Proud as ever, Zoey answered with a shrug.

Just then a knock from the outside assailed their ears before it slowly opened. A middle-aged man stood at the door and politely bowed his head.

"I'll go grab something." Seeing that it was Zoey's lawyer, Enzo Li tossed the gaming controller beside Zoey and slowly rose from his seat.

Zoey glanced at Enzo Li as he strode out of the room before she turned to the approaching lawyer with a smile.

"She always uses cheap tricks to win..." Enzo Li murmured as he grabbed a drink in the vending machine.

"Mr. Enzo Li?" Suddenly, a patient on her teen approached him. Her eyes sparkled while peering at his towering figure.

"Hi," Turning to the young girl, Enzo Li smiled which made her blush.

"Oh, my god!" Enzo Li's signature smile, showing his canine tooth, nearly made the young girl collapsed. "Can I take a picture with you? I have always been a fan!"

"Sure." Meekly smiling, Enzo Li agreed and granted her request without a second hesitation. Wherever he goes, Enzo Li often gather the attention of many people because of his occupation and popularity. However, Zoey treated him otherwise.

He must have a loose screw in the head for lingering around the evil Zoey.

Just as Enzo Li smiled for the photo with the girl, he caught a familiar figure in the corner of his eyes, causing his smile to vanish. Shifting his gaze to the tall figure walking, Enzo Li's eyes widened in disbelief.

'What was he doing here?' Mortified and in genuine shock, Enzo Li blinked his eyes many times just to make sure he wasn't seeing wrong.

Why was Matthew Xi doing in this place?!
