World Of Warcraft: Altered Time

Chapter 24 - To much to do Part 3 End??

"Kkuuuuee!" The Amalgam let out cry that cracked the ice. Pegasus Riders did chants that created golden platform to keep everyone afloat. The spell would last an hour at best. "Kueeee!" It cried again.

"Splurt!" Azul ripped it apart with the hands of light. Every part removed dissipated into purple motes didappearing.

"Antiva!" Nagiana called. "Take your forces and go up the side. She said sternly with an air of authority. The Warriors took off in a sprint. Looking to the surviving members from the ship she smiled. "Whatever god you have to pray to, it is no more. Pray to Bane if you wish to live."

"As you wish." They replied fearfully. Getting on their knees they prayed. The prayers were not heartfelt, but allowed a little bits of power to widdle out. Bane needed just an entrance, a small opening to latch onto their souls. It also served to cut them away from the shadow creature even more.

"Azul, you need to hurry." Demona said. Looking at his pained face, she bit off her next sentence. 'Tch he is running on fumes. What does he know of this abomination I wonder?" As the others of her Ilk prepared spells with their Warlock partners. Demona turned to attack physically.

"Fwwooosh!" A large Greatsword covered in fire was in her hands. Two others joined in the assault. They had a shield and swords instead.

"Boom!" The first strike of the greatsword did not cut. It exploded with raw power and blew a hole in the creature. The combination of the marks on the sword and Demona's control of fire created explosions.

"Kaaaah!" Several of the heads opened to spit a greenish puke.

"Bleh! Bleh! Bleh! Bleh!" Only four got the chance to fire. Several arrows rained down and pelted the eyes and throat of the others. "Bing!" A spell activated sealing the mouths temporarily. The two that accompanied Demona acted quickly. Stepping in front with shields extended, they took each blast of vomit.

"Fwip!" Discarding the vomit back at the Amalgam. Both moved back to flank Demona and surveyed the best way to protect her.

"Hellfire!" Demona swung the greatsword and activated the spell in conjunction. Her swing cut down the front of the c.h.e.s.t area.

"Kabooom!" Soon as there was an opening. Spells bombarded from the ground. The Amalgam was force to expended a large amount of it's magic. It healed itself and took a defensive position. Demona and her guards banked back. Just in time as the Amalgam prepared to fire again after recovering. It made a mistake opening it's primary mouth.

As soon as its primary mouth opened, several arrows poured into its mouth. "Kaaaboom!" The arrows exploded from within. The arrows effect did not end there. Magical targets formed around the body. Homing spells. From the ground a large array of tries fashioned as spikes were launched.

"Raaahhh!" Azul grunted smacking the ends to push them through the Amalgam. "Tear it now!" He barkes out. The few mages recovered enough to pull at the gaping flesh. Concentrated Mage Hand link with several at once, was devasting.

"Dush, dush!" Large chunks of flesh fell down into the icy water. The platform only kept the allied forces above it. It did not stop the creature or its parts from falling through.

Under the water, a few Naga casters finished off spells. There was only five to do so. Not enough magic to get more to the area.

"Crack!" A large Ice Pillar traveled from the seafloor into the Amalgam. "Splurtt!" Dark foul blood blossomed into the air. Gates of magic absorbing them to keep from reforming in the creature.

"Aaaiiiieee!" The Amalgam screamed for a second. Out of the pillar, several hooks shot out and latched onto the creature's insides. "Woom!" The pillar pulsed as it pulled on the magic that fueled the creature. K.S. was able to set an anchor thanks to the building.

"Aiiiiie Azul! You belong.. to.. us!" The Amalgam spoke. It was alive enough to speak the words for its master. Reaching with the last of it's magic, a shadow gate opened. Purple tendrils poured out. The only target was Azul. Demona channeled her life force into her next strike. A flame sword 45 feet wide formed. The remaining power of Azul's spell was redirected into it.

"Fwoooosh!" With a strike directly down the Amalga, its concentration was severed. The burning flames burned through the remains from the center out. The hooks siphoning the power away to the pillar. In seconds it was no more.

"Seal!" Azul focused entirely on sealing everything up. Each of his spellcasters joining in to help. The seal was reinforced over and over again. It was not until K.s. informed him, that he stopped.

(Breached Sealed. Mana breaking down. Resources are in calculation.)

(Bane has extended her reach. Murlocs are now under your control.)

(Murloc Den needs to be built. Fresh recruits awarded. Choose speciality.)

'Anti-Shadow Patrollers. Need a force dedicated to making sure this does not happen again. That is their only purpose.' Giving that command to K.s., Azul kneeled on the ice. He did not move as his body was bursting with energy. The magical power that he used, strained his body to much. "Ughh this is not good."

One of the Flame Elves picked him up. Flying towards the shore for him to breath better. The remaining dwarves and gnomes were to the side at spear point. The goblins were long gone maybe.

"Fliers.. search for the goblins. Any goblin in the area is to be detained before we can..." Azul stopped as a wave of magic bulged inside of him. "Kuff!" Tainted blood spilled from his mouth. It burned into nothingness in seconds. "Cleanse!"

"Wooom!" A golden aura spread around the entire area. It traveled all the way across the island. Passed his Capitol and Silvermoon itself. Let traces of black mist left from those around him. The small traces they were under had been destroyed.

Torwatha had a large concentration and was now in turmoil. The Trolls now wrestling with the strange influence and the liberation they now had. A few Alliance personal in the area that snuck in, felt a funny voice whispering to them. Abandoning their plans of spying, they started to retreat. Handing to the stash vessel they had to return back to safer areas.

Zula'Man went through the same incident. However, they remained under the same influence. Just weakened. They would continue the work of Their Master. Patrols were increased in the area. This bode badly for those working in the area.

Sanctum of the Sum & Moon triggered something in Azul. He set his sights to heading there next. Hopefully, it would give him help defending the area and taking down Deatholme. Several Quests were generated for the forces to get started on. It was not until 30 minutes past he felt ok again.

"Ugh feel much better now." Azul mumbled. Around him, the others looked better as well. Less tired and more free. "Return." Hand outstretched, the Dwarven Woman was returned. "Ok, Demona report."

"Well, the Murlocs seem to be docile now. They are following my orders with no trouble. Nagiana did great. I can tell you continued to heal her while everyone fought. And on me as well." Demona kneeled next to him. Her eyes glowing as she observed the magic inside Azul's body. 'Exhaustion and depletion. Followed by renewal. This fool almost died. But made sure the key people lived.'

"What is with the look? Just realized how handsome I am?" Azul gave her a grin. He tried sitting up but sat down at a bout of dizziness. "Ugh, K.s. hurry up."

(Level up 5x Magic control return to normal.)

(Resources still calculating.)

"Are spill dwarves." With a flex of his magic, Azul switched over to Warrior Mode. His weapon turning into a two-handed battle axe. "If you lie, I will just execute you. Not needs for false pleasantries or platitudes."

"Understood." The Dwarven priest looked at Azul. He was not doubtful the elf wouldn't deliver on his word. But seeing as his sister was brought back after the fight, he could not help but show a little doubt of Azul's intentions. "My true name is Harold Glassman. My sister Helga are both Priest of the Shadow Moon. Or just is to make sure the realm of Shadow does not open back up."

"That failed miserably," Demona said. She turned after they nodded agreeing. In the distance she watched her brothers and sisters search the area. Communicating with them for a constant update about anything amiss.

"Well, we trusted the wrong dwarf. We did not know he was already ensnared by the Shadow Master. Slowly everything we had done, was unraveled. By the time we realized it, we were to late. Those we had help, were turned towards its side. The Gnomes and Dwarves you fought against earlier, were once advent defenders. Tainted and converted to such vile acts." Harold eyes dimmed at the loss of his friends. "The Goblins were slave merchants that bought a lot of us. They were actually going to set us free before a sudden change one day. A conversation with the captain turned fowl for no reason whats so ever. However..."

"However, we struck a deal." A Gnome stepped forward. "Moro Twinkletoes at your service." The little gnome had bright moss green hair. It was one hell of a dye job for sure. Standing up straight, he eyed Azul critically. He had know fear in his voice as he spoke. "We told them where they could find A Murloc Queen. It was to gain our freedom."

"Take it, it went wrong?" Azul asked. So far everything matched the information from the souls K.s. siphoned from the battle. The remains were still getting broken down as resources. It so much that it took a large time.

"Yes. The Murloc Queen resisted for awhile. It's children fighting tooth and nail to defend her.. So much the goblins loss a lot of its forces. We were forced to help them capture it." Harold added. "A lot of things were done to keep them compliant. Shadow spells to control them each to do our bidding."

"Wait.. so you the slaves turned into slave masters?" Nagiana asked. She pieced it togethor and did not understand why they did not rebel. "So you are Shadow Priest under that thing?"

"It was not always evil!" Harold barked at her. Several Pegasus Riders pointed weapons at him. The other dwarves and gnomes cowered. Accept Moro. His eyes just narrowed at Harold. "Forgive me, I spoke out of turn. Not all Shadow Priest are under its control. The magic can be used for good."

"RIght..." Azul listened to everyone drone on and on for an hour or so before ending things. "Enough, we will settle this tomorrow. For now, you each are under arrest. Any attempt to escape will be met with execution. By those who attempted and those who helped. A jail has been set up to house you each separately."

"On what grounds?" Harold asked.

"Trespassing, Slave Trafficking, Animal Abuse, Trading With out a permit, Invasion of our lands with intent to do harm, Assault.." Seeing the faces of them all, Azul smiled. "The lists go on and on. Do not worry it will all get tallied up for the morning. Take them away."

"Father." Nagaina walked behind Azul. "What will you do with them?" He gave her a shrug. "I see. May I decide what happens to them? I have to learn how to govern right." Azul gave her a nod. "Then I will hear each of their cases first and bring it to you in the morning.

"Great. Just remember to rest." Azul spread his flame wings and looked to the east. "So much work to do."

"What are you going to do?" Demona asked coming over.

"Clear this area. Any troops that can be spared send them to do the same thing. I want this area secured even faster now. Something is going on in Deatholme. I will need more strength to deal with it. So for now, I will hunt solo against basic monsters to improve my skills." Azul paused to look at them. "Make sure you to do not get hurt while I am gone."

"Humph! I am not that fragile." Demona grumbled. "But I understand. I will continue to investigate and await your return. Notify me when you get back." Azul nodded and flew off.

"Before you head out, I want your help with building this." Nagaina said. She showed Demona the Murloc den. "There are quite a many things we can do with them and my Naga working togethor. Establishing the cove into a second Naval port will help greatly. And recovering everything that has sunk. Thanks to the pillar we are protected from Shadow influence. But I rather we spread out to the sea and place a few more up for additional defense and waypoint markers."

"Hmm, that will work. But I think we should increase the number of troops to do patrols. The coastline is expansive. The murlocs will do fine as regular troops and the Naga can take care of the more delicate work." Demona added looking at the layout. 'SHe has already thought of several defensive areas to fortify. How diligent of her. But a few tweaks for launching assaults are needed.'

"My I interject?" A very bloody Murloc came over. The queen had survived but was very injured. Her king was kneeling getting treated by the dwarven healers still. "The voice tells us to obey, so we will. However, I know of the best ways to keep my people happy."

"Alright then." Demona nodded.

-Next Day-

"Murlocs... oy vey." Azul muttered. Seeing the little things move along the coast patrolling just freaked him out. It would take a while for him to get used to it. The others did a pretty good job accepting things. "Time to go kill undead now."

"Fwoosh!" Azul and the Warrior group spread their flame wings flying off. More than ever, he wished to stabilize the area. The possible upgrades would be worth it for the protection. K.s. had finished with the resources, but Athena locked them from getting spent.

(Control 40% of the Ghostlands to unlock next tier upgrades.)

'So much to do. Need more to expand more.' Azul wings flapped increasing his speed. The others behind him keeping pace. Each of them awakened and bolstered with five new members to help.

-Sanctum of the Moon-

"So you wish to repair this?" Antiva asked. "It looks like crap."

"Yes. The energies inside should strengthen me a little. Afterward, I can dispense the remainder to refortify the area and speed up production. " Azul looked over everything and felt it wouldn't take much to fix. But that also meant it was easy to rip apart. "I want our territory so defended, the Heroes of Azeroth will quake at the very mention of it."

"That is quite the task." Antiva smiled and took control of the troops. They were told to push their martial prowess to the limits. Fighting under terrible conditions, and with damaged weapons. Only for three hours. Then they fight fully restored checking out how to improve themselves.

"I need to grind myself more." Azul mumbled. He looked to Demona and smiled. "You and your siblings have quite the task ahead of you." She nodded slightly. Something bugged her a little. Azul did not have the time to pick at her. "Tell me what is on your mind?"

"My siblings and I want you to feed them. Give them a taste of a really good memory of yours." Demona said. Her face was still scarred. She refused to heal it just yet. "I want them to feel what it means to be mortal more." Bane had whispered to her in her sleep. Telling her more and more secrets to give her power to serve her.

"Very well." Azul reached out and created a magical ball.

Inside contained a memory from his teenage years. Both he and a bunch of friends went to a Turkey Shoot. Riding on a hayride enjoying funnel cake. The scene played till a fight broke out. Azul and his friends one the fight but one of the girls received a broken leg.

That ended her gymnastics for the year. She was all smiles at the hospital when her parents were away.

"That was interesting." Kuros said. "She wanted to no longer compete." Azul gave a nod. "What happened to her?"

"Hmm, she healed quickly but kept it hidden from her parents. She involved herself in a relationship they did not approve of to keep them from finding out. To angry for them notice it was a rouse." Azul smiled at the memory that took place after. "She was an extraordinary woman."

"You two were togethor?" Azul nodded.

"Up until I slit her throat yes." Azul smiled in satisfaction. "I was not the relationship they had a problem with. The other person was."

"You killed her?" Demona asked surprised. The inkling of fear that came off from Azul set her appetite ablaze. Her siblings turning antsy in hunger. They controlled themselves well enough.

"Yes. I would do it again to." Azul turned to face them. His smile unnerved them a little. "That is for another time though." Channeling his magic, a spear appeared. Azul charged in to take care of the mobs.

"Sister... what do you think?" Kabbal asked. The large flame elf curiosity got the better of him. He wanted to know if she thought it was something important or just information. "Why tell us this?"

"I want to know more." Demona stated. "Mortals are so weird. The more I find out, the more I want to know. His memory there is so tasty!" The others nodded. Seeing Azul kill so heatedly, they flew off to do what was assigned to them. "Slaughter in the name of Bane!"
