Young Justice: Reincarnation

"The names KidFlash" KidFlash introduce himself with an outstretched hand. Kara then raised her eyebrows and gave him a look that says 'who the f.u.c.k is this guy?' Luckily for him, Aqualad came to his rescue as he took a step forward and thank me for the previous help.

"Thank You for the help earlier, It would have been really bad if Cadmus got hold of our DNA" Aqualad said.

I nod at him and shake his offered hand. "Don't worry about it, I also destroyed every data they had so it should at least push them back to a few years on their research," I replied, it then was Robin's turn to speak up "You destroyed their entire system? How did you manage to do that?".

I grin at him and said, "Their system was on lockdown and no one seems to be monitoring them so I just brute force my way into their virus research and repurpose each of them to seek and destroy after that, I just set them all free and let them wreak havoc into the system also here..."

I threw a USB at him and added "that contains the location of other Cadmus bases that I could scour in their system". Robin's eyes widened and he hurriedly took the USB to his mentor and after an exchange of words, Batman turns to me and nodded.

'holy f.u.c.k! Batman just appreciated my effort!' my eyes widened but I quickly respond a nod of my own. KidFlash then quips as he manages to get over from the recent snubbing "Wow, you did a mighty work and it seems like Batman approves also!"

"It wasn't much, I was left alone to my devices because the four of you distracted the security and I guess I have to thank you four for that," I replied and gave them an appreciation of my own to at least avoid stomping on their ego because it's bruised enough and I don't want any unnecessary jealousy directed at me.

The Sidekicks seems to also agree with me as their frown turns into a full-blown smile. I exchange a few words with them before they were called by their respective mentors.

"So...what are you gonna do after this?" I turn to Kara and ask.

"Diana offered me to stay with her on the embassy but ...I don't know if I should go" she said with a downcast expression.

I smiled at her and suggested, "You should accept the offer, I hear the Amazons have quite the delicacies....and besides, if you did go I wouldn't be worried getting my a.s.s kick by a bunch of Amazonian women."

She turned towards me with wide eyes and then Her face the next became a full-blown smile. 'F.u.c.k! additional 1000 damage taken! Argh...She's so cute'.

"You're also staying in the embassy? that's great! I'll tell Diana that I accept right now" She quickly disappeared with superspeed leaving me behind still dumbfounded.

"Huh..."

Kara's POV (Power Girl)

Ever since I gained awareness, all I ever knew was darkness, thankfully Gee3 was there and accompanied me in those dark times. She became my friend and she showed me colors, rainbows, mountain and lakes she showed the outside world to me, outside this unending realm of darkness.

She also teaches me how to write, read and fight, she also teaches me how to do an advance calculation in math and other stuff.

Overall I was satisfied until one-day curiosity got the best of me and I tried to ask Gee3 to let me see the world with my own eye, Gee3 then cried. I panic as I thought I did something bad but she told me that wasn't the case.

She explained how talking to me made Gee3 sentient, I was confused at first but she explained that they were Genomorphs and they aren't supposed to have sentience, they only live to follow orders like drones. If they do gain awareness they are mind wipe and created a new.

She said that she was assigned to her as a programming tool of sorts, to program her as a weapon but due to gaining awareness she pitied me and disobeyed orders. She instead teaches me the beauty of the outside world and how wonderful it is to live there, she then continues to defy her programming from that day onward by teaching and showing me the outside world.

A few years past after that fateful day, she informed me of a new addition to the facility. It was a young man the same age as me designation A13X and Gee3 told me how the scientist outside can't seem to wipe his memories, so they gave up and lock him up in an Ice.

Gee3 told me a great deal of A13X, his height, weight, and facial feature. She told me how he had the blackest hair, Gee3 had ever seen and she even describe to me how "hot" he is, although I don't know how classifying someone burning with being pleasing to the eye, she turned weird for a second there.

After that, she then proceeded to tell me stories about a knight and shining armor that saves a princess from her eternal sleep by using the power of love.

She said that love is very important to the outside world but when I ask her what was love, she told me she doesn't know because she hasn't yet experienced it herself.

Since then she started telling me stories about love and It completely immerse me to it. Each day, a new definition of love is explained to me and while also each day I grew to wanting to know more and experience this so-called love for myself.

This storytelling with Gee3 became my very first happy memories in this dark realm..... but.... alas it also became the first sad memory that I had.

One day, Gee3 disappeared and never to return, each day I waited for her to just speak up and tell me about the outside world, I waited to her stories about..... the knight and shining armor, I....I... waited to her stories about love.....but.....alas she didn't came back .....leaving me here in this endless realm of darkness. days then past and It feel like darkness was somehow much darker than before then months came and My consciousness seems to be disappearing, I tried to keep my self conscious because I was afraid I was going to lose something precious, I called out for Gee3...and in desperation....I called out for the Knight to come and then ...I started to lose hope and without knowing it ...I cried, cried for the first time.

As my hope grew dim my consciousness seems to return! and I....feel, I feel someone!....I-I....

Then and there, as I open my eyes, I finally saw the light and then and there I meet my very own knight and shining armor and also then and there I threw my very first punch.
