A Journey Through...

The few days had gone by from when Ray arrived back home and quite a few events happened, the first being that Ray went to the clan's academy for all the children under 20 years old as his parents wanted him to start dropping off his sister towards the academy, "You ready?", "Yes, big brother, let's go!", "Alright, hop on!", his sister nodded her head and got onto his shoulders and rested her hands on his head and they began to walk towards the academy, "Do you have any friends?", "Um! Their names are Biyu, Chang, Jia and Han.", "That's good, I'll come with you to look around.", "Okay!", soon enough they reached the academy gates, Ray looked at the academy and how much it had changed from the last time he was here, even if he barely showed up for classes as he thought there was no need.

The academy had seven buildings for each age group split in a two-year difference for the students that attend, they were built from brick that was covered with different paints depending in the age, Ray could see the scenery around the academy, the fountain in the centre was especially noticeable as it gave off a slight spirit energy fluctuation, 'Oh so this is the fountain that they use for spirit energy recovery, I could probably make a better one if I was given enough time...', is what Ray thought as the water in the fountain had a slightly special property of recovering spirit energy 40% faster but that was all.

Ray took his sister off his shoulder and on to the floor and they began to walk towards her class but then they were stopped by one of the older looking students who had a badge on his clothing along the way, "Excuse me but I've never seen you before, which class are you from?", "Uh, who are you?", "Hmph! I'm part of the student body, I make sure that students follow the rules around the academy and you should know that, now can you tell me which class you're from", 'Oh, so he's one of the nosy types, what a drag...sigh...', "I don't go to this academy, I'm here dropping off my sister to her class.", the older looking student then looked at the innocent looking pretty girl next to him and he said, "Wait...white hair with purple in the mix and purple eyes...hmm...are you by chance the little beauty of first years, Meifeng?", 'The f.u.c.k did he just say?! She's what?!', "Could you repeat that?", "Hm? Oh, yeah a lot of the people consider her as being one of the future top beauties of the academy.", 'She's f.u.c.k.i.n.g seven! I mean I'm flattered that you think she's cute and all but she's still too young for nicknames like that, whoever started calling her that is getting a beating!', Ray tried to erase what he heard from his mind but he couldn't and just sighed and said, "Sigh...Meifeng lets just go to your class...", "Okay big brother!", and then they ignored the student and began to walk away but then the student quickly ran in front of them and said, "You can't just come and go whenever especially when your not a student, you need a pass!", 'Pass my ass! I'll shove it up your throat and make you choke on it!', "All I'm doing is dropping her and I don't care, now leave us alone.", Ray showed off his pressure as a spirit emperor towards the student who he could tell was still a spirit ancestor and made him sweat slightly, "Piss off!", and the student ran away, "Okay, now Meifeng lets go!", "Uh, okay big brother!", 'Ah, her voice full of innocence, she's like an angel...', they soon got to his sister's class which had 23 other people in it, his sister hugged him, said "You have to pick me up as well.", "Okay", and then she ran towards her friends and started to chat with them, Ray watched them for a while and then saw his sister point her finger towards him and her friends looked at him with curious faces, he waved and them and they did the same and hen he started to leave, 'They seem nice.', and then Ray, as he walked towards the exit gates, thought about his friends and how he wouldn't see them for a while, '5 years...better make the most of it.'

But then his thoughts were interrupted by three students who looked like they were waiting for him, 'They are all older than me but weaker, did that kid from before call his friends? Seriously? All I did is want to see my sister and what her friends looked like, now this seems like some manga bullshit!', "Sigh...can I help you...", "Yeah, you can kneel down and say sorry.", said the one at the back of the three but then the one at the front said with a smug smile, "Now, now Ru let me handle this. So, my friend tells me you threatened him when he was doing his job, that true?", 'I can't be asked for this shit.', Ray teleported in front of them and began to start walking again, the three students had shocked faces and started looking around noticing that Ray was behind them and getting closer tot he exit, "You dare try and ignore me! I was trying to act nice before! You don't even know who I am, do you? I could have you expelled from the clan!", 'Pfft! Yeah right, Gramps has one of the highest statuses in the clan, let's amuse this d.i.c.khead for a bit.', Ray stopped and turned around and said, "And how would that happen?", "My grandfather is one of the elders!", 'Oh wow an elder great, so he can't do jack shit to me,', "He's a rank 92 title Douluo, I bet you're scared now!", 'Pfft! Rank 92?! I could kick the shit out of him!!', "Go call him, see what he does.", this made the supposed leader of the three students confused but he quickly went back to acting haughty and got out his badge to signal for his grandfather to show up, soon an elderly man was seen above them and flew downwards, towards them.

The elderly man looked at his grandson with curiosity and said, "Grandson why did you call me, I was a bit busy you know.", "Yes grandfather, sorry grandfather, the boy behind you, came into the school without a pass, threatened one of my friends when he tried to tell him to leave and ignored me when I tried to get him to say sorry.", "Really now? And you told him who you are?", "Uh, yes grandfather, can you expel him from the clan.", his grandfather then looked at Ray and thought, 'Hmm...why does this brat look familiar?', "Oi you brat, how dare you break one of the rules and ignore my grandson, this is against the rules, do you have anything to say in your defence.", in actuality what Ray did wasn't actually a big thing what so ever and with his status he could do a lot of things without needing a pass or telling anyone, "Yeah, catch!", Ray threw his clan badge with his identity on it, the elder of the clan looked at the badge and saw that it was a better one than he himself had and he began to get a little nervous, he checked the identity of the badge and how it would be within the clan and froze when he realised who he was being rude to, he dropped the badge and stuttered whilst saying, "I-I'm s-sorry for my insolence for not realising who you are young master, p-please don't tell you, grandparents!", and then kneeled on the floor and pleaded, this made the other students dumbfounded and the grandson of the elder said, "U-uh, grandfather what are you doing?!", "Shut up you fool! You call me here to get us all expelled or killed! You just tried to call me on one of the young masters of the clan you dumbass! Tai, his grandfather is the Skyfire Douluo! You just made us have a death wish! Please, young master, forgive us!", Ray teleported his badge back into his hand and placed it back within his storage space and said, "Sigh, okay but make sure this doesn't happen again and properly instruct your grandchild on what he's done.", Ray began to walk away home and once he was out of their sites the elder took a breather and thought, 'When did the young master get back? None of us was informed of his return! There was no banquet, nothing, maybe he just returned? And by his aura alone he's a spirit emperor but from understanding, he should 17! What a monster! He's the youngest spirit emperor in the world!' and then he turned around to look back at his grandson and said, "You moron! He's allowed to come and go from any of the places within the clan and with his current cultivation, he could've killed you within seconds!", the elder kept shouting at his grandson and in the end slapped him in the face two times as well as his lackeys behind him.

Later that day Ray went back to pick up his sister and this time no one stopped him, he waited for the teacher to finish talking to them and waited for her with the rest of the parents who waited for their children also, when the bell rang they were allowed to leave and then the teacher called Ray over, "Are you here to pick up lady Meifeng?", 'Lady Meifeng? I guess this just shows that I didn't socialise enough, sigh...oh yeah gotta meet those two later on as well.', "Uh, yeah, I'm her brother, Ray.", the teacher widened her eyes and thought, 'T-the young master?!', "O-oh okay then, she's doing very well in school and is quite popular.", "Okay...Meifeng they're you are, come here.", Ray went and picked up his sister for a hug which made the girls around him stop and look at him and smile then return to what the were doing but they all had a slight blush on their faces, some of the nearby teachers raised their brows as they knew the identity of the young mistress of their clan but then the realised that the person that was lovingly holding her was the young master that went out to train, which slowly spread around and everyone widened their eyes at this.

Ray picked up his sister and said, "This time we're going to go quicker but first let's get some snacks!", Ray had his rings appear on his arm and they slowly spun around it, 2 purple, 3 black and a crimson red ring, the people who saw this were shocked to the core but even more so when they saw him disappear without a trace.

You see as Ray was back at the clan where spirit hall couldn't touch him he could show his rings at a higher level but not the whole age as then people would ask questions, with the set he showed and his identity people would just acknowledge it as their young master being that much of a heaven-defying genius.

Ray teleported towards the market, towards a relatively nice looking dessert place and the pair sat down at a table and began to order a few desserts, "What would you like Meifeng?", "Um, you can choose for me big brother!", "Okay.", Ray chose a few of the menu that looked appetizing enough and asked for those.

Soon enough they finished eating the desserts Ray bought and then began to head home, "We're home!", said Ray, "Hm? Hey, welcome back!", said their mother from the other room, "Uh, mom I'm going out to meet Jian and Hong!", "Okay but be back before dinner!", Ray said bye to his sister who went to cultivate and then he went to go meet his friends that he hadn't seen in the years he went to Shrek academy, soon he saw the two waiting for him by a nearby tree and listened into what they were saying through his enhanced hearing using sound manipulation and when he looked at them, he thought, 'Damn! Hong grew f.u.c.k.i.n.g massive! He's gotta be over 2 and a half metres and Jian is above average like always, maybe 170-180cm?', "I can't wait to see how Ray's doing, how about you Hong?", "Same, but I wanna know how strong he is, he could always beat us as kids, I wanna see the difference now.", "Yeah, I know how you feel.", soon enough Ray stopped listening to them and began to start walking towards their line of sight, "Oh dude their he is, hey bro long time no see!!", Jian shouted towards Ray, "Yeah, I know! How have you guys been!", Ray replied and then teleported closer to them, as Ray got within a few feet of them they clasped their hands together as an informal handshake and made a clapping noise, "Haha, dude we've been great and we just reached the spirit king rank, how about you?", "Well uh, I'm close to reaching the spirit saint level...", "...Your joking...", "WHAT THE F.U.C.K?!", they both said in shock and amazement, "W-wha...how?!", "Are you going to keep asking questions or are we going to fight?", Hong stopped having a shocked face and breathed in with his eyes closed only for them to open them again with determination in them, "Let's do this!", "Sigh...I'm in...", "So uh, who I am fighting first?", the pair looked at Ray then each other and said, "Both of us!"

They moved to another spot where they could spar and no one would get hurt from the damages of the attacks, "You guys ready?", "Yeah!", they both shouted, "Ok, 3, 2, 1, GO!", Ray stood them as they began their assault, Jian suddenly grew a flaming tail and fox ears and his hands turned into fox claws, Hong, on the other hand, turned hairier and ground around him got heavier, Jian and Hong had a ring set of 1 yellow, 3 purple, their yellow rings lit up and they both shot out their attacks, Hong threw blasts of earth at Ray and Jian shot waves of flames towards him, they intertwined and created a stronger attack, Ray thought, 'Not bad at all!', Ray used [Rebound] instead of just blocking it with his hands as he wanted to pressure them not defeat them instantly, the attack went back to the pair and they dodged it and began their attacks again their purple rings lit up and this time they went in for the attack or at least Hong did and the gravity got heavier as he got closer to Ray, Jian, on the other hand, had 5 balls of condensed flames floating around him but he just kepr them near him and stood there as if he was waiting for something, Hong's pressure increased and Ray thought, 'Hmm...so the increase in gravity means that he's boosted his abilites, so it's like dragon body and Mubai vajra body', two flaming balls came Ray's way but they froze on the touch and then Hong tried to punch Ray in the stomach only to start sweating as the attack did nothing to him and instead Hong hurt himself as lightning zapped his fist when he touched Ray's skin, "My turn!", 2 purple, 3 black and a crimson red ring appeared around Ray which made the pair sweat even more and they thought, 'He has a bunch of black rings and a f.u.c.k.i.n.g red one, monster!!!', a black ring lighted up but they didn't see anything, Ray used [Earth Trap] and spirit power went into the ground unnoticeable by the pair, Hong took a step forward and then his foot was instantly trapped in earth, 'Shit! So that's what it was.', this made the pair cautious as they made the right assumption that there was more of those attacks around them, one of Jian's purple rings glowed up and the flames around him moved more vigorously and he jumped up with the flames around him making bursts of heat in the air, he was making jumps in the air, 'Oh, he can do multiple jumps by making a type of combustion effect through the air allowing him to be pushed up and jump', but then Ray sent shards of ice towards Jian and lightning bolts towards Hong, only a few missed Jian but Hong was being zapped by lightning which made him use his last ring and shoot beams of energy towards Ray, same with Jian who had a fiery fox around him and started shooting explosive flames towards Ray, attacks both collided with Ray and created a crater around Ray but they knew they didn't win as they felt movement, they were right, they saw an outline of Ray through the dust cloud around where the attack was but it quicly disappeared, Ray had teleported behind Jian and froze his legs and threw him towards Hong who couldn't dodge quick enough as his foot was still trapped, he was knocked in the face with ice and then even more as Ray then used [Wind Flicker] and was above them only to cover them in more water from the air and frozen it, he won.

Ray quickly dispelled the ice afterwards and saw that the pair was on the floor shivering, "F-f.u.c.k! C-couldn't y-you have j-just used a different element!", Ray snickered and said, "You should stop complaining I held back quite a bit you know!", which made the chill that they were feeling grow but then Ray shoved a pill in their mouths that they were forced to swallow as he did so too quickly and after a minute the cold was beginning to dispel and leave, "Damn dude, you have a motherf.u.c.k.i.n.g red ring, a 100,000-year-old ring!! That's insane!", "I know, I know it's f.u.c.k.e.d up! We don't even have black rings yet!"

Ray sighed and said, "Well you said that you recently broke through right? We will go and get you a 10,000-year-old ring in a few days.", "You swear bro!", "Yeah, it'll be fun."
