A Trainer's Tale: Can He Resist A Pokemon's Charm!?

In this town that is surrounded by a barely visible barrier, the streets are already bustling with people that are carrying some fancy bags and a belt that held different colors of small balls.

This ball has a lot of variation in design but the most notable thing about this is that, majority of the balls that are secured by these belts have a red top-half and a white bottom-half.

The guys who are carrying it were headed towards one direction, they are headed towards the biggest building in the town, being the PokeHall.

"C.o.c.k-a-doodle-doo!!!!"

"Tik-tila-oook!!"*

(A/N: This is the onomatopoeia of a rooster's cry in Philippines)

The roosters started to make noise when the sun is about to rise. Yes, there are normal animals in this world! Although they are being hunted lot more often in this world, their numbers seems to not dwindle even after so many years that the pokemon have emerged.

This is probably due to the animals adapting like how the rabbits did in the previous world. Their species now have a higher fertility rate and their offsprings grow at a faster rate than the previous world, too.

Although the animal breeders are having the time of their life breeding these animals. More often than not, their farms would get attacked by pokemon, making their lives hover between heaven and hell.

This applies to farmers, too. They, too, have to worry about herbivorous pokemon attacking their farmlands and destroying their crops. Although the barrier helped them fend off some of the weaker pokemon, there are some who can bypass that barrier, or even break it. They can just pray to the Gods every year, that nothing of the sort happen.

\\~~At Jeid and Aria's room~~//

A few minutes after the roosters started go make noise, the sun started to rise up. It's rays began to illuminate the surroundings, reaching Jeid and Aira's room.

The light illuminated the dimly lit room, revealing a pair of children who is sleeping soundly in one bed. The girl, who has a messy blonde hair and wearing her pink pajamas, is using the boy's arms as her pillow, while her petite legs are placed above the boy's legs.

The boy's 'misery' didn't end in the girl using him as her body pillow. On top of his head, there lies a yellow-furred creature, sleeping soundly while hugging the top of his head. In his c.h.e.s.t, there is a white-furred creature, with its tail being cream-colored, sleeping while curled up into a ball shape.

This boy is none other than Jeid. This has been happening to him after he and Aira shared the same room. It only got worse after Pichu and Eevee joined the crew.

At first, Aira would hug Jeid in her sleep. But that changed when Eevee joined them. She claims that his c.h.e.s.t, when they are sleeping, is her 'territory'. She even growled at Aira at nights when she accidentally hug her. If not for Jeid reprimanding her for her bad behavior, she would have pounced at Aira. But since, in her words, she's a 'good girl', she behaved and let Aira do as she pleased. She just said that she doesn't want anyone to touch her, except Jeid.

Also, although she is 'showing' her real self to Aira, she doesn't really see it. It is due to her [Incognito] ability being borderline broken.

Incognito

Description: The user will be surrounded by an aura that bends reality. This aura will disguise the user's appearance into something s/he decided to make others see him/her as. This enables the user to pose as anyone whil hiding his/her true self.

Passive: Makes the user's real appearance unseen by anyone except her master. The user can show him/her real appearance to those s/he deems as worthy. It cloaks the user into an aura that seems to be 'real' and not at the same time, making illusion negating spells, eyes, and attacks useless.

Note: the aura that disguise the user distorts reality. While it works like illusion, it isn't one at the same time.

Waking up to this current situation, Jeid isn't bothered in the slightest. He's already used to this.

After waking up, the first thing he did was wake up the three sleepy heads. When they woke up, they stood up and headed towards the bathroom. They brushed their teeth, Eevee and Pichu included, and headed downstairs for breakfast.

This has been their daily routine everyday. Jeid waking everyone up, brushing their teeth, eating breakfast, studying at school, training after school ended, taking a bath with the 3 cuties, and playing with them occasionally. Except for other things they do in school, after waking up, and bathing, Cynthia would also join them, including their training.

This day, they are headed towards their secret hideout. It is where they train every day, hidden from the prying eyes of the people from Celestic Town.

If you look at the map of the Sinnoh Region, you can see that at the north and east of Celestic Town, there is a dense amount of trees surrounding it. This forest was called Celestial Forest, for convenience's sake.

But, what they didn't know was that, hidden behind the dense amount of trees, there lay a secret that was never discovered by the anyone.

\\~~At Celestial Forest~~//

When they were on their way home, Jeid and Aira told Dawn to meet them at the plaza, right beside the PokeHall, at 8:00 AM.

After eating breakfast and taking a bath, early in the morning, they headed towards the plaza to meet her. Jeid also hid Pichu and Eevee inside his personal PC storage, he doesn't want them to be found out by th guards that are patrolling the vicinity of the forest. After they met up with Dawn, they headed towards the edge of the barrier.

They were stopped by the guards who are patrolling the perimiter of that area, but immediately let them go when they saw Cynthia's trainer card. There are Pokemon Rangers roaming around the forest, so strong pokemon never made a den around this town. They are in change pf protecting this forest, the humans who enter it, and the pokemon who live in it.

They are trained in taming, so when an ugly situation like when a pokemon rampaging have arisen, they are there to secure the surroundings and try to calm down the pokemon. If they don't, they can either challenge it to a duel and fight it til it faint, or inject some dosage of tranquilizer to calm it down.

After they were allowed to go outside the barrier, they immediately walked inside the forest and headed towards the eastern part of the Celestial Forest. While on their way, they saw some baby pokemon roaming around the forest. There are some Wurmple who are minding their own business, some Burmy attached to a tree, and even rare pokemon like Aipom, Munchlax and Teddiursa can be seen.

It took them half an hour to reach it. And when they did, Dawn saw a 'cave' that is surrounded by a thick layer of barrier, much thicker than what the town have.

After arriving in front of it, a voice of a woman asked,

"Cuteness is JUSTICE!" Jeid said.

Cynthia and Aira are already used to hearing this weird password, but it is the first time Dawn heard it, making her shocked to her core.
