Adventures Of Bayek: Through The Void And Beyond

"Did everyone make it back?" I asked

"Yeah, but rick and some other people left for guns and Merle earlier today." Gesturing at Max and the others "Who are they?"

"I found them on my way back. They're good people. My people, so don't worry about it too much, we're not staying." When I finished talking a scream filled the camp. Max and the others we're about to run to the scream with other but I signal to them to hold back.

Shane gave me an inspecting eye. "we have our own food; I just came back to talk to rick and get my things"

.When I returned to the trucks, Max spoke for everyone, "So, what the plan?"

"One more day. If something happens in this camp. Do nothing unless you are in physical danger. Or I tell you to. Do you understand?" The all agree.

Later that night the camp cooks up the fish caught by Andrea and Amy as everyone sits around the fire talking and laughing.

"So, I gotta ask you man It's been driving me crazy" – Morales addresses Dale

"What?"- Dale

"That watch." – Morales

"What's wrong with my watch?" – Dale

"I see you every day, the same Time, winding that thing, like some village priest saying mass." – Morales

"I've been wondered myself" -Jacqui

"I'm missing the point" – Dale

"Unless I've misread the signs, the world seems to have come to an end, at least hit a speed bump for a good long while" – Jacqui

"But there's you every day, winding that stupid watch"- Morales

"Time… is important to keep track isn't it? The days at least. Don't you think Andrea? Back me up here" -Dale

Andrea chuckles and takes a sip of her bear.

"I like. I like what, um, a father said to a son when he gave him a watch. That had been handed down through generations. He said, "I give you the mausoleum, of all hope and d.e.s.i.r.e, which will fit your individual needs. No better than it did mine, or my fathers before me; I give it to you, not to remember time, but that you may not forget it for a moment. Now and then, and not spend all your breath trying to conquer it." -Dale

"You are so weird" Amy blurts out causing laughter around the fire. Moments and dialogue later she got up from her seat and heads to the bathroom.

At the RV, Amy really did have to pee and the toilet paper Bayek had gotten from the cleaners must have not been in there because she came me out the RV again.

"Does anyone have toilet paper?" Bayek asked

Carol and answered and said, "Yes, I do. Amy gave me a bag when she got back from the run. I can share if you want?'

"Don't you have your own toilet paper?" Shane asked

"If I did, I wouldn't be asking for hers, jackass." Before Shane could retort, a scream rolled across the camp. Walkers had bit Amy.

Bayek knew exactly who it was and what had happened. Amy was already gone. Even if he saved her from getting her necked ripped out, the bite would slowly kill her.

Shane got up and took a look in the direction of the screams.

"Walkers!! Walkers in the camp!" He shouted, alerting everybody as they watched the walkers entering the camp near the RV

Bang-bang, Shane was trained, it was habit for him to let of rounds in twos. When his magazine was empty, he picked up a 12 gauge.

"Lori get down!" Shouts Shane before pull the shotgun trigger Bang!

Some yards away Rick and the returning Atlanta group hear the gun firing and speed up their running in order to help protect the camp.

"Max get the kids out of here, into the towards the RV" Bayek shouted commands making my way to Shane "come on help me stop em before the get to deep in the camp." He tells Shane, as he puts a hand on his shoulder. seeing that Lori and Carl where in good hands. They start to engage the horde.

Speeding up his shot count, it didn't take long before Shane ran out of shells and it was an up close and personal battle with the horde. He starts swinging the b.u.t.t of his gun taking down walkers.

As some walkers started to close in on Max and his group, they started to gun down walkers also. No one seemed to notice their late response because of the chaos. It wouldn't take long now, to clear them out.

Taking out his sword, Bayek began to cut down walkers at terrifying pace. There were way more walkers the episode actually showed. As Bayek advanced, Shane was left alone. Grabbed by walkers, he bgan to call out. "Get of me, Help!"

Just before a walker, was about to bite his f.u.c.k.i.n.g neck off, thum. An arrow was let loose and went straight through the walker's head killing. Katniss was on the rough of the RV.

"The girl can shoot at night too. That's some Katniss shit, for real" Bayek said to himself, then continued slaying walkers"

Shortly after , Rick and grouped arrived on some GI Joe, A-Team hype and every shot was a kill. Bayek chalked it up to fate. Rick was meant to be the camp savior.

When the attack was over, not giving a second thought to the bodies around them people started to retire and start fresh in the morning. Max, Em, and the rest slept in the Vehicle. Wondering if Bayek knew that the horde was coming. But, shook that from their minds.

It was impossible to know the future. But if he did. That 1 percent chance that the man they were now following, could tell the future was exhilarating. And without Bayek's knowledge a seed of faith was born in his new team. And all thoughts of betrayal were stamped out.

Bayek Sat in the back of his swat truck, smoking a joint. His thoughts were in overdrive. Because of his eidetic memory, his recall was unparalleled. At this very moment there was a map revolving around his mind and focused on a specific area, The CDC. And the roads leading to Emory University and the library that sits on Cliff Road. The same main road that the CDC sat on. He needs the books in their library. With his memory and high-level comprehension, those books could turn him into anything he wanted to be. Doctor, electrician, chemist, biologist, architect, etc. if there were enough books on it. He could make it happen. But it was only a quick fix until he could gather more people.

While Bayek was plotting the next course of action in order to continue his fun without restrictions,
