An Innocent Heart Longing For Love

While Jacob was busy constructing a small treehouse,

At the Torizo residence,

Shane's parents were searching for the missing bride and groom.

"It's been two days. How long do you want me to wait? What were your top-notch guards doing while someone abducted them under your nose." Luyisa yelled at the wedding organizer.

"Madam, Your son insisted to bring the bride to the wedding arena. Even then, I have arranged a van and around ten guards to protect them." The wedding organizer tried hard to prove that she was not guilty.

This time instead of Luyisa, Charlie questioned, "Have not the guards yet wake up in the hospital?"

The organizer answered hastily to clear the blame on her name, "Few of the guards regained conscious today morning. They have reported that the road was blocked on their way to the chapel. Hence they stopped the van to check the surveillance.

One of the guards reported that the area was soon covered by a strange smoke. He then lost consciousness."

Charlie scrutinized the organizer's reply, "It was a well thought out plan. More like the people who tried to harm Anna in New York."

Luyisa at once was terrified hearing Charlie, "Charlie, please don't say anymore."

Charlie comforted, "I am just saying. Let's just hope that they are fine."

The organizer took the chance to excuse herself from the spot.

Once the room was clear, Charlie suggested Luyisa, "Luyi! It would be better if you inform Clayton."

"Clayton?!" Luyisa was quite busy these recent days that she didn't have time to think about Clayton.

Luyisa thought about the day, when Anna's godfather, Clayton entrusted both Anna Symonds and Symonds Corporation in the hands of her. That was the same day, Luyisa came to know that Kathy is still alive.

When Clayton received the news that Kathy was injured in the bomb blast and also one of her legs is mutilated. Luyisa who overheard the conversation was devastated and pressed Clayton to reveal the truth to her.

Upon hearing that Kathy spent her life serving people in the war zone. And also her expectation to make Anna her next legacy made Luyisa cringe.

Charlie and others may not know about the reason for Clayton's disappearance but how could she not see it coming.

How could she be so careless?

Now how could she tell them that she lost both Anna and Symonds Corporation?

Luyisa held her head in both of her hands and shook in rejection of Charlie's Suggestion.
